Salmonella / Microsome Assay 에서의 N-nitrosodimethylamine의 돌연변이 유발성과 N-nitrosodimethylamine의 생성에 대한 비타민 C의 영향 (Mutagenicity of N-Nitrosodimethylamine in Salmonella / Microsome Assay and the Effect of Vitamin C on the Formation of N-Nitrosodimethylamine)

  • Salmonella/microsome assay system을 이용하여 N -nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA)의 돌연변이유발성을 검토하는 효과적인 방법과 비타민 C가 NDMA자체의 돌연변이유발과 nitrite와 2급아민으로부터의 NDMA 생성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. NDMA를 활성화시키기 위한 S9중 Aroclor1254로 induce시킨 hamster S9이 가장 효과가 있었으며 Aroclor 1254나 phenobarbital로 induce시킨 rat 59 mix에 의하여서는 활성화가 약하였다. DMSO와 ethanol에 NDMA를 녹였을 때는 돌연변이유발실험에서 저해효과가 나타났으나 phosphate buffer(pH 7. 4), 증류수, 95% methanol, Tween 80 + water(l : 4)는 저해 효과가 없었다. 비타민 C는 이미 생성환 NDMA에 대해서는 돌연변이 유발저해 효과를 나타내지 않았지만 nitrite와 2급 아민(dimethylamine)으로 부터의 NDMA 생성은 크게 저해하였다. 반응물에 비타민C를 첨가한 경우 Salmonella typhimurium TAl00의 revertant 수가 spontaneous숫자 수준으로 감소되었으며 HPLC를 이용한 NDMA의 분석에서도 거의 95% 까지의 정량적인 감소를 관찰할 수 있었다.

  • 내부 마케팅은 서비스의 질과 고객 만족을 높이기 위한 방법으로 사용되어 왔다. 그러나, 내부 마케팅의 정의와 그 적용은 연구자에 따라 다르게 사용되어 왔다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 외식 산업에서 사용 가능한 내부 마케팅 요소를 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구는 웹 설문지를 통하여 405개의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 기존 연구 논문을 바탕으로 다섯 개의 내부 마케팅 요소(비전, 개발, 보상, 동기 부여, 사내 커뮤니케이션)가 채택되었고, 자료 분석, 결과 다섯 개의 내부 마케팅 요소는 직원의 직업 만족도를 향상시키는 데 큰 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다.

고강도 콘크리트의 탄성계수에 미치는 배합재료의 영향평가 (Effect of Mix Ingredients on Modulus of Elasticity of High-Strength Concrete)

  • 콘크리트 구조물의 설계 덴 해석에 있어서나 구조물 처짐 제어에 있어서 가장 중요한 재료적 변수는 탄성계수이다. 일반적으로 탄성계수는 실용적 측면에서 측정이 용이한 단위중량과 압축강도만의 함수로써 간략하게 정의되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 회귀식들은 대부분 실험자료에 대한 평균적인 의미이므로 매우 많은 불확실성이 포함되어 있어 지금까지 제시된 많은 규준식 및 실험식들이 다소의 차이가 있다. Fig. 1에서와 같이 이러한 식들은 압축강도와 탄성계수사이의 큰 상관성이 있음을 잘 나타내고 있으나, 동일한 압축강도에서 탄성계수는 크게 분산된 값으로 측정됨을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 고강도 콘크리트 영역에서 탄성계수에 미치는 배합변수들의 영향을 통계적 기법을 이용하여 분석하고 이를 통하여 동일한 압축강도에서 최대의 탄성계수를 얼기 위한 방안을 구명하였다.

공간이미지와 감성어휘에 따른 마감재 표현방법 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Expressive Methods of Finishing Materials for Space Image and Emotional Vocabulary)

  • The purpose of this study is to focus on living rooms that are preferred as a place for changing space image to the maximum and to find a method how finishing materials are expressed by selecting space with mix & match of many images. The study methods are as follows. First, understand the expressive trend of space images through the precedent studies and magazines, and examine its relationship with finishing materials. Second, select space images based on the contents understood earlier and extract adjective words that represent each space image through an expert survey. Third, find the cases where space images are expressed based on the extracted words and analyze expression methods of finishing materials. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that recent space images are actively expressed through finishing materials. Second, space images selected through data related to the trend were classified as modern+natural, modern+traditional, modern+retro, classic+natural, classic+humor, and futurism+natural and 4 adjective words for each space image were extracted. Third, expressive elements of finishing materials were extracted as 'material'. 'texture', 'color', and 'pattern' through the precedent studies. Fourth, expressive methods of finishing materials for each space image could be suggested by analyzing the examples that show mix & match based on the contents extracted earlier. Lastly, it is expected to find various methods that lead space image into finishing materials by evaluating responses and changes in visual perception of residents according to expression of finishing materials based on this study.

섬유패션기업에서 기업환경요인이 친환경 소재 에 4P Mix 미치는 영향 연구 (Effects of Business Environmental Factors on 4P Mix of Eco-friendly Textile in Textile Fashion Firms)

  • Nowadays, firms face the challenge of how to balance between the environmental request and business profit under the circumstances of being eco-friendly and sustainable. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of business environmental factors on the 4p mix of an eco-friendly textile in the textile fashion firms. This research was conducted by a questionnaire method, in which the questionnaires were distributed to the textile fashion firms. Of the returned questionnaires, one hundred of them were selected to be included in the analysis by developing descriptive statistics, factor analysis, cronbach's alpha, and regression analysis using SPSS18.0. The results of this study were as follows: There were significant effects of the firms' environmental management, organizational structure, and CEOs' environmental sensitivity in descending order of the business internal factors on the textile fashion firms' eco-friendly textile product. The factors of the firms' environmental management, organizational structure(internal factors), and legal regulation(external factor), in descending order, significantly affected the promotion of the eco-friendly textile. The factor of firms' environmental management (internal factor) significantly affected the distribution of the eco-friendly textile. The factors of CEOs' environmental sensitivity(internal factor), legal regulation(external factor), and firms' environmental management(internal factor), in descending order, significantly affected the price of the eco-friendly textile.

