  • Modern residing equipment developed much quantitatively along with economic growth but improvement for agreeable residing space of indoor environment is insufficient situation yet. Also, the latest sick-building syndrome discharging room contaminant such as Formaldehyde, toluene, radon etc. built house or buildings newly human body threaten. Radon of them is real condition that raise origination of lung cancer next to smoke. So, wish to in this research by one of solution way of these problems adsorption performance and specie performance excellent activated carbon to mortar for deconstipating suppository that is room finish fare mix and examine closely after grasp physical, mechanical special quality, hazardous substance and specie performance effect. According to result that estimate friendly-environment performance, the $CO_2$ absorption amount displayed decrease effect more than about 90% in activated carbon metathesis rate 80% and radon release amount displayed tendency that decrease about $75{\sim}85%$ in activated carbon metathesis rate 80%.

  • The recovery of rare earth elements (REE) including La, Nd and Ce from spent batteries is important issues to reuse scarce resources. Herein, we present a simple recovery process to obtain lanthanum oxide ($La_2O_3$) from spent Ni-MH batteries, and demonstrate the conversion mechanism from $NaLa(SO_4)_2{\cdot}H_2O$ to $La_2O_3$. This strategy requires the initial preparation of $NaLa(SO_4)_2{\cdot}H_2O$ and subsequent metathesis reaction with $Na_2CO_3$ at $70^{\circ}C$. This metathesis reaction resulted in the crystalline lanthanum carbonate hydrate ($La_2(CO_3)_3{\cdot}xH_2O$) powder with plate-like morphology. On the basis of TGA result, the $La_2(CO_3)_3{\cdot}xH_2O$ powder was calcined in air at three different temperatures, that is, $300^{\circ}C$, $500^{\circ}C$, and $1000^{\circ}C$. As the calcination temperature increased, the morphology of powder was changed; prism-like ($NaLa(SO_4)_2{\cdot}H_2O$) ${\rightarrow}$ platelike ($La_2(CO_3)_3{\cdot}xH_2O$) ${\rightarrow}$ aggregated irregular shape ($La_2O_3$). Futhermore, XRD results indicated that the crystalline $La_2O_3$ could be synthesized after the metathesis reaction with $Na_2CO_3$, followed by heat-treatment at $1000^{\circ}C$, along with a change of crystallographic structures; $NaLa(SO_4)_2{\cdot}H_2O$ ${\rightarrow}$ $La_2(CO_3)_3{\cdot}xH_2O$ ${\rightarrow}$ $La_2O_3$.

  • Pancratistatin is a highly oxygenated phenanthridone alkaloid. exhibits a high level of in vitro and in vivo cancer cell growth in inhibitory activity. and antiviral activity. The asymmetric synthesis of this alkaloid has been. accomplished from the commercially available (R)-(+)-3-Butyn-2-ol. We utilized the Claisen rearrangment and metathesis to install stereogenic centers in the cyclohexene ring that has absolute chemistry. (omitted)

  • Steric and electronic parameters of 4'-substituents play significant roles in steering the conformation of nucleoside analogues. In order to investigate the relationship of 4'-substituent with antiviral enhancement, novel 4'-phenyl-5'-norcarbocyclic adenosine phosphonic acid analogues were racemically synthesized via de novo acyclic stereoselective route from propionaldehyde 5. The phenyl substituted cyclopentenols 15a and 15b as key intermediates were successfully constructed via reiterative carbonyl addition of Grignard reagents and ring-closing metathesis of corresponding divinyl 14. The synthesized nucleoside phosphonic acids analogues 19, 20, 21, and 23 were subjected to antiviral screening against HIV-1.

  • The all-hydrocarbon i,i+4 stapling system using an oct-4-enyl crosslink is one of the most widely employed chemical tools to stabilize an ${\alpha}$-helical conformation of a short peptide. This crosslinking system has greatly extended our ability to modulate intracellular protein-macromolecule interactions. The helix-inducing property of the i,i+4 staple has shown to be highly dependent on the length and the stereochemistry of the oct-4-enyl crosslink. Here we show that changing the double bond position within the i,i+4 staple has a considerable impact not only on the formation of the crosslink but also on ${\alpha}$-helix induction. The data further increases the understanding of the structure-activity relationships of this valuable chemical tool.

  • As a part of an ongoing effort to discover inhibitors of the Hepatitis C Virus RNA replication, we describe here the first synthetic route of 1'($\alpha$),2'($\beta$)-C-dimethyl carbocyclic adenine analogue. The key intermediate cyclopentenyl alcohol 8($\alpha$) was prepared from aldehyde 4 using ring-closing metathesis (RCM) as a key reaction. Coupling of 8($\alpha$) with nucleosidic base via the regioselective Mitsunobu reaction followed by stereoselective dihydoxylation and deprotection afforded the target carbocyclic adenine analogue 12.

  • Novel 5'-deoxythreosyl purine phosphonic acid analogues containing a 2'-electropositive moiety such as fluorine atom, were designed and synthesized from commercially available 1,3-dihydroxy acetone. Condensation successfully proceeded from a glycosyl donor 6 under Vorbr$\ddot{u}$ggen conditions and cross-metathesis gave the desired phosphonate analogues 7a, 7b, 17a and 17b. The synthesized nucleoside phosphonic acid analogues 13, 16, 23, 26, 28 were subjected to antiviral screening against HIV-1. The bis(SATE) adenine analogue 28 exhibited significant in vitro activities against HIV-1.

In order to investigate the relationship of 4'-group with antiviral enhancement, novel 4'-hydroxymethyl-5'-norcarbocyclic adenosine phosphonic acid analogues were designed and synthesized from 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane-4-ethanol (5) using reiterative Grignard addition and ring-closing metathesis (RCM) as key reactions. The synthesized adenosine phosphonic acids analogues (22) and (23) were subjected to antiviral screening against HIV-1. Compound (23) exhibited moderate anti-HIV activity ($EC_50$ = 8.61 ${\mu}M$) in the CEM cell line.

  • Conformationally locked nucleosides are important in searching selective agonists and antagonists for P2Y receptors. There were two previous synthetic works of the crucial intermediate, cyclopentenyl alcohol (3), which had some inefficiency like using too strong dianionic base and synthesis of racemate. Here we describes a facile synthesis of the intermediate using Sharpless epoxidation and the opening of epoxide ring using zinc, followed by Grubb's metathesis as key steps. The intermediate was converted to the southern bicyclo[3.2.0]heptane for confirming its usefulness.
