철도 객차별 군 인원 탑승능력 판단 연구 (A Study on Riding Capacity of Railway Vehicles for Military Passengers)

  • This paper aims to establish a guideline for ridership capacity of different rail vehicles for military passengers. Previous guideline is limited only to a Mungungwha(hauled by diesel locomotive) vehicle, but this paper expands the limitation to ITX- Saemaeul and urban rail vehicles classified to Electric Motivated Unit(EMU). The guideline considers both with and without personal armor conditions, and based on repetitive ridership experiments. The experiments are designed under considerations of the required number of soldiers for the sample spaces of the different rail vehicles. Moreover, the design tries to establish a concept of optimal capacity additionally to a traditional limiting ridership capacity. In order to do this, ridership comfort is questioned to participant soldiers repetitively over the experiments and all answers of them are surveyed as a results of it. The results of the experiments presented by this paper can be referenced to establish a new guideline on ridership capacity for Korean army.

군에서의 3차원 제품 모델 적용 방안 연구 (Survey on the Application of three dimensional product modeling in the army)

  • 현재 산업체에서 그 수요가 늘어나고 있는 3차원 제품 모델과 관련하여 군에서의 3차원 모델 활성화 방안을 연구하였다. 우리 군은 전통적으로 기계분야 중심의 제조업이 활성화되어 있어 기본적으로 2차원 도면을 기반으로 한 제품 설계가 주를 이루고 있으며, 이에 관련 지침 또한 2차원 도면 형태의 자료에 대해서만 규정하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 '국방규격 서식 및 작성에 관한 지침'으로 대표되는 현재 우리 군에서의 기술자료 관리 지침을 분석하고, 제품의 수명주기관리(Product Lifecycle Management) 관점에서 우리 군에서의 3D 제품모델 활성화를 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

U-Army의 VoIPv6 망 성능 시뮬레이션을 이용한 망 설계 방안 (Network Simulation and Design Guideline for VoIPv6 Network of U-Army)

  • 본 논문에서는 군의 요구사항을 고려하여 군 통신망의 서비스와 관련 파라미터들을 연구하고, u-Army 실험망을 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능 측정을 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 전 군에 VoIP를 적용할 수 있는 VoIP 설계 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 측정은 패킷과 콜 시그널링 관점에서 지연과 손실에 관하여 몇 가지 시나리오에 대해 측정하였다. 첫 번째는 독립적인 네트워크 서비스에 따라 만족하는 요구사항을 측정하였다. 두 번째는 통합 서비스에서 지연과 손실에 관하여 백그라운드 트래픽을 증가시키면서 그 결과를 측정하였다. 마지막으로 시뮬레이션에 근거하여 IP PBX 장비의 설치 위치에 따라 네트워크의 구성을 분류하여 설계 가이드라인을 제시하였으며, 현재 군의 고정된 링크의 상황에 맞추어 VoIP 단말기의 수를 정할 수 있도록 계산 방법을 제시하였다.

무기체계 내장형 소프트웨어 신뢰성 향상을 위한 MAAB 스타일 가이드라인 영향성 연구 (Research on the Effects of MAAB Style Guidelines for Weapon System Embedded Software Reliability Improvement)

  • In this paper, we introduce that MAAB style guideline has effects on the codes generated from Simulink models for static and dynamic software testing, when weapon system embedded software design and implementation are performed using the model based method. As showing the effects, MAAB guideline is helpful for defect prevention related with coding rules and run time errors associated with the DAPA weapon system embedded software guide. Thus, we check related items between MAAB and DAPA software reliability testing including static and dynamic analysis. And then we propose the criterion to select proper items from MAAB for DAPA guideline and show how to verify the relationship and the effects on reliability of models in Simulink. In addition, we show the needs for clear logics in conditional block models or statements and simple complexity models for Simulink model based design.

  • With the recent rapid growth of RFID technologies, the Application of RFID systems into the medical or the military industries as well as into the distribution and logistics industry are now attempted continuously. The government and private sectors plan to carry out various small and large scale projects related to RFID systems. However, many companies attempting to apply RFID systems applications into their organizations are encountering many several difficulties because of the lack of installation experience and the absence of an useful guideline. This paper focuses on identification and classification of typical barriers to the successful application of RFID systems according to the five-step method of system application process. Moreover a "barrier map" is produced by conducting a survey and interviews by specialists. In addition, a practical guideline to overcome such barriers is presented and discussed.

