현재 항공작전은 작전에 영향을 미치는 각종 장애요인들을 고려하지 않고 있다. 보다 효율적인 항공전력운용을 위해서 이들 장애요인들을 예상하고 대비한다면 좀 더 실질적인 항공작전 계획수립에 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 이들 장애요인들이 항공전력 산출에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 항공작전 임무수행 능력, 가용전력 파악을 통해 효과적인 진력 운용에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 시뮬레이션 분석 도구인 AREA 10.0을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 항공전력 산출의 장애요인을 기상, 화생방 상황, 항공기 고장, 적 교전 손실의 4가지로 한정하여 분석하였다. 또한 민감도 분석을 통해 전천후 부장 사용 및 화생방 상황 증가에 따른 전력 산출의 변화를 분석하여 전시 항공작전 장애요인이 전력산출에 끼치는 영향에 대해서 연구하였다.

한국은 지금까지 북한의 테러범죄로 인해 많은 피해를 입었다. 현재 북한정권에 의한 테러 범죄행위 발생 가능성은 그 어느 때보다 높은 시점이고, 김일성 정권의 북한 테러범죄 행위는 통치자금 확보라는 목적 하에 독재로 자행되어 왔다. 이후 김정일 김정은 정권 동안 테러범죄 행위를 살펴보면, 비(非)권력 집단의 목표인 권력쟁취 경제이권 확보 등을 성취하고자 하는 갈등이 원인으로 작용하여 범죄행위로 표출되고 있음이 드러난다. 본 연구는 테러 대책의 궁극적인 목적이 장차 발생할 가능성 높은 위협에 대하여 사전예측 대비해야 한다는 측면에 초점을 맞추었으며, 이를 위해 집단 간 권력 갈등이 범죄의 한 요인이 된다고 설명하는 George B. Vold(1958)의 이론을 적용했다. 이에 다양한 북한 테러범죄 원인 중 각 시대별 고위층 권력 갈등으로 인한 테러범죄 행위를 분석하고, 이러한 시대적 흐름에 맞는 향후 대응방안을 제시하였다. 북한의 테러범죄 행위는 김정일 정권 이후, 고위층 간 권력 판도가 시대별로 급격히 변화하면서 세력 쟁취와 이권 강탈을 위한 권력 갈등으로 인해 더욱 심화되었다. 북한 고위층의 권력 갈등이 북한 테러범죄에 많은 영향을 미치고 있음에도 불구하고, 이에 관련된 정보 첩보 수집이 단편적인데다가 미국에 의존하는 등 실제적인 대응이 미약한 실정이다. 게다가 북한 테러범죄에 대한 심각성 및 시급함의 공감도 역시 높지 않아서 체계적인 국제공조가 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 공조 방안에 대한 논의조차 원활하게 진행되지 않고 있다. 더욱이 최근 DDoS공격 청와대 홈페이지 변조 GPS 교란전파 발사 무인정찰기 침투 등 수 많은 테러범죄 행위가 있었음에도 불구하고, 한국은 이 같은 비(非)대칭 테러범죄 행위가 미칠 파문에 비해 그 심각성을 깊이 인식하지 못하고 있다. 이제 북한 테러범죄의 원인을 밝히고 대응하기 위해 휴민트(HUMINT) 테킨트(TECHINT) 등을 통한 고위층 정보 수집을 확대하고, 이를 종합 분석하는 전담부서를 설치하는 한편, 탈북자 등 정보원의 보호 및 감독을 통한 포괄적인 수집체제를 확립해야 한다. 그리고 북한 테러와 관련된 국제협력에 적극 동참하여, 국제협약을 이끌어낼 수 있도록 국제적인 공조를 구축해야 한다. 또한 핵 미사일 테러와 함께 한층 정교해지고 첨단화 되어가는 사이버 전자 테러 전문기술에 대비하기 위해 법령 제 개정 및 관련 기구 예산 등 제도적 정비와 기술을 보완할 수 있는 전문 인력 양성 및 기술개발 등 실질적인 대응방안을 마련해야 할 것이다.

In this paper, a new design technique on the LRF which is useful for low power laser and a CBDA(Cummulative Binary Detection Algorithm) is proposed. The LD(Laser Diode) and Si-APD(Silicon Avalanche Photo Diode) are used for saving a power. In order to prove the detection range, the Si-APD binary data are accumulated before the range computation and the range finding algorithm. A prototype of the proposed DLRF(Diode Laser Range Finder) system was made and tested. An experimental result shows that the DLRF system have the same detection range using a less power(almost 1/32) than an usual military LRF. The proposed DLRF can be applied to the Unmanned Vehicles, Robot and Future Combat System of a tiny size and a low power LRF.

