In this study, some issues that are related to embody the original conception and ideal of action learning are explored in terms of misunderstanding and misuse of action learning in Korean corporate context. The conception of action learning is deconstructed through the lens of 'action' and 'learning' concept, followed by conceptual analysis to the nature of 'action' and 'learning'. Based upon this conceptual deconstruction of 'action' and 'learning', this study is conducted to categorize the concept of 'action' and 'learning' into several representative attributes. Categorization of 'action' and 'learning' leads to draw some adjectives, for examples, reflective, dynamic, complex, nonlinear, that are critical for characterizing action learning. That is, the nature and ideal of action learning are critically reviewed with the reconceptualization of 'action' and learning, which are deconstructed. The Discussion of final thoughts is on what kinds of knowledge perspectives action learning holds in comparison with those of knowledge management and on how to facilitate knowledge construction and sharing with action learning.

Recently, many enterprises wish to preoccupy competitive positions in the market by motivating themselves towards CALS(Commerce At Light Speed) and try hard to achieve system implementation with the use of new concept-based backbone systems such as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) or PDM(Product Data Management). However, unfortunately there is an inevitable discrepancy during implementation period between package vendors and customers due to lack of clear methodology and misunderstanding about system. In some cases, consensus on partially verified system design invokes customers'continuous change demands and often it tends to result in unnecessary project delays. PDM application system implementation project of the company L has been studied here to solve these sorts of problems. The major yields of this work are achievement of a willing approval from customers and rapid system design under a time-limited and conceptually defined project scope and finally, through fully verified system design, we were able to reach successful system implementation.

B2C is not doing well in Asia and Pacific countries in comparison to U.S. and Europe. But there is misunderstanding of low growth of B2C electric commerce caused by cultural factor. Consumers in market are rational to decide their purchase according to total cost - market price and transaction cost. I examined this with data of Korea and U.S. Transaction cost in real market is less in Korea than in U.S. but that of electric commerce, it is much less in U.S. As a result, the choice of consumers in Korea is real market transaction while consumers in U.S. choose electric commerce.

The study was performed in order to avoid misunderstanding of the image production in the orthopantomograph and auther tried artificially, the object was not placed on the image layer children who was in mixed dentition was taken with 3 sheets of the film at one time. The results were obtained as following; 1. If the object was placed in front of the image layer and back of it, width of the anterior teeth was narrowed and widened. 2. If the object's midline was not placed on the median line of the equipment, the one side was narrowed and the another side was widened. 3. If the head was inclined upward and downward, the former was shown V shape and the latter was shown inverted V shape outline of the arches. 4. In mixed dentition, auther obtained in each other that the image layer was placed on the deciduous arch, on the permanent arch, in the middle of the deciduous teeth and permanent teeth at one exposure.

As distributed computing systems become popular, many modeling techniques and methods have been developed in specify the specification formally and verify the distributed/concurrent sytems. In spite of importance of communication in distributed object-oriented systems, specifying of communication method generally has not been emphasized in the design phase. One reason is due to the system designer misunderstanding, that is, a specification needs to be independent on the implementation. However, since defining communication pattern indistributed object-oriented systems is more serious than the required message passing method in the design phase. specifying the communication pattern is necessary instead of postponing until the implementation. In this paper, two formal specification techniques, temporal logic method and Petri nets method, for the communication in distributed systems are discussed. One is based on the temporal logic, which specifies the different patterns of primitive predicates. This method enable to define the underlying mechanism which can be interpreted as constraints. The Petri net method helps to specify the dynamic behavior of communicational patterns using the properties of Petri nets.

school mathematics is based on the premise that teacher have extensively complex mathematics content and pedagogical content knowledge to employ teaching to facilitate students' conceptualization of mathematics knowledge. In this paper we have presented the realities of teacher education program about several countries and three source area in teaching school mathematics. As a result we suggest that for developing mathematics teacher education First, communities have to hold teachers in high esteem due to confucian heritage. Second, our university have t provide one year internship for training for practices and the use of interactive multimedia simulation. Third, college courses have to help students discard misunderstanding knowledge and briefs about mathematics and pedagogy they bring to the university. Fourth, our country have to reform teacher education system. Fifth, the government have to pay the tuition costs for more students.

GPS surveying is being applied in earnest in public and construction surveying field recently. However only large enterprise surveying companies have GPS equipments but almost of small companies don't have them because of that their financial status is always too poor to purchase the expensive equipments such as Dual frequency GPS receiver. This is caused by some misunderstanding that only Dual frequency GPS receiver can be used for Public surveying. In order to increase the use of Single frequency GPS receiver to achieve competitive power of small companies in future, we need to verify the applicability and recommend surveyors to use it.

This paper is aimed to improve the current curriculum in the Korean elementary school’s practical course, which covers both industrial fields and Home Economics. Specially inveotigated here are teacher’s attitude toward the practical course and the degree of difficulty in teaching each content of the practical course in the 4th and 5th grade in the elementary school in term’s of teacher’s sex and localing. Since two heterogeneous subjects, industrial fie인 and Home Economics, are integrated into one subject named the practical course, the teaching of the practical course is not specialized. Besides, the teaching is implemented inefficiently, owing to the teacher’s misunderstanding of the practical course. In this respect, as a way of maximizing the effectiveness of practical course in elementary school, the authors suggest some proposals. (1) The curriculum of practical course should be divided into two course, industrial fields and Home Economics (2) All students should be completed Home Economics as a required course (3) A system of full-time teacher for Home Economics subject should be introduced. Concurrently, the curriculum of the practical course in Teacher’s College be modified.

Typically, we regularly have carried out a technical review to know a progress status and outcomes of a project to the appropriate technical plans. But during the technical review executed at a planned point of time, lots of problems; reports of an ambiguous progress status and outcomes, a discordance between opinions, and an hour's delay, have been occurred. To solve those problems an early stage, an informal reviews are executed before the formal technical review. One of the informal review is the Peer-Review. This paper is a matter of the effective and efficient Reer-Review process utilized in performing the national research and development project. Additionally, it was presented a general misunderstanding and improvement plan about the Peer-Review.

Lately, the Korean ginseng was confronted with the sale crisis in world markets from the various circumstance. One of important difficulties is overspreading of Korean ginseng imitative in foreign markets. In Korean markets also, chinese ginseng was imported illegally and manufactured as Korean ginseng, which was resulted in the damage of Korean ginseng brand. The most essential problem is misunderstanding of Korean ginseng's information in the foreigner. In this paper, we developed a genuine guarantee system to identify the true Korean ginseng through internet and geographic cording system of Korean ginseng products. This system can be applied to the enforcement of Korean ginseng sale to international markets.
