스마트 팩토리를 위한 로봇 모니터링 시스템 시뮬레이터 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Robot Monotoring System Simulator for Smart Factory)

  • This study proposes a new approach to implement smart factory based on robot monitoring system for a small and medium sized enterprise. The simulator includes the forward kinematics and inverse kinematics analyzes of articulated robots. We also modeled the dynamics of the robot and made it possible to simulate it in the program. We studied the interface between the user and the monitoring programming system using the GUI environment of Windows OS, and it is configured to select the appropriate trajectory planning and control method. The reliability of simulator is illustrated by simulation test.

  • Real-time information on the construction project required by the owner make the project's transparency and overall productivity will be improved. This study analyzes domestic and foreign patents for construction project management to identify trends in technology development, construct cloud-based construction project management system solution UI, and proposes functions and services for each module. Trend research is conducted through patent search, and the analysis is divided into quantitative analysis which means quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis which means the technical contents of each patent. The construction project management system solution is based on smart devices at small and medium-sized sites, allowing both the owner and the construction personnel to share information.

Study on dryout heat flux of axial stratified debris bed under top-flooding

  • The coolability of the debris bed with a simulant of solidified corium is experimentally studied, focusing on the effects of the structure of the axial stratified debris bed on the dryout heat flux (DHF). DHF was obtained for the four structures with different particle sizes for the axial stratified debris bed under top flooding. The experimental results show that the dryout position of the axial stratified debris bed is formed at the stratified interface indicated by the temperature rise, and the DHF of the axial stratified bed is much lower than that of the homogeneous bed packed with the upper small particles. To predict the dryout heat flux of the stratified debris beds, by considering the properties of the mixed area, a one-dimensional dryout heat flux model of the porous medium is derived from a water and vapor momentum equation for porous medium, two-phase permeability modifications, interfacial drag, and the correlation between capillary pressure and liquid saturation and verified with the experimental data. The modified model can give reasonable results under different structures.

복합모형을 이용한 점탄성지반의 지반-구조물 상관관계 (Hybrid Modelling of Soil-Structure System on Viscoelastic Soil Medium)

  • 본 논문에서는 점탄성지반의 지반-구조물 시스템을 해석하는 복합모형기법이 연구되었다. 복합모형은 지반-구조물 시스템을 구조물과 구조물주위의 반구형태의 지반으로 구성된 내부영역과 반구바깥부분의 외부영역으로 나누어 해석하는 방법으로서, 내부영역은 유한요소로 모형화하고 외부영역은 주파수 종속 임피던스로 나타낸다. 점탄성지반에 대한 외부영역 임피던스는 탄성지반에 대하여 구한 임피던스함수에 Hysteretic damping항을 더해주는 방법을 사용하였으며, 이에 대한 검증은 점탄성지반의 강체원형판에 대한 임피던스를 이론적인 값과 비교함으로써 수행되었다. 예제해석은 대형굴뚝에 대하여 수행되었으며, 해석결과를 자주 사용되는 다른 방법에 의한 결과와 비교 검토하였다.

  • We design an integrated production management system that incorporates management tasks of procurement of materials, production, and marketing. It includes MRP simulation on small or medium sized companies, design of databases, and definition of relevant objects in production environments. The system has been designed using object-oriented programming concept not only to represent the real-world situation easily, but also to help system integration. Graphics-User Interface(GUI) is also employed for the efficiency of production planning.

  • Ocean seabed is usually covered with various types of marine soils. A marine soil is a mixture of two phases: soil particles that forms an interlocking skeletal frame, pore fluids that occupy a major portion of pore space. When gravity water waves propagate over a porous movable seabed, a hydrodynamic pressure on the fluid-seabed interface and fluid flow in the porous medium are induced. (omitted)

  • We have studied diffusion behavior of NiFe/Ag bilayer deposited by on silicon Ion Beam Sputtering methods. The diffusion behavior of NiFe and Ag in NiFe/Ag thin film is analyzed by Medium Energy Ion Scattering Spectroscopy. For samples without Ta underlayer, silicides such as Ni-Si or Fe-Si were formed at Si substrate and NiFe interface. In contrast, Ag predominantly diffused into the NiFe layer probably through their grain boundaries for Ta underlayered samples.

  • Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of an Fe-6.5Mn-0.08C medium-manganese steel is investigated in this study. Three kinds of medium-manganese steel specimens are fabricated by varying heat treatments of intermediate quenching (IQ), step quenching (SQ), and intercritical annealing (IA). Hardness and tensile tests are performed to examine the correlation of microstructure and mechanical properties for the Fe-6.5Mn-0.08C medium-manganese steel specimens. The IQ and SQ specimens have microstructures of martensite matrix with ferrite, whereas IA specimen exhibits microstructure of acicular ferrite matrix with martensite. The tensile test results show that the SQ specimen with martensite matrix has the highest yield strength and the lowest elongation. On the other hand, the SQ specimen has the highest hardness due to the relatively lower reduction of carbon content in martensite during intercritical annealing. According to the fractography of tensile tested specimens, the SQ specimen exhibits a dimple and quasi-cleavage fracture appearance while the IQ and IA specimens have fully ductile fracture appearance with fine-sized dimples caused by microvoid coalescence at ferrite and martensite interface.

웹듀이를 활용한 분류 교육에 대한 연구 - DDC 매체 유형별 학습성과와 학습자 만족도 조사를 바탕으로 - (A Study on Classification Education Using WebDewey: Based on Learning Outcomes and Learner Satisfaction Survey by DDC Medium Type)

  • 본 연구는 문헌정보학 전공 분류 수업에서 향후 온라인 매체로만 제공되는 DDC와 관련된 교육을 준비함에 있어 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 파악하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 DDC의 인쇄본과 웹 버전을 활용한 NCS 기반의 교육과정을 운영한 후, 2차에 걸친 직무능력평가를 통해 매체별 학습성과를 분석하였으며, 매체별 활용 기능, 만족도와 선호도를 분석하기 위한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 교육 매체의 차이는 학습성과에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 학습 시 주로 사용한 매체는 매체에 대한 유용성과 선호도, 그리고 향후 매체 활용도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구 결과에 기초하여 향후 웹듀이를 활용한 DDC 교육 설계 시, DDC 인쇄본과 비교하여 DDC의 구조와 분류 항목에 대한 이해와 활용을 위한 교육, 웹듀이 인터페이스와 기능에 대한 교육, 전조합 번호에 대한 상대적인 이해와 학습이 필요하다는 점 등을 제안하였다.
