지역 간 상호연계에 기반 한 농촌과 도시 간 생활권의 차이 - 부산.울산 광역도시권을 중심으로 - (Disparity between Rural and Urban Living Area Based on Regional Interaction - Focused on Busan-Ulsan mega city -)

  • Daily living area can be delimited differently depending on what area is to be focused. Based on regional interaction, the present study empirically analyzed the difference between living areas focusing on rural area and ones relying on urban area. We established two types of living areas in Busan-Ulsan mega city with different focus areas (rural versus urban), using travel OD data (2006). According to the result, the fonn of spatial clusters in urban living area differed from that of spatial clusters in rural area; the boundaries of living area were not fit to those of administrative areas in both types; and living areas in both types tended to extend over more than two administrative areas. The results cast some implications concerning spatial planning and policy for living area delimitation. First, since the spatial structure and interconnection of urban area differs to those of rural area, it is required to delimit living areas discriminatively depending on the objectives of the spatial plan. Additionally, the living area should be established more specifically and systematically by further subdividing the form of spaces depending on the objectives and types of the plan. Second, the administrative areas should be consolidated now that the difference of boundaries of administrative and living areas lead to inconvenience of residents, increased administration costs and scale diseconomy. Lastly, the living areas should be delimited by the metropolitan or mega city planning and thus be reflected to its offsprings.

Species diversity and distribution of the genus Colpomenia (Scytosiphonaceae, Phaeophyceae) along the coast of China

  • The marine brown algal genus Colpomenia has a worldwide distribution, with five species reported in Korea and Japan. However, no studies to date attempted to identify the number of species and geographical distribution of Colpomenia along Chinese coast. To fill the biodiversity knowledge gap, we analyzed 63 mitochondrial cox3 and 62 mitochondrial atp6 sequences of Colpomenia specimens collected from 30 localities along the Chinese coast. Maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference trees suggest the presence of at least three Colpomenia species (i.e., C. peregrina, C. claytoniae, and C. sinuosa) in China. C. peregrina and C. claytoniae are documented for the first time. C. sinuosa was only found in the South China Sea and its distribution didn't overlap with that of C. peregrina which was found in the Yellow-Bohai Sea and the East China Sea. C. claytoniae appears to be confined to three isolated islands in the East and the South China Sea, where it occurs in sympatry with, respectively, C. peregrina and C. sinuosa. Future study can focus on comparing eco-physiological differences of Colpomenia species in response to environmental variables and exploring possible genetic hybridization / introgression at inter-specific contact zones.

공간정보 디지털화에 대비한 메가시티 핵심노드 방호 대책 (How to Protect Critical Nodes of Megacities in Preparation for the Digitization of Spatial Information)

  • 4차 산업혁명의 기술이 발전함에 따라 공간정보의 디지털화가 심화되고 있다. 이제는 스마트폰으로도 메가시티 내의 국가·군사중요시설의 위치를 쉽게 식별할 수 있다. 이로 인해 메가시티의 국가·군사중요시설은 전통적 위협뿐만 아니라 테러, 사이버 해킹, 범죄 활동 등과 같은 비전통적 위협에 노출되었다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 위협으로부터 메가시티의 국가·군사중요시설을 방호할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 시간·자원의 제약을 고려할 때, 모든 국가·중요시설을 방호하는 것은 제한되므로 이들의 핵심노드에 집중해야 한다. 구체적으로 핵심노드와 주변 환경과의 조화로운 설계 및 배치, 지하·복토화, 허식(虛飾) 등의 방법을 융·복합하는 방안을 대책으로 제시하였다. 향후, 도심항공모빌리티와 자율주행차량의 등장으로 디지털 공간정보의 투명성은 더욱 증대될 것이다. 따라서, 미래 위협에 대비하기 위해 메가시티 핵심노드의 노출을 최소화하기 위한 방안이 강구되어야 할 것이다.

정기선 선복 확보를 위한 Space Chartering의 경제성에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Economic Benefit of Space Chartering)

  • 오늘날 세계 해운 시황의 호황에 따라 컨테이너 정기선 부분에서는 선복량의 부족 현상이 초래되고 있으며 선사는 신조선 발주와 중고선 구입 및 정기 용선을 통해 부족한 선복 문제를 해결하고 있다. 특히, 정기선사들은 신조선 발주시 TUE당 운송비용을 절감하기 위하여 컨테이너선의 대형화를 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 이러한 대형 컨테이너선박의 발주를 통한 선복 확보 방안은 차후 선복 과잉 문제가 발생될 수 있음이 컨테이너선의 실증 분석을 통해 연구되었다. 본 논문에서는 2008년 이후 대형 컨테이너선이 대거 인도되는 시기에 선복량의 과잉공급으로 인한 해운시황의 변동에 따른 선사의 대응 전략 방안에 대해 연구한다. 즉, 경제성 분석을 바탕으로 한 초대형 컨테이너선의 Space Chartering 시점에 대한 선사의 전략 수립에 대해 논의한다.

