The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of parenting attitudes on adolescents' interpersonal relationship, and to prove the meditating effect of aggression between the two variables. The results are as follows: First, while positive parenting attitude influenced negatively adolescents' interpersonal relationship, negative parenting attitude influenced positively adolescents' interpersonal relationship. Second, positive parenting attitude had a negative effect on adolescents' aggressions, but negative parenting attitude influenced positively them. Third, while adolescents' aggression factors influenced negatively adolescents' interpersonal relationship. Fourth, adolescents' aggressions had a partial mediating effect between positive parenting attitude and adolescents' interpersonal relationship, and they also analyzed a partial mediating role between negative parenting attitude and adolescents' interpersonal relationship.

This study tries to examine the effect of parents' neglect on career identity, and prove the meditating effect of experience satisfaction and school adjustment between the two variables in the times of convergence. For the study, the data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey was analyzed by utilizing the path analysis, and the number of subjects was 391 adolescents. The results are as follows: First, parents' neglect influenced negatively career identity. Second, experience satisfaction and school adjustment had a positive effect on experience satisfaction. Third, parents' neglect directly influenced career identity and its' effect was indirectly mediated by the subjects's experience satisfaction and school adjustment. Therefore, the result of the study can be utilized for theoretical implication and foundation for developing programs to increase career identity.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of self-control of adolescence on the teacher attachment. In addition to this, it is to verify the mediating effects of self-esteem and self-confidence of adolescence. For this reason, we analyzed the data of 2,854 students in the second grade of the middle school in 2010 by a model of Structural Equation. The main findings were as follows. First, self-control of adolescence was found to give a significant positive effect in teacher attachment. In this case, the self-control of adolescence was found to be significant indirect effect and direct effect, and total effect. Second, self-esteem and self-confidence of adolescence, it was found that self-control of adolescence has a significant meditating effect in the process of a significant positive effect in teacher attachment. Based on the results of these studies, we have proposed the importance of the self-control training of adolescence.

This study aims to examine the effect of discrimination experience on job satisfaction among working women with disabilities, focusing on meditating effect of self-esteem. To this end, the data from the 8th year of the employment panel of disabled population surveyed by the EDI; Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled was used for the study. The data collected from 549 working women of disabilities from EDI was analysed by using the path analysis. The findings are as follows: first, discrimination experience of working women with disabilities had a significantly negative effect of their job satisfaction. Second, self-esteem presented the mediating effect between discrimination experience and job satisfaction. Based on the results, this study proposed various programs to increase job satisfaction by enhancing self-esteem in situations where the experience of discrimination among women with disabilities is high and suggested practical implications to increase job satisfaction of working women with disabilities.

This study tries to examine the effect of positive and negative parents' attitudes on adolescents' smartphone dependency, and prove the meditating effect of poor attachment between the two variables in the times of convergence. For the study, the data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey were analyzed by utilizing the path analysis, the data from 1,971. The results are as follows: First, positive and negative parents' attitudes influenced adolescents' poor attachment. Second, positive and negative parents' attitudes had a effect on adolescents' smartphone dependency. Third, parents' attttudes directly influenced adolescents' smart phone dependency and its' effect was indirectly mediated by the subjects's poor attachment.

The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of parenting attitudes on adolescents' fandom activities, and to prove the meditating effect of psychological factors and life satisfaction on the relationship between parenting attitudes and adolescents' fandom activities. The results are as follows: First, while negative parenting attitude influenced negatively adolescents' fandom activities, positive parenting attitude had no effect on them. Second, positive parenting attitude had negative effect on adolescents' psychological factors, but negative parenting attitude influenced positively them. Third, adolescents' psychological factors influenced positively their fandom activities. Fourth, adolescents' psychological factors had perfect mediating effect between positive parenting attitude and their fandom activities, and they also played partial mediating role between negative parenting attitude and their fandom activities.

This study aims to investigate the convergence over effects of adolescent's maladaptive perfectionism and their experience of school bulling victim on suicidal ideation, and the meditating effect of parents-children communication among variables by utilizing the path analysis. Quantitative survey research was conducted with 1,395 students attending primary, middle and high school to identify the following the key results. First, adolescent's maladaptive perfectionism influenced positively their suicidal ideation but bullying victim not influenced their suicidal ideation. Second, adolescent's maladaptive perfectionism directly influenced suicidal ideation and its' effect was indirectly mediated by the subjects's parents-children communication. Third, the relationship between the experience of school bullying victim directly influenced suicidal ideation and its' effect was full mediated by the subjects's parents-children communication. In other words, Parents-children communication works to enhance their ability of dealing with difficulty which reduces suicidal ideation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze correlation of perceived cosmetics brand apps attributes and use intentions, mediating role of customer satisfaction, and relationship between customer satisfaction and continuous usage intention. Then provide basic data for development management strategy of beauty industry and enhancement of competitiveness corresponding to smart era. Methods: The questionnaires were surveyed by an online company(EMBRAIN). After data collection, frequency analysis was performed on the general attributes of questionnaire survey using SPSS 22.0, and data conclusions were derived by verifying reliability and validity of data and hypotheses. Results: First, perceived cosmetic brand app attributes have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, Second, perceived cosmetic brand app attributes have a positive effect on continuous usage intention. Third, customer satisfaction was found to have a mediating role in the effect of perceived cosmetic brand app attributes on continuous usage intention. Fourth, involvement proved to control the relationship between perceived cosmetic brand app attributes perceived interactivity and customer satisfaction. Finally, Involvement has proven to control the relationship between cosmetic brand app attributes perceived interactivity and continuous usage intention. Conclusion: Consumers buying products from cosmetics brand apps will be more likely to use cosmetics brand apps if they feel comfortable with calculation process, search, booking confirmation and payment methods.

Purpose: This study investigated the effect of a structured group intervention on knowledge about lung cancer, self efficacy and quality of life for family caregivers of patients with lung cancer using a nonequivalent control groupquasi-experimental design. Methods: Subjects were 11 family caregivers for both the control and the experimental group. The experimental group participated in once a week for 2-hour session for 4 weeks. Four topics of educational program were lung cancer and treatment, side effects of treatments, symptoms management, and health management. Every session consisted of lecture, sharing experiences, and meditating time. Quality of life was measured using Jang(1996)'s tool. The tools for knowledge and self-efficacy were developed by the authors. Results: After the intervention, the experimental group showed higher self-efficacy in caring for the patients than did the controls. However, there were no significant differences in knowledge about lung cancer and quality of life between the two groups. Conclusion: Findings indicate that the group intervention would be effective for family caregivers of lung cancer patients.

The study intended to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and creativity of cooks with transformational leadership as antecedent variable. Transformational leadership has been assessed positively in variable studies as a leadership to improve employee's creativity. The authors also tried to explore structural relationships among transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and creativity by identifying the meditating role of intrinsic motivation in the relationship between transformational leadership and creativity of cooks. The study subject was CJ FOODVILLE, which is a representative company with its size, sales, and recognition as a domestic restaurant business. A survey was conducted with employees who were working as a cook in restaurants operated by CJ FOODVILLE in metropolitan areas. The results of the study showed that charisma and intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership positively influenced intrinsic motivation, but inspirational motivation and individualized consideration did not significantly influence intrinsic motivation. In addition, the four elements of transformational leadership did not significantly affect creativity. The findings of the study show that intrinsic motivation played a role as a mediation among charisma, intellectual stimulation, and creativity of transformational leadership. Therefore, the findings of the study suggested intrinsic motivation as an important factor affecting creativity of cooks.