우리나라 육군 병사들의 독서실태 조사 연구 (A Survey of the Reading Habits of Soldiers in the Korean Armed Forces)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 병사들의 독서요구를 반영하는 병영도서관의 장서개발 정책 수립을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 연구 방법으로 2개 사단의 육군 병사 1,000명을 대상으로 한 독서실태 설문 조사와 병영도서관 현장 방문 및 면담 등이 포함되었으며. 병사들의 독서량과 독서방법 및 경향. 도서입수경로. 독서의식과 환경 등이 분석되었다. 연구 결과 장서의 다양화와 정기간행물을 포함한 신간 확보의 필요성이 확인되었고. 이를 개선하기 위한 방안으로 독서 문화 조성을 위한 프로그램의 개발과 예산 및 제도적 지원 등이 제안되었다.

  • Including 425 Program, which is Korean military surveillance and reconnaissance satellite, there were mostly civil-driven space programs in Korea. However, there are increasing numbers of military demand-driven space program in nowadays. Furthermore, it is positive effects on launch vehicle development in Korea that the termination of Korea-U.S. missile guideline. In this paper, it emphasizes the needs of system engineering(SE) management method which meets both defense system's characteristics and space's characteristics. These characteristics are such as non-fixable after the launch, the security issue in defense system. And it also introduces SE tool, methodology and its philosophy. There are several functions that data management, issue management, risk management, and technical requirement management. Also describing its implications and direction of improvement.

군 건설공사 안전관리를 위한 위험성 평가 시스템 개선 방안 (Examining the Improvement of the Risk Assessment System for the Safety Management of Military Construction Projects)

  • The military has adopted and implemented risk assessment since 2013 to reduce fatalities and accident rates at construction sites. However, risk assessment is carried out as a voluntary preventive activity and is maintained as a superficial administrative process for owners. Risk assessment must comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Enforcement Guideline of Risk Assessment. However, the scope of the assessment covers many industries, including manufacturing and distribution, making it difficult to apply to construction sites. As a result, the guidelines are interpreted and applied differently at each construction site. This study aims to improve the risk assessment system so that it is applicable to construction projects and proposes the improvement of the risk assessment system by analyzing the current status of serious accidents in military construction projects.

정비절차 생성을 위한 자동 분해/조립절차 연구 (A Study on the Automatic Assembly/Disassembly Procedure for Generating Maintenance Guideline)

  • The purpose of this research is to propose a maintenance support system for deciding assembly sequence of the product and appropriate tools that are used to assembly and disassembly of parts in the product when geometric properties of the product. The digital maintenance system (DMS) is developed to generate the maintenance guideline and the initial experiment is conducted especially for an underwater weapon system with cylindrical structure. DMS considers four factors to find the efficient assembly and disassembly procedure automatically: (1) assembly tree, (2) properties of each part, (3) distance from the center of the product, and (4) volume. Based on the factors, DMS simulate the movement of each tool virtually and the properties of tools are investigated to find an appropriate tool for using assembly and disassembly of each part in the product. The proposed approach integrates modeling, simulation, data configuration, and virtual reality to allow a development of preliminary maintenance guidance.

항-보호항원 항체의 역가 측정을 위한 효소면역측정법 밸리데이션 (ELISA Validation for anti-PA Antibody Titer Measurements)

  • The vaccine is biological pretreatment that improves immunity to a particular disease. We can get immunity from producing antibody with injection antigen which has ability to defense against the disease. The ELISA is the most widely used method to measure antibody titer. We have developed and performed validation of ELISA according to the guideline of KFDA and ICH. In this paper, we have verified ELISA method is an excellent method to measure the titer of anti-PA antibody. We have constructed recombinant protective antigen among anthrax toxins and used as antigen of ELISA. In this validation, we have evaluated precision (repeatability, interlaboratory precision), specificity, linearity(range) and LOD, which are validation articles suggested by guideline. Inter-person precision was replaced with inter-laboratory precision. From the results, we have confirmed high precision in all experiments with CV under 20%.