대형 부류해양구조물의 파낭중 응답의 저감해석에 관한 연구(제1보) (A Study on the Reduction Analysis of the Response of the Mega-Float Offshore Structure in Regular Wave (1st Report))

  • In the country where the population concentrates in the metropolis with the narrow land, development of the ocean space is necessary. Recently, mega-float offshore structure has been studied as one of the effective utilization of the ocean space. And very large floating structures are now being considered for various applications such as floating airports, offshore cities and so on. This very large structure is relatively flexible compared with real floating structures like large ships. when we estimate dynamic responses of these structures in waves, the elastic deformation is important, because vertical dimension is small compared with horizontal. And it is necessary to examine the effect of ocean wave external force received from the natural environment. In this study, the mat-type large floating structure is made to be analytical model. And the analysis of the dynamic response as it receives regular wave is studied. The finite element method is used in the analysis of structural section of this model. And the analysis is carried out using the boundary element method in the fluid division. The validity of analysis method is verified in comparison with the experimental result in the Japan Ministry of Transport Ship Research Institution. In order to know the characteristics of the dynamic response of the large floating structures, effects of wavelength, bending rigidity of the structure, water depth, and wave direction on dynamic response of the floating structure are studied by use of numerical calculation.

  • 본 논문은 해운 시황 변동에 따른 효율적이고 합리적인 선복 확보를 위한 방안으로 전체 선박을 일정 기간 대여하는 정기용선(time chartering)의 개념과는 차별되는 컨테이너 대형 선박의 일부 공간만을 대여하는 Space Chartering의 경제성에 대해 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 선사의 정기선 선복 확보 방안에 대한 이론적 배경을 설명하고 컨테이너 정기용선을 실증 분석한다. 마지막으로, 선사의 정기선 선복 확보 방안으로 컨테이너 대형선의 Space Chartering을 통한 경제성에 관하여 결론을 맺는다.

Forecasting the Mega Trends of Korean Women's Life Style Under the Ubiquitous Technology Environment

  • Development of technology in the $20^{th}$ century has made great contributions to women's lives. With the development of digital convergence, home network, and DMBs (Distance Method Bracings), the ubiquitous technology information era is expected to create a new progressive era for women. The purpose of this study is to investigate the lifestyle that Korean women would like to pursue, especially in regards to the sense of value within the personal and social life of each individual. As a method to suggest how the socio-cultural trends of women's lifestyle will change in the ubiquitous era, qualitative interviews have been conducted over 6 groups with 77 persons between the digital ages of 20s and 30s, living in Seoul. The majority had positive opinions regarding the economic, cultural, emotional, and physical prospects of the ubiquitous information environment. Results show high expectations evolved around freedom from household chores, the equality between the sexes (at home and in society), enhancing the working environment at home, an expansion of human relationships leading to creative knowledge, being able to maintain a single life without economic constraints, and the enjoyment that the internet provides. for suggestions to improve the quality of women's lifestyle through ubiquitous technology, issues such as individual based customization, time management, creating emotional hyperspaces, multi-media communication systems, and women as leaders were studied.

Cervus 종의 Phylogenetic analysis에 의한 판별 (Authentication of Cervus Species by Phylogenetic analysis)

  • Objectives : This study was performed to determine if an antler could be identified as one of the Cervus species by phylogenetic analysis, which was used to assess genetic authentication. Methods : The DNAs of an antler were extracted, amplified by PCR, and sequenced. The DNAs of an antler were identified by Phylogenetic analysis. Phylogenetic analysis was made using MEGA software (Molecular Evolutionary Genetics Analysis, 3.1) Results : By phylogenetic analysis an antler was identified as Cervus elaphus nelsoni not as Cervus elaphus sibericus. This work showed that authentication can efficiently be performed by phylogenetic analysis. Conclusion : These results suggest that phylogenetic analysis might be able to provide the authentication of Cervus species.

정기선시장에 있어서 글로벌 제휴의 현황과 전망에 대한 고찰 (The Present Status and Prospect of Global Alliance in Liner Shipping Market)

  • In the liner market, a strategy is hard to sustain as competitors can easily imitate the strategy. For examples, when a number of shipping companies pursue this space exchange strategy in a liner market, their competitors are likely to build a cooperative alliance, following similar strategic pattern without any difficulty. Such strategic imitations are universal in international liner market. Therefore, the success of global alliance requires following critical considerations. First, the strategy of global alliance should be designed the way it gives the liner operators an economy of scale, which could be a key advantage in the competitive market. Second, thorough global alliance the lines should be able to improve their transport service through the reduction of operating costs and the business rationalization. The international alliance today is characterized by a strategic cooperation among a limited number of 'mega-carriers'. Such cooperation between the large-sized operators has come in many different forms. However, the trend has been towards the space exchange agreement, where a carrier on a route offers to another carrier a fixed number of spaces for a fixed period of time. the major carriers have been entered into groupings by integrating their services structures to increase market power. With reference to the above, this study has the following primary objectives: (1) to explore the present status of global alliance in liner shipping industry, (2) to prospect the future trend of the global alliance.
