The purpose of this research was on the operation activation for specialized high schools in Chungcheongbuk-do, and conducted a survey of chief teachers of Practical Art Subject and heads of each subjects in 32 specialized high schools in district about the system reform of vocational high school, promotion of characterization for each subject, modification of curriculum, reinforcement of direction guide, of which results were analyzed. Also, another survey of small and middle businesses was conducted to investigate the demand for human resources for industrial businesses in Chungcheongbuk-do and specialized abilities required by companies. Through the study, the reform of operation activation for specialized high schools in Chungcheongbuk-do were suggested as follows. First, Specialized high schools should more focus on educating application of a computer and the basic abilities in foreign language at the request of industry. Second, If more than 80% of vocational high school graduates go to junior colleges or universities, specialized high schools should reform their operation like general high schools. Third, Specialized high schools should expand the operation of customized curriculum for neighboring industry to raise employment rate. Fourth, Specialized high schools in Chungcheongbuk-do should reform their courses which can provide students with fundamental knowledge to work in industry related to BT and IT, as Osong medical complex and Ochang IT industrial complex are expanding gradually. Fifth, Employees in companies should be applied as guest teachers, and the principal should have a right to autonomy to operate their own curriculum. Sixth, 5 years rotation system for public schools should be revised to more than 10 years rotation system for special subjects in specialized high schools. Therefore, teachers will have ownership of the school by the revised system.
I concluded as follows after analyzing the problem of the curriculum in the Department of Optical Science at a college of professional education for the purpose of training desireable opticians. The years required for competing a course of study at the Department of Optical Science at a college of professonal education have to be extended from the present two school years to three years for the short run and have to be extended to four years for the long run. The distribution ratio of subjects in the slate examination should be readjusted and the field of contect lens. Also the system of the slate examination should strengthen by adding practical processing test with the present selective written examination. The Curriculum of department of Optical Science curriculum at a college of professional education should be reorganized reinforce experiment and practice, namely, the subject for experiment and practice, such as Making of specific glasses and Test method of phorpter etc, should be reinforced. The knowledge for goods should be included in clinical training and it is reasonable to constitute the theory vs the practice in the ratio of five to five. The number of the Department of Optical Science should be increased two or more for per forty students and it is desirabled that only the professors who major optical Science or opthalmic medical science, or have Optician Licence should give lecture. The experiment a practice should be enlarged and it is necessary to secure or to adopt practice hours, practice site, machinery and parts, practice assistant and etc. It is reasonable that clinical training include the knowledge of goods, business practice and etc. and that a practice examiner has the qualification as an optician who has education background higher that the college of professional education.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to consider ways to strengthen it through comparison and curriculum while recognizing the importance of global competencies in liberal arts education in universities. Methods: In order to explore ways to reinforce the sub-competence of global competencies, this study was conducted at a four-year university in Chungcheong-do for one year in 2019, such as 'Global Culture Talk', 'Global Travel', 'Global Nanta', and 'Making Global Friends'. Cases of comparison and application of educational programs were analyzed. The program was attended by the Department of Business Administration, Department of Aviation Service, Department of Design, Department of Manga Animation, Department of Broadcasting and Film, and foreign exchange students. The competency-centered curriculum not only has clear educational goals, but is also very advantageous in establishing a feedback system by measuring its performance. This study will assess the effectiveness of the education plan by diagnosing the change in competencies before and after the comparison and curriculum is operated. Results: The overall global competency has increased by 0.2 points compared to 2017. By subsector, it was found that the flexibility increased by 1.4 points. In the field of cross-cultural understanding, it rose 0.6 points, and in the field of global understanding, it rose 2.2 points, showing the largest increase in the sub-fields. Nevertheless, the field of global interest remains at a low level. This is considerably low compared to flexibility and ability to understand other cultures, and it is expected that measures for improvement should be continuously sought. Since the understanding of other cultures has already exceeded 60 points, it is expected that the global competency of the university will be strengthened if the level is consistently maintained and the emphasis is placed on enhancing flexibility and improving global understanding. Conclusion: The importance of strengthening global capabilities is steadily rising. Universities are also reorganizing the curriculum by analyzing the needs and satisfaction of education consumers to respond to this. The programs operated and analyzed in this study were also made as part of this effort. However, since there are various factors that affect global competency, it cannot be but admitted that it is not easy to gauge the change in competency with only a few programs and short-term efforts. However, if the efforts pursued by this study are accumulated and supplemented through feedback from a long-term perspective, it can be expected that there are not a lot of contributions to strengthening global competencies in liberal arts education.
A curriculum of study demands a change as period of time and society evolve. Therefore, at this point where changes are required, this study is to analyze and evaluate the curriculums which will enhance and improve current studies as a preceding stage. The research was based on the survey by groups of education experts and 19 universities with current curriculum of study in radiologic science, and their references. The study was focused on the scope of work by radiologic technologist, change of college systems, academic research about radiologic science, and the improvement and the future of radiologic science field in perspective to globalization and the digital era. In terms of work scope, angiography and interventional radiology at 6 to 8 schools, fluoroscopy at 4 schools, ultrasound and practices at 6 schools, magnetic resonance image at 2 schools were found to be unestablished. The basic medical subjects, humuan physiology, human anatomy and practices, medical terminology courses were set up at most schools; however, pathology at 5 schools, image anatomy at 6 schools, clinical medicine at 11 schools were yet opened. Among the basic science and engineering subjects, general biology and its practices at 11 schools, general physics and its practices at 14 schools, and general chemistry and its practices at 8 schools were established which is about a half from a total number of schools. Only 4-5 schools established digital subjects such as, health computer, computer programming, PACS which are the basic major subjects. In order to provide academic improvement in radiologic science, digitalized education and globalization, and basis for future-oriented education for the field of radiologic science, including expanded scope of work, it is acknowledged that curriculums that are opened and run at each school need to be standardized. Therefore, the need for introduction of certificate for the radiologic science education courses are suggested.

Recent changes in educational paradigms that emphasize the performance or outcomes of education are redefining how learning objectives are being described as 'learning outcomes' in various academic disciplines. Medical education is not an exception to this trend. However, it has come to our attention that the key concepts and appropriate descriptions of learning outcomes have not been well understood among educators and that this lack of understanding has hindered our efforts to implement the practice in the field. This study aims to provide a direction to establish and describe learning outcomes by examining previous studies that have focused on setting learning objectives as well as learning outcomes. Setting and describing learning outcomes starts from reflection on the approach of behavioral learning objectives, which overemphasizes learner's acquired knowledge, skills, and attitude in each classroom rather than actual performance. On the other hand, the learning outcome approach focuses on what the learner is able to do as a result of a learning experience. This approach is more learner-friendly and encourages students to lead and be responsible for their learning process. Learning outcomes can best be described when the relevance of actual contexts and the hierarchy of learning objectives are considered. In addition, they should be in the form of context, task, performance, and level, as well as be planned with proper assessment and feedback procedures. When these conditions are met, the learning outcome approach is beneficial to students as it presents a curriculum that is more open to learners. Despite these advantages of the learning outcome approach, there is a possible concern that setting the learning outcomes and describing them can restrict evaluation to lower cognitive skills if the concept of learning outcome is narrowly interpreted or is set too low. To avoid such narrow applications, it is important for educators to understand the comprehensiveness of the learning outcome setting and to consider long-term outcomes embedded in an organizational vision rather than only short-term behavioral outcomes.
