정전기력 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 마이크로 패터닝에 관한 연구 (A Study for Micro-patterning using an Electrostatic Inkjet)

  • For the current display process, the innovative micro pattern fabrication process using semiconductor process should be developed, which requires the expensive equipment, the limited process environment and the expensive optic-sensitive material. The effort of process innovation during past several years ends up the limit of cost reduction. The existing ink jet technologies such as a thermal bubble ink jet printing and a piezo ink jet printing are required to shorten the nozzle diameter in order to apply to the micro pattern fabrication. In this paper, as one way to cope these problems the micro pattern equipment based on the electrostatic ink jet has been developed and carried out some experiments.

  • In this parer, we present the bubble forming and motion in the micro channel by using the two-dimensional numerical computation and experiment. In the numerical computation, The Lattice Boltzmann method(LBM) and free-energy model is used to treat the interfacial force and deformation of binary fluid system, drawn in to a micro channel and a numerical simulation is carried out by using the parallel computation method. The urn in this investigation is to examine the applicability of LBM to numerical analysis and experimental method of binary fluid separation and motion in the micro channel.

마이크로버블에 의한 상추의 세척효과 및 저장 중 품질변화 (Wahsing Effect of Micor-Bubbles and Changes in Quality of Lettuce (Lacutuca sativa L.) during Storage)

  • 마이크로버블을 이용한 세척시간과 세척방법에 따라 처리한 상추의 세척효과와 저장 중 품질 변화를 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 세척시간 설정을 위한 실험을 통해 마이크로버블로 1, 3, 5분간 세척하여 미생물변화, 관능검사, 세척된 정도를 측정한 결과 5분간 처리한 시료가 가장 좋은 결과를 나타냈다. 세척방법에 따라 전처리한 상추의 미생물 변화는 세척처리 한 직후 무세척(CT)구는 4.30 log CFU/g, 손세척(HW)구는 4.10 log CFU/g, 일반버블세척(BW)구는 3.98 log CFU/g, 마이크로버블세척(MW)구는 3.25 log CFU/g에서 저장 10일째에는 무세척(CT)구는 7.00log CFU/g, 손세척(HW)구는 6.19 log CFU/g, 일반버블세척(BW)구는 6.02 log CFU/g, 마이크로버블세척(MW)구는 5.89 log CFU/g로 마이크로버블처리구가 가장 적은 변화를 보였다. 관능검사에서는 일반버블세척(BW)구와 마이크로버블세척(MW)구가 무세척(CT)구와 손세척(HW)구보다 유의적으로 높게 평가되었으며, 일반버블세척(BW)구와 마이크로버블세척(MW)구는 유의적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한 잔류농약시험에서도 마이크로버블을 이용한 처리구가 대조구 보다 2-3배정도 제거효과를 보였다. 상추의 세척상태를 측정한 결과 손세척구와 일반버블처리구은 완전히 깨끗하게 세척되지 못한 반면 마이크로버블처리구는 이물질이 보이지 않아 세척효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

도심지역 내 중·소하천 수질 개선을 위한 가압부상 및 관로형 미생물 부착 공정 적용에 관한 연구 (Improvement of Medium and Small Urban Stream Water Quality and Applicability of Design Factor Using Biological and Physicochemical Processing)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도심지역 중소하천의 효율적인 수질정화를 위해 물리화학적, 생물학적 처리공정을 결합한 장치형 하천수질정화공법의 적용성을 평가하는데 있다. 본 연구의 하천정화시설은 TSS 및 TP 제거를 위한 가압부상(Micro Bubble Process, MBP)공정과, BOD 제거를 위한 관로형 미생물 부착(Attached Microbial Pipe System, AMPS)공정으로 구성하였다. 각 장치의 실험 조건은 MBP 공정의 부상조 체류시간 및 초미세기포 주입량 변화와 AMPS 공정의 체류시간의 변화를 설정하였다. 또한 계절 변화에 따른 각 공정의 오염원 제거효율을 평가하였다. 각 공정의 연속운전 결과 MBP 공정에서는 최대 TSS 83.69%, TP 95.15%의 처리효율을 나타냈으며, AMPS 공정의 TBOD5 제거효율은 최대 53.0%를 나타냈다. 또한 각 공정의 순환운전 결과 MBP 공정에 의해 최대 TSS 69.75%, TP 70.17%의 처리효율을 나타냈으며, AMPS 공정에 의해 TBOD5 제거효율은 최대 68.58%를 나타냈다. 따라서 본 하천정화시설은 도심지역 내 오염된 하천의 수질을 개선하는데 효과적이라고 사료된다.

마이크로다공성 코팅된 발열체에서의 풀비등 직접냉각 성능에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Direct Cooling Performance using Pool Boiling from Micro-Porous Coated Surface)

  • An experimental study of pool boiling behavior on micro-porous enhanced square heater surfaces immersed in PF5060 is performed. The effects of heater orientation, Subcooling and substrate distance on the pool boiling heat transfer performance for the double heaters were investigated under increasing heat-flux conditions. The boiling performance of micro-porous coated surface was better than that of plain surface. The double heaters with upper substrate of 0.2cm substrate interval have lower boiling performances compared with the results for the double heaters with that of 0.5cm and 1.0cm substrate interval and without the substrate. In comparison to upper heater and below heater with orientation, the upper heater has lower superheat temperature than the below heater due to the bubble sweeping.

