Development of science technology, computer network and software technology has not only changed various areas of the society, but also brought rapid change in the condition and the way of performing war. Historical lessons learned from the war in Iraq tells that military capabilities corresponding to the new paradigms of war needs to be assured in order to preserve national interest and take victory in future warfare. Thus, the performance in the latest war in Iraq, the estimated performance in future war and the performance of war in the Korean Peninsula has been put together and analyzed to indicate the direction our force should be built and the structure to be improved. Under all circumstances and threats the military must defend our nation and territory. When war breaks out the military must perform it's basic duty to end war by decisive operations. As the saying is "To preserve peace, prepare for war," continuous increase of military strength and improvement of military structure corresponding to the change of national security environment and weapon system is necessary.

While the social activities using Internet become generalized, the side effect of the information security violation is increasing steadily and threaten the countries which is not ready to prevent from offensive penetration such as the Information-fighter or Cyber-military. In this paper, we define the concept and characteristics of the modern Information-Warfare and analyze various kinds of threatened elements and also examine the recent trend in other countries. And introducing Computer Forensics raised recently for the confrontation against the security violation in the future, we will show the developing strategies and the necessity in order to response cyber attacks. These developing strategies can be used to ensure and re-trace the technical evidence for the security violation and to achieve the disaster relief effectively. So we hope that can apply them to the actual preparation through developing cyber trial test of the defense and attack for the Information-Warfare.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has revolutionized communication and device operation, but it has also brought significant security challenges. IoT networks are structured into four levels: devices, networks, applications, and services, each with specific security considerations. Personal Area Networks (PANs), Local Area Networks (LANs), and Wide Area Networks (WANs) are the three types of IoT networks, each with unique security requirements. Communication protocols such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, commonly used in IoT networks, are susceptible to vulnerabilities and require additional security measures. Apart from physical security, authentication, encryption, software vulnerabilities, DoS attacks, data privacy, and supply chain security pose significant challenges. Ensuring the security of IoT devices and the data they exchange is crucial. This paper utilizes the Random Forest Algorithm from machine learning to detect anomalous data in IoT devices. The dataset consists of environmental data (temperature and humidity) collected from IoT sensors in Oman. The Random Forest Algorithm is implemented and trained using Python, and the accuracy and results of the model are discussed, demonstrating the effectiveness of Random Forest for detecting IoT device data anomalies.

Military leadership must contribute desirable civil-military relationship This study will suggest the direction about military leadership for desirable civil-military relationship. Now political issues about military intervention to the government are almost settled, but the worry about complications between military and civilians exist in the part of low issues like policy-making. Another important issues is military leadership about the style of social-being. In recent years, social change is very complex and speedy like global networking and diversity, leadership environment also, changed like leadership paradigm shift. Military leadership must be examined from the principle to the context of social integration At the present age, individual soldier is citizen in uniformed. Also military leadership must to seek the principle in the citizen mind like citizenship. Another charactristics of present day military is influence of high technogy. For the high-tech war military need the transition about science and technology from the whole society. In the context of above the development of military leadership are suggested as follows. First, the development of military control leadership must besought to the context of cooperation between government and military. Government must provide the system to strengthen military professionals in the process of policy-making about national security Second, military leadership must embody the important social values through the advanced military making, Third, military leadership must provide the adaptability to the society through the military education of their soldiers Forth, military leadership must be contributed to the social integration and to the growing up individual soldiers like their socialization and their achievement. Five, an important subject of military leadership is the creation of desirable military culture through the harmony of social culture and military culture.

This article is focusing on the importance, concepts, and theses of Military Thoughts. This article also tried to find the research trend on the Korean Military Thoughts History. In addition, this article makes a general overview of Yang Seong-ji in the mid 15th Century. The fundamental objects of Military Thoughts are Tactics of a person for Military Affairs and Military Tactical Manuals. The circumstances at that time, the Military System, and Weapon system are based on the preceding two essential elements on Military Thoughts. President Lee, Syngman was ROK supreme commander at the Korean war. But, it is doubt that he executed his authority and responsibility by the ROK constitution and law. At the phase of the Korean War conduct, his role may be divided into 'military operation execution one' and 'political-diplomacy one'. He appointed unqualified person to the important position of the national defence, didn't make war execution system, and was not make to meet the war. And, after transferring the ROK force operation commanding authority to the Commander in Chief, UN Command, his role was extremely trivial at the military operation execution phase. Any way, he intended to recover the inferior national strength and military capacity with USA aid, and concentrated his effort toward diplomacy with USA. At last, he succeeded in making a mutual defence treaty and gained a big result to harden Korea national security after war. In sum, president Lee was shrewd politician and diplomat than military leader. And, it can be evaluated that he supplemented the lost part of military affairs side with diplomat one.

Today, the times of knowledge-intelligence made changes of the ordinary life of citizens society, and also changed greatly the circumstance of leadership in the military. The times of knowledge-intelligence changed the circumstances of national security and the features of warfares, and also make affecting decisively to senses and style of new who were servicing in the military. In order to response effectively against the changes of those leadership circumstances, senior level leadership should be understand in depth human psychology and battlefield circumstances in the dimension of policies and strategies, and should be executed their leadership. In this thesis, I reviewed the concept and vision of senior level leadership theories and cases about traits and roles In addition, I suggested development options for senior level leadership such as (1) high charactenstics and professionalism, (2)educational center of military for advanced democratic citizen and leadership, (3)execution of leadership in psychological leadership, (4)development of leadership needed in the battlefield Finally, the current military senior level leadership should be changed from one-side and authority style to the change-orientated style, which could believe and participate by themselves.

The war in Ukraine changed not only the economy of one country, but the whole continent. The European Union has very sensitively felt the changes brought about by the military actions on the territory of Ukraine. Military actions on the territory of Ukraine are a destructive factor in the labor market. Today, the main task of economic recovery is to minimize the consequences of humanitarian problems and preserve human potential, which is an important source of business activity. Based on the results of the study, we have identified key aspects of the impact of military actions on the EU labor market.

Security environment we face in the Korean Peninsula is unexpectable. Tensions between Seoul and Pyeongyang and its threats are continuously evolving. Kim Jung Un will keep on conducting provocations and DPRK's isolation will result uncertainty to their objective and intention. KPA is centered on ground forces with conventional weapons but they possess modernized missiles and nuclear capabilities. What's more concerning is that North Korea continuously pursue and develop nuclear weapons and missile capabilities. Pursuing defense reform is inevitable for the ROK to deal adequately against the security threats posed by the North and to prepare for the environment of future warfare. If we are satisfied with the current capabilities then our military capabilities and security status will retrogress. We have to reorganize our units to make a small but FMC, smart military organization. Organization analysis is an urgent issue for reorganizing units. However, it isn't an easy task to reform an organization. There are vague parts for analysis and strong resistance from the people within the organization. Therefore should not focus on the reduction of people and the organization. Organization reform should be done with the acknowledgement of most of the personnel and should focus on the task and its method. These should be reflected to the organization analysis.
