This study proposes the O P E N Triad framework as a future set of tools and perspectives for individual members and institutes to further their professional and academic potential as well as prospect and vitalize the future of the Korean Clothing and Textiles discipline through a global perspective. The millennial generation desires On-demand, Personal, Engaging, and Networked (O P E N) experiences effecting cultural change for creative and influential interaction in transactions, communication, and education. O P E N Individuals offers a WebSphere model as a holistic learning system that has a synergizing value of education across academic courses, industries, and cultures. Through a digitalized and virtualized class, it complements relevant technologies already familiar to the student population. By employing environmental scanning approaches, the most influential and viable future global issues related to the clothing and textiles discipline are identified and dialogued within O P E N Institutes. For future clothing and textiles institutes, this scanning allows them to be open to new ideas, to focus on inter-engagements, to collaborate among individuals, to associate as a part of web of people, organizations, and ideas, to personalize an institutes curricula, and to dialogue generative knowledge. O P E N Industries reveals three dominant future issues that cross academia and industry, sustainability, supply chain management, and social networking. In-depth interviews with U.S. industry experts identified interdependent gaps in global consumer experience practices and suggested the following gaps as future research areas: a standardized business model to the entrepreneurial model, strategic management to a sustainable competitive advantage, standardized to differentiated products, services and operations, market segmentation to global consumer clusters, business-driven marketplaces to consumer-engaged marketspaces, and excellent services to optimal experience. This O P E N Triad framework empowers millennial students, universities, and industries to anticipate and prepare for a radically changing world.

The emergence and development of innovative science and technology is changing lives at a rapid pace with the expansion of human perception. The development of the media extends the scope of activities of the body and the mind, realizing the imagination and challenging the limits of experience. In this process, the transformation of media into new forms such as disassembly, merging, and fusion have emerged that have resulted in the emergence of transmedia. In recent years, the fashion industry has responded quickly to trends and is actively engaged in transmedia communication activities. Among them, Gucci's media utilization strategy has attracted interest in the millennial generation. This study examines the strategy of transmedia storytelling by concentrating on the case of Gucci among luxury fashion brands that utilize media effectively in various aspects. It reveals the aspect of how the use of transmedia can be used to enjoy the story of fashion content and spread its value.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship among psychological contract violation, job burnout, and turnover intention of MZ generation workers in small and medium enterprises. The sample collected through online and offline was 144 units of millennial generation and 140 units of Z generation. The results of analysis using structural equations showed that psychological contract violation had a positive (+) effects on turnover intention and job burnout, and job burnout also had a positive (+) effect on turnover intention. In the relationship between psychological contract violation and turnover intention, job burnout had a partial mediating effect.
In this article, we examine the real meaning behind the stories in which the N-po Generation (Millennial Generation) is depicted, through the observation of entertainment programs, TV series, and movies. This could be an opportunity to investigate the aspects of emotional customs of our era, which have been described by television media as portraying the complex and multifaceted reality in the most mundane and popular manner while influencing the public. Problems with youth unemployment, the polarization of life, and instability are not only global issues but situations that specifically occur in South Korea. It is thus vital to pay attention to the inner side of the N-po Generation who enjoy Sohwakhaeng (small but certain happiness) by eating alone as the placebo effect of this tough reality. This is an agenda that should be viewed as a problem in the fundamental design of South Korean society. The consciousness of the problem shown in the TV series has been drawing attention. The TV series Because depicts a love narrative that concentrates on emotions in a relationship that started between housemates due to poverty and housing problems, leading to marriage. Thus, the TV series persuasively dramatized 'confluent love' in the N-po Generation. In the movie , Miso can be regarded as a symbol that represents the emergence of a new generation of cultural sensitivity. There is a suggestion in the sequence of that identifies the pursuit of taste with the discovery of identity. The TV series is a growth narrative that deals heavily with youth unemployment, temporary workers, fragmented families, and dating violence. The housemates in find emotional stability through interaction with each other, and courageously approach their individual problems. In the process, images of women, who are empathetic towards others and are willing to jointly solve their problems, are calmly depicted to reveal a story of growth revolving around a ground emotional community. The current problem that South Korean society should contemplate is how to be fully human beyond mere survival, and how to further seek the conditions of human existence. In that sense, what we should pursue is a notion of 'publicness', which can put several generations together. Because of the reality that confliction between generations must be triggered, in order to make a passage of sympathizing, mass media's sensitivity training becomes more important. This may be the duty of mass media.
Due to the 4th industrial revolution, which started with the Smart Revolution in the early 21st century, Hyper-Connectivity, Hyper-Convergence and Hyper-Intelligence of our society is accelerating. These changes induced formation of Metaverse as a fused new space that crosses the perimeter of the physical space and virtual(digital) spaces beyond time and place. The characteristics of Metaverse are continuously spread by engaging with the characteristics of the MZ generation, which collects both Millennial generation (M Generation) and Z Generation. With outburst of Covid-19 pandemic, a variety of attempts have been made to utilize Metaverse, even in church education when it was impossible to worship directly. In other words, the usefulness of the Metaverse was confirmed as a new community space of the education of the church. In addition, Metaverse may provide a substantial, experiential and evolving space for church education. However, in order for church education to further develop, the development in the method of education is also required to move beyond mere concept of space. In particular, when the learner-centered education method, one of the common characteristics of the Metaverse and MZ generation, it is thought that the church education in the Metaverse era will be able to go in a more evolving direction.