다양한 물-결합재비를 갖는 모르타르의 물성에 대한 파쇄 바텀애시의 영향 (Effects of Crushed Coal Bottom Ash on the Properties of Mortar with Various Water-to-binder Ratios)

  • 최대 입경 1 mm 이하의 파쇄 바텀애시 혼입이 다양한 물-결합재비를 갖는 모르타르의 성능에 미치는 영향 확인하였다. 이는 파쇄 바텀애시를 혼입한 모르타르 및 콘크리트의 배합설계기법을 성립하기 위한 기초연구로서 수행된 것이다. 모르타르의 유동성 및 공기량, 압축강도가 측정되었다. 배합설계기준인 28일 압축강도를 기반으로 CEN/TR 16637에서 제안한 등가압축강도 개념을 고려하여 파쇄 바텀애시의 강도기여 효율을 평가하였다. 실험결과, 파쇄 바텀애시가 우수한 결합재로서의 역할을 하는 경우도 있는 반면, 골재에 가까운 역할을 하는 경우도 있음을 확인하였다. 파쇄 바텀애시의 효율은 바텀애시의 종류 및 치환률, 모르타르의 w/의 변화에 따라 달라진다.

시뮬레이션 기법을 이용한 항공기 부품 가공 유연생산시스템의 팔레트 수량 결정 (Determination of the Pallet Quantity Using Simulation in the FMS for Aircraft Parts)

  • This study deals with the case study on the pallet quantity determination problem for the flexible manufacturing system producing 32 different types of aircraft wing ribs which are major structures of an aircraft wings. A Korean company has constructed the WFMS (wing rib flexible manufacturing system) that is composed of several automated equipments such as the 5-axis machining centers, the RGV (rail guided vehicles)s, the AS/RS (automated storage and retrieval system), the loading/unloading stations, and so on. Pallets play a critical role in the WFMS to maintain high system utilization and continuous work flow between 5-axis machining machines and automated material handling devices. The discrete event simulation method is used to evaluate the performance of the WFMS under various pallet mix alternatives for wing rib manufacturing processes. Four performance measures including system utilization, throughput, lead-time and work in process inventory level are investigated to determine the best pallet mix alternative. The best pallet mix identified by the simulation study is adopted in setting up and operating a real Korean aircraft parts manufacturing shop. By comparing the real WFMS's performances with those of the simulation study, we discussed the cause of performance difference observed and the necessity of developing the CPS (cyber physical system).

Estimating the compressive strength of HPFRC containing metallic fibers using statistical methods and ANNs

  • The experimental and numerical works were carried out on high performance fiber reinforced concrete (HPFRC) with w/cm ratios ranging from 0.25 to 0.40, fiber volume fraction (Vf)=0-1.5% and 10% silica fume replacement. Improvements in compressive and flexural strengths obtained for HPFRC are moderate and significant, respectively, Empirical equations developed for the compressive strength and flexural strength of HPFRC as a function of fiber volume fraction. A relation between flexural strength and compressive strength of HPFRC with R=0.78 was developed. Due to the complex mix proportions and non-linear relationship between the mix proportions and properties, models with reliable predictive capabilities are not developed and also research on HPFRC was empirical. In this paper due to the inadequacy of present method, a back propagation-neural network (BP-NN) was employed to estimate the 28-day compressive strength of HPFRC mixes. BP-NN model was built to implement the highly non-linear relationship between the mix proportions and their properties. This paper describes the data sets collected, training of ANNs and comparison of the experimental results obtained for various mixtures. On statistical analyses of collected data, a multiple linear regression (MLR) model with R2=0.78 was developed for the prediction of compressive strength of HPFRC mixes, and average absolute error (AAE) obtained is 6.5%. On validation of the data sets by NNs, the error range was within 2% of the actual values. ANN model has given the significant degree of accuracy and reliability compared to the MLR model. ANN approach can be effectively used to estimate the 28-day compressive strength of fibrous concrete mixes and is practical.

A Hybrid Method on Video Mixing for Multimedia Videoconference

  • In this paper, we propose a fast video mixing method for reducing the computational complexity in the MCU (Multipoint Control Unit) used in the video conferencing. The conventional mixing method is based on the pixeldomain transcoder, of which computational complexity is linearly increased as the number of participants is increased. Basically the method requires N decoders and one huge encoder to mix the bitstreams from the N participants. To reduce the computational complexity, we propose a hybrid mixing method based on the bitstreamdomain and pixel-domain transcoding methods. The proposed method reduces the computational complexity about 45% at the improved quality, compared with the conventional mixing method based on the pixel-domain transcoders.

다중재료 구조물의 위상 최적화를 위한 재료혼합법의 개발 (Development of a Material Mixing Method for Topology Optimization of Multiple Material Structures)

  • This paper suggests a material mixing method to mix several materials in a structure. This method is based on ESO(Evolutionary Structural Optimization), which has been used to optimize topology of only one material structure. In this study, two criterions for material transformation and element removal are implemented for mixing several materials in a structure. Optimal topology for a multiple material structure can be obtained through repetitive application of the two criterions at each iteration. Two practical design examples of a short cantilever are presented to illustrate validity of the suggested material mixing method. It is found that the suggested method works very well and a multiple material structure has more stiffness than one material structure has under the same mass.