This article introduces a formalism for the analysis of airplane trajectories on which the motion is determined by specifying the power of the engines. It explains a procedure to solve the equations of motion to obtain the value of the relevant flight parameters. It then enumerates the constraints that the dynamical abilities of the airplane impose on the amount of fuel used, the speed, the load factor, the lift coefficient, the positivity and upper boundedness of the power available. Examples of analysis are provided to illustrate the method proposed, with rectilinear and circular trajectories. Two very different types of airplanes are used in the examples: a Silver Fox-like small UAV and a common Cessna 182 Skylane.

The costume originated from the idea that it could protect human beings from ferocious beasts. The military costume was from protection against an enemy equipped with weapons. Furthermore, the makers of the costume were afraid of supernatural powers and it made them devise an armour and decorate it by the concept of superstition for the purpose of overcoming it. The function of military uniform was important for increasing the protection against any enemies while they join in battle. However in harmonious time, it represented artwork of peace, dignity, and order. Since the uniform was a king of symbol to show their position, and their role. They could feel proud as a member of a military group they belong to and they gain honor, courage, patriotic sentiment through their military costume. The purpose of this study was to investigate the originality the military costume as it changed and developed continuously from ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome to modern times. This study was performed to show the comparison and characteristic marks of the past, and the influence of them on the modern military uniform. The method used in this study was using past manuscripts of the early times, information attained from domestic and foreign military documents and previously written reports. As a result, the military costume was one of many means of expression of their natural and social environment. It can be said that the most epoche-marking and powerful changes to the social environment are revolution or war. War absolutely has influenced on the changes of the changes of costume and the military armour according to the type of war and the development of weapons. Especially using the amour, the main purpose that of protecting the body has changed into distinguishing our forces from the enemy and instilling fear into enemy, Furthermore, the class who has the power has used it in order to express their power and dignity. Therefore, armour had required two rules to not only protect the body but also discriminating between classes.

우리가 북한을 보는 시각은 크게 두 가지로 대적해야 할 주적이라는 점과 통일을 염두에 둔 교류협력의 대상이라는 시각이 존재하고 있다. 주적으로 북한은 1950년 6월 25일 불법 남침을 하였고 1953년 7월 27일 정전협정 조인이후 지금까지 정전협정 위반과 불법도발을 계속하고 있다. 2015년 8월 4일 북한은 또다시 DMZ 목함 지뢰 도발에 이어 준전시 상태를 선포하면서 전면전 초기에 운용되는 전력을 시차별로 운영하였다. 그 과정에서 한미 군 당국은 북한군의 전력운용을 실시간 탐지하였고 그 결과가 언론을 통해 생중계 되었다. 이러한 군사적 도발을 보면서 북한의 군사적 위협 중 비대칭전력의 위협에 우리는 어떻게 대응할 것인가를 제시하고자 한다.

Military leadership must contribute desirable civil-military relationship This study will suggest the direction about military leadership for desirable civil-military relationship. Now political issues about military intervention to the government are almost settled, but the worry about complications between military and civilians exist in the part of low issues like policy-making. Another important issues is military leadership about the style of social-being. In recent years, social change is very complex and speedy like global networking and diversity, leadership environment also, changed like leadership paradigm shift. Military leadership must be examined from the principle to the context of social integration At the present age, individual soldier is citizen in uniformed. Also military leadership must to seek the principle in the citizen mind like citizenship. Another charactristics of present day military is influence of high technogy. For the high-tech war military need the transition about science and technology from the whole society. In the context of above the development of military leadership are suggested as follows. First, the development of military control leadership must besought to the context of cooperation between government and military. Government must provide the system to strengthen military professionals in the process of policy-making about national security Second, military leadership must embody the important social values through the advanced military making, Third, military leadership must provide the adaptability to the society through the military education of their soldiers Forth, military leadership must be contributed to the social integration and to the growing up individual soldiers like their socialization and their achievement. Five, an important subject of military leadership is the creation of desirable military culture through the harmony of social culture and military culture.

In this paper, we have proposed a design and verification methods of electrical system and power loads for unmaned aeriel vehicles(UAVs) through electrical load analysis. In order to meet a UAV system requirement and electrical system specifications, we have designed an electrical power system for efficient power supply and distribution and have theoretically analyzed the power loads according to the power consumption and power bus design of UAV. Using electrical system rig, the designed electrical power system has been experimentally verified. Also, we have performed several flight tests to verify the UAV electrical system and power loads. It is concluded that the proposed design and verification method of electrical system for UAV system.

The purpose of this study is investigate the differences among parametric and nonparametric test statistics for the tree alternative hypothesis in the randomized block design. As the results, it was found that there was no large differences among parametric and nonparametric test statistics in power when the block sizes were larger, and Hollander's statistic had better power than other nonparametric test statistics. It is recommended that Hollander's test statistic is more useful method when we have no information about the distribution of population.
