This study examined the stakeholder cognition of the safety certification marking system by surveying manufacturers, lessors, and users. In addition, among various issues about safety certification marking systems, the improvement of safety certification marking contents was suggested in order to guarantee quality of temporary equipments. The results by statistical method show that it is necessary to increase of users' understanding about the safety certification marking system. In addition, the quality management system of temporary equipments should be introduced to control the actual condition that temporary equipments of various product companies are mixed in a site during removal and reuse processes. For detailed marking contents, it is recommended that a certification mark, an identification number, and the production year should be displayed and the manufacturer name could be selectively presented. Detail informations such as a safety certification number, a product company, a model type or name, a specification, a weight, a product number, and the location of a certification mark should be identified by the identification number.

Recently, AI, big data, and IoT technologies are being used in various solutions such as fire detection and gas or dangerous substance detection for safety accident prevention. According to the status of occupational accidents published by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in 2021, the accident rate, the number of injured, and the number of deaths have increased compared to 2020. In this paper, referring to the dataset construction guidelines provided by the National Intelligence Service Agency(NIA), the dataset is directly collected from the field and learned with YOLOv4 to propose a collision risk object detection system through object detection. The accuracy of the dangerous situation rule violation was 88% indoors and 92% outdoors. Through this system, it is thought that it will be possible to analyze safety accidents that occur in industrial sites in advance and use them to intelligent platforms research.

About 1 year and 7 months have passed since the Serious Accident Punishment Act was implemented, and although many studies have been conducted on the definition and policy of the Act, almost no research has been conducted on its impact on the logistics industry. In particular, research on the PDI (PRS) process within finished vehicle logistics is severely lacking ‥‥‥. The government is expecting to expand the scope of punishment and upgrade the safety management system through the Serious Accident Punishment Act, but if you check the industrial accident data issued by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in 2022, the number and rate of industrial accidents will increase compared to 2021

Even though many studies have showed that competence is positively related to organizational performance, few studies have attempted to find out the process of competency - performance. This study focuses on the organizational factors to explore their effect on the competence of customer relationship. Based on the data collected by KRIVET and the Ministry of employment and labor, strategic role of HR department and information systems are examined. As well human resource competency is investigated as a mediating variable. This study used surveys targeting department managers and executive members in firms and sample size was 1086 after cleaning the dataset by deleting all the cases with many missing values. The findings show that strategic role of HR department and information system has an influence on human resource competency, significantly. In addition, the human resource competency affect customer relationship competency, positively. Implications and directions for future research are discussed.

Objectives: The study aim was to evaluate the application of a chemical exposure assessment tool for the Korean workplace. The Ministry of Employment and Labor in Korea (KMOEL) introduced the need for workplace risk assessments in 2011, requiring the Korean chemical industry to consider both domestic and international chemical regulation policies (e.g., estimations of exposure scenarios). Exposure scenarios are required in the European Union as part of material safety data sheets (MSDS) under the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) system. Methods: Although many programs for the estimation of exposure have been developed worldwide, to date there is no standard for the Korean workplace. To develop programs suitable for the Korean workplace, we examined the applicability of the European Center for Ecotoxicology and Toxicology of Chemicals target risk assessment (ECETOC TRA), which is recommended by the European Chemical Agency (ECHA). Results: To investigate the applicability of the ECETOC TRA to Korean industry, this study simulated 15 industrial processes. The predicted respiratory exposures for four processes using origin input parameters were underestimated compared to the measured respiratory exposure. Using calibrated input parameters, results for two processes were underestimated compared to the measured respiratory exposure. This result suggests that the use of calibrated input parameters reduces the differences between predicted and measured respiratory exposure. Conclusions: we developed applicable exposure estimating method by modifying the ECETOC TRA program; one suggested the development of exposure estimating program that explains Korea domestic workplace exposure scenario.This study will support the introduction of exposure scenario in MSDS system and protect health of worker from hazardous chemical.

The overall management for explosives in domestic and regulation for blasting is managed by the control Act of guns, sword, explosives etc. On the details for handling and method, delivery, storage, use and management for explosives and work safety for the accident prevention is recommended to the related business site through Standard safety work guideline of blasting which set by safety & health 27 Act handling. In this study, It reviews the standard safety work guideline of blasting notified by Ministry of employment & labor. We propose the new products introduced into domestic explosives market, definition of explosives word when the newest blasting technology is revised, emulsion explosives, bulk explosives and electronic detonators which increased in the latest. Indeed, We propose a typical handling method of non-electric detonator and electronic in order to make the renewed Standard safety work guideline of Blasting on work guideline.

In response to changes in Fourth Industrial Revolution in recent years, the field of education has focused on development of the human resources in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI: Artificial Intelligence) and industrial robot. Due to particular interest in these areas, the importance of developing integrated human resources equipped with artificial intelligence technology is emphasized in higher education and vocational competence development. In regards to rapid changing environment, this study created a program "Fostering personalized AI integrated human resource" and established an operational model correspond to latest personalized education trend. The established operational model was conducted twice using Delphi survey with experts in AI and innovative education in order to verify the suitability of program's basic structure, training process, and the sub-components of the operational strategy. The final training model was applied to the online vocational training platform (STEP) and a plan was proposed to establish a personalized training model to foster an AI integrated competent individual.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the industrial accidents data with survival model. EDA approach is used to explore the relationship between two variables and among three variables for the past 10 years of industrial accidents data. Survival models are also tried. Survival curve drops more rapidly for the business with fewer employees as time goes by. Industrial accidents occur more often as the total number of industrial accidents gets larger and as the number of employees gets smaller. Agriculture, fishing and forestry have a higher level of industrial accidents than construction while service industry and 'transportation·storage and telecommunication' have a fewer number of industrial accidents than construction. Korea Safety and Health Agency's and Ministry of Employment and Labor's involvement were not effective but Civilian's was. Recurrent event data analysis reveals all most the same result as for non-recurrent data analysis.

The purpose of this study is to explore the perception to Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and General Higher Education (GHE) of students, teachers and TVET institutes' directors in Cambodia. As a research method, the study conducted the focus group discussions at Regional Technical Centers in the five representative regions from May to June in 2019. The result was TVET graduates have better chance with linkage in the labour market than GHE graduates through skill-focused curriculum and public private partnership between institutions and enterprises in Cambodia. The study recommend to implement a national strategy to improve the status and awareness of technical skills related jobs and the career pathways for the technical skill level courses.

According to the Ministry of Employment and Labor's industrial accident death statistics, the number of accident deaths in the construction industry increased by 30 people year-on-year to 458, with 77.3% of the accident deaths aged 50 or older and 41.9% aged 60 or older. This study conducted and analyzed a survey to identify safety education, protective equipment, and safety consciousness for 68 elderly workers working at construction sites. As a result, the necessity of diversifying safety education using visual data was confirmed to reconsider the contradictory safety consciousness of elderly workers. It also confirmed the need to improve protective equipment, such as providing protective equipment suitable for individual bodies and periodic replacement, for workers who are passive in wearing protective equipment despite the high need for protective equipment.