다양한 변조 신호의 1.8 GHz 대역 VSWR 측정 개선에 관한 연구 (Improvement of VSWR Measurement for Various Modulated Signals at 1.8 GHz Band)

  • 본 논문에서는 다양한 변조 신호에 대한 1.8 GHz 대역 VSWR을 구하는 방법을 제시하였다. 방향성 결합기를 이용하여 입사 전력과 반사 전력을 측정하였으며, 측정 회로 크기와 비용을 최소화하기 위해 SPDT(Single Pole Double Throw) 스위치를 사용하여 한 개의 검파기와 한 개의 AD(Analog to Digital) 변환기로 회로 구현이 가능하게 되었다. MCU(Micro Control Unit)를 이용하여 전압 반사 계수와 VSWR을 계산하였으며, 다양한 변조 신호에 대한 측정오차를 줄이고 MCU의 처리 시간 및 부하를 최소화하기 위해, 간단한 버블정렬 알고리즘을 적용하여 비적용한 경우보다 0.2의 VSWR 오차를 개선할 수 있었다.

버블을 이용한 미세칩 제거장치의 개발 (Development of Micro-chip Removal Equipment Using Bubble)

  • Machining operations require the removal of chips to keep the water-soluble cutting oil clean and fresh throughout the operation time. Water-soluble cutting oil for metal processing is diluted using a 3-8% solution in water which is generally replaced every three to six months. This study aims to develop multiple purification devices to efficiently remove fine contaminating particles from water-soluble cutting oil. The 2D concept designs were created using AutoCAD. The designs were drawn using the 3D modelling feature of CATIA. Flow analysis was performed in a bubble purifier using Ansys computational fluid dynamics (CFD). This analysis has aided in improving the design and structure of the device to create the final prototype. Experiments were conducted to check the prototype's performance. Comparisons of the effects of each process variable on the experiment was carried out using ANOVA.

마이크로휜 표면과 발열체 기울기에 따른 PE5060의 비등 열전달에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Boiling Heat Transfer of PF5060 on the Shape and Orientation of Micro-Fin Surfaces)

  • Experiments to measure the pool boiling heat transfer on the micro-fin surfaces were performed with PF5060. The effects of various orientation and subcooling of heat surface on pool boiling performance were investigated under various heat-flux conditions for plain and micro-fin surfaces. The comparison between the results of this study and those of previous work shows a similar trend at the same conditions. From the results, it is proved that nucleate boiling performance is strongly dependent on the orientation, the micro-fin structure and the subcooling of heat surface. The heat flux on the surface with orientation angles of $45^{\circ}$ and $90^{\circ}$ was larger than that on horizontal surface(${\theta}=0^{\circ}$) at same wall superheat because of the effect of bubble sweeping. The nucleate boiling performance of micro-fin surfaces is enhanced by decreasing the fin size(WxL) and the pitch, respectively. The subcooling makes nucleate boiling performance lower for both micro-fin and plain surfaces.

마이크로나노버블 토양세척시스템 및 산세척 복합공정의 산 농도변화에 따른 중금속 제거효율에 관한 연구 (Heavy Metal Removal Efficiency in Accordance with Changes in Acid Concentrations in a Micro-nano Bubble Soil Washing System and Pickling Process)

  • This study was aimed at determining the changes in heavy metal removal efficiency at different acid concentrations in a micro-nanobubble soil washing system and pickling process that is used to dispose of heavy metals. For this purpose, the initial and final heavy metal concentrations were measured to calculate the heavy metal removal efficiency 5, 10, 20, 30, 60, and 120 min into the experiment. Soil contaminated by heavy metals and extracted from 0~15 cm below the surface of a vehicle junkyard in the city of U was used in the experiment. The extracted soil was air-dried for 24 h, after which a No. 10 (2 mm) was used as a filter to remove large particles and other substances from the soil as well as to even out the samples. As for the operating conditions, the air inflow rate in the micro-nano bubble soil washing system was fixed at 2 L/min,; with the concentration of hydrogen peroxide being adjusted to 5%, 10%, or 15%. The treatment lasted 120 min. The results showed that when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 5%, the efficiency of Zn removal was 27.4%, whereas those of Ni and Pb were 28.7% and 22.8%, respectively. When the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 10%, the efficiency of Zn removal was 38.7%, whereas those of Ni and Pb were 42.6% and 28.6%, respectively. When the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 15%, the efficiency of Zn removal was 49.7%, whereas those of Ni and Pb were 57.1% and 42.6%, respectively. Therefore, the efficiency of removal of all three heavy metals was the highest when the hydrogen peroxide concentration was 15%.