An international survey of over 3600 academic researchers examined how trustworthiness is determined when making decisions on scholarly reading, citing, and publishing in the digital age and whether social media and open access publications are having an impact on judgements. In general, the study found that traditional scholarly methods and criteria remain important across the board. However, there are significant differences between younger (age 30 & under) and older researchers (over 30). Thus younger researchers: a) expend less effort to obtain information and more likely to compromise on quality in their selections; b) view open access publishing much more positively as it offers them more choices and helps to establish their reputation more quickly; c) compensate for their lack of experience by relying more heavily on trust markers and proxies, such as impact factors; d) use all the outlets available in order to improve the chances of getting their work published and, in this respect, make the most use of the social media with which they are more familiar.
Purpose: This study uses the protection motivation theory and information processing theory to discuss the high number of fraud phenomenon in Indonesia which causes worries to the internet users. The second problem is the large amount of information transparency in e-commerce which actually hinders the users in making decisions so it causes a negative behavior pattern, namely discontinue usage intention. Design/methodology: Therefore, this research hopes to provide insight to the online or e-commerce business community, especially for Tokopedia, to develop its business from understanding the factors influencing consumer attitude when shopping online. The sample are students from Universitas Indonesia, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Institut Pertanian Bogor, Universitas Gadjah Mada and Institut Teknologi Surabaya, with total 900 respondents. Result: The results of this research indicate that ubiquitous connectivity (UC) variable significantly affects variables such as the privacy concern (PC), information transparency (IT) and information overload (IO). PC and IO variables also significantly affect Discontinue Usage Intention (DUI). Conclusion: This study gives a new perspective that despite the phenomenon, the millennial generation especially are not entirely concerned about the privacy concern, however, this study clearly shows that the privacy issue in the digital word continues to be something that needs to be cared for.
The purpose of this study was to explore the dynamics of the newly emerging designer fashion market and examine how startup designers reacted to the tension between creativity and business, and how they grew within such dynamics. In-depth interviews were conducted with 22 DFE entrepreneurs and 7 fashion industry experts. The grounded theory was used to analyze data and yield results. Korean new generation of DFEs, attracted by the growing online market opportunities are directly distributing through online channels, targeting the millennial consumers who are pursuing new values at new distribution channels. They show new growth pattern, start with a few key items in the middle and lower price segments, then upscale their design, quality, and price. This study further investigated designers' enterprise orientation shift, which was explored by Mills. Some creativity-oriented designers encountered difficulties in the orientation shift, while designers who demonstrated business characteristics from the startup stage restored the balance by trying to improve both creativity and business. This study discovered a new way for the designer to enter the growth stage. This growth approach is one of the success strategies applicable to designers launching a brand on online platforms in the global market.

This study examines the millennial generation, who express themselves and share information on social media after experiencing constantly changing 'hot places' (places of interest) in contemporary cities, with the goal of analyzing space consumption behaviors. Data were collected via an Instagram crawler application developed with Python 3.4 administered to 19,262 posts using the term 'hot places' from November 1 and December 15, 2019. Issues were derived from a text mining technique using Textom 2.0; in addition, semantic network analysis using Ucinet6 and the NetDraw program were also conducted. The results are as follows. First, a frequency analysis of keywords for hot places indicated words frequently found in nouns were related to food, local names, SNS and timing. Words related to positive emotions felt in experience, and words related to behavior in hot places appeared in predicate. Based on importance, communication is the most important keyword and influenced all issues. Second, the results of visualization of semantic network analysis revealed four categories in the scope of the definition of "hot place": (1) culinary exploration, (2) atmosphere of cafés, (3) happy daily life of 'me' expressed in images, (4) emotional photos.

The purpose of this study is to develop a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), to determine differences in gender perceptions in adopting non-cash transactions. In this study, the authors provide a measurement of differences in gender perceptions in adopting cashless, which refers to perceived usefulness, perceived ease-of-use, and perceived security. Respondents in this study were students from the millennial generation who are very familiar with the use of technology, especially non-cash transactions. The data collection technique used in this study was a survey, by distributing questionnaires to 260 respondents. The data were processed statistically through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that for men, ease-of-use of transactions does not increase the use of non-cash transactions. Meanwhile, for women, perceived ease-of-use has a significant and positive effect on the use of non-cash transactions. Furthermore, perceptions of usability and security have a positive and significant impact on using non-cash transactions. It was also found that female students had a positive, but not significant, effect on the use of non-cash transactions. This means that there has been a difference in the perception of gender, between men and women, in responding to the use of non-cash transactions.
