구조방정식을 이용한 모바일 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 사용의도 영향요인 연구 (A Study on Influence Factors of Mobile Healthcare Service Using Structural Equation Modeling)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰을 사용하는 일반인을 대상으로 구조방정식을 이용한 모바일 헬스케어서비스의 특성에 따른 사용의도 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료수집은 2014년 03월 10부터 04월 08일까지 500명 대상으로 이루어 졌으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0과 AMOS 18.0 이용하여 Path analysis, Structural equation modeling analysis로 분석하였다. 연구결과 외부변수에 해당되는 서비스 품질, 혁신성은 지각된 유용성에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이 두 요인은 모바일헬스케어서비스 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이용편의성 또한 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있고 또한 콘텐츠 특성과 비용합리성은 이용 편의성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 유용성 또한 사용의도에 직접적인영향을 미침으로 다양한 요인이 모바일헬스케어서비스의 사용에 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있었다. 최근 증가하고 있는 의료비 상승의 대안으로 스마트폰을 이용한 모바일헬스케어에 대한 인식의 확산과 앱을 개발하는 업체의 다양한 시도가 있어야 하며, 정부는 건강보험의 적용 등 건강관리서비스에 대한 접근성 향상을 위한 정책적 노력이 필요하다. 또한 향후 모바일 헬스케어 대상에 대한 차별적인 서비스 개발과 이에 대한 사용의도를 확인하는 후속적인 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지기를 기대한다.

병원마케팅 실태와 전략방안 -지역사회의 일 종합병원을 대상으로- (Hospital Marketing Condition and Strategy -Of a General Hospital-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the real condition of hospital marketing and concrete strategy on medical consumers need for enhance the effectiveness of hospital management. The data were collected from January 27 to February 3, 2000 at a general hospital located in M city to 205 in-patients and out-patients by questionnaires. The research tool was based on literatures. The data was analysed by the use of percentage, mean, t-test and ANOVA by SAS(Statistical Analysis System) Package Program. The results of this study are summerized as follows: 1. Mean score of the marketing mix (4P 's) was 3.1 in total and each mean score was 3.6 in product, 2.5 in prices, 3.3 in place and 3.1 in promotion. The following are the items which received the highest scores in each: 'The hospital is clean' in service category; 'the prices of meals at the restaurant the patients' families use are reasonable ' in price sphere. In distribution, 'it is easy to locate the hospital' and in promotion,'we'll use this hospital again' and 'we'll recommend this hospital to others'. 2. Marketing mix factors(4P's) was significantly different on the general characteristics in terms of marriage status, occupations and the period of hospitalization. 3. The most important reason for choosing this hospital was 'This is a general hospital with good facilities' and the next were 'The hospital staffs are kind and the hospital is clean' and 'The traffic is convenient to come'. The most important factors contributing to a good image formation of the hospital were 'this is a clean hospital', 'This is a hospital with kind people' and 'this hospital is equipped with good medical facilities'. 4. The factors for making a good image concerning the nursing service were professional knowledge, good nursing skills and kindness. After grasping the marketing conditions of the hospital aided by the above-mentioned research results, the researchers concludes that it is necessary to develop an institutionalized service strategy to increase the satisfaction the patients feel about the hospital facilities and kindness of the staff and as a result, to differentiate it from other medical institutions.

제품의 속성별 선호역전에 따른 소비자의 선택변화 영향 연구 : 의료서비스 상품과 일반 제조품 비교 중심으로 (A Study on the Influence of Consumer Choice on the Preference Reversals by Product Attribute : Focusing on Comparison of Medical Service Products and General Products)

  • 본 연구는 상품 특성 및 상황에 따른 선호역전 현상이 선택에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하여 소비자 의사결정 논리체계를 살펴보고, 선택변화에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 규명하여 효과적인 의사결정 및 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적인 소비자 선호역전과 선택변화 간의 영향관계를 확인하기 위해 3가지의 연구문제를 설정하였으며, 범주형 종속변수를 고려하여 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 의료서비스 상품과 일반 제조품의 선호도 감소가 선택변화 및 선택연기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인함으로써 연구문제 1을 해결하였다. 그리고 의료서비스 상품에서 속성의 중요도에 따른 선택변화가 일반 제조품에 비해 더욱 민감하게 작용한 반면, 선호역전에 따른 선택변화가 일반 제조품에서 더욱 높게 나타남을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 선호 및 선호역전 연구와는 다른 관점에서 소비자의 중심가치로서의 선호 개념을 조명하여 선택 간의 인과관계를 확인하였으며, 선호역전에 따른 선택변화 뿐만 아니라 선택연기와 같은 다른 대안까지 포함할 수 있음을 연구결과로 제시함에 따라 그에 따른 이론 실무적 시사점을 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

헬스케어 서비스를 위한 모바일 디바이스 및 어플리케이션 수용의도에 관한 탐색적 연구 (Exploratory Study on Acceptance Intention of Mobile Devices and Applications for Healthcare Services)

  • 본 연구에서는 헬스케어 서비스를 위한 모바일 디바이스 수용의도, 헬스케어 서비스별 선호 디바이스 유형 및 속성의 차이, 어플리케이션에 대한 수용의도 및 최대지불금액을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 병원 및 의료기관 관계자, 노인 및 만성질환자, 건강유지에 관심 있는 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 헬스케어 서비스를 위한 모바일 디바이스의 수용의도는 중간 이상으로 높게 나타났으며, 병원관계자의 수용의도가 가장 높았다. 디바이스 유형으로는 스마트폰을 가장 많이 선호하는 것으로 나타났고, 헬스케어 서비스 유형에 따라 디바이스 속성이 차이를 보이는 것으로, 건강관리 서비스에서는 용이성과 유희성이 다소 높게 나타났다. 모바일 어플리케이션에 대한 수용의도는 병원용도보다 개인용도가 다소 높았으며, 어플리케이션 속성으로는 개인정보 보호를 가장 중요시 여기는 것으로 조사되었다.

IMF 환경하에서 CALS/EC를 통한 중소기업 물류경영 전략 (The Strategies of Logistics Management for SMEs through CALS/EC under the Circumstance supervised by IMF)

  • CALS/EC is about doing business electronically. It is based on the electronic processing and transmission of data, including text, sound and video. It encompasses many diverse activities including electronic trading of goods and services, online delivery of digital content, electronic fund transfers, electronic share trading, electronic bills of lading, commercial auctions, collaborative design and engineering, online sourcing, public procuremet, direct consumer marketing, and after-sales service. It involves both products(e.g. consumer goods, specialised medical equipment) and services(e.g. information services, financial and legal services); traditional activities(e.g. healthcare, education) and new activities (e.g. virtual malls). CALS/EC will be emerging to replace and substitute the role of the conventional market. By changing and eliminating some processes of the transactions, the electronic market and the electronic commerce will redistribute the power and hence the benefits of the market activities. Traditional way of doing business may enter into the new electronic market because the role and function of trust and established reputation will be reinforced in the electronic market. The CALS/EC through the Internet has been in the spotlight in the shopping behavior of the consumers. Accordingly Corporates are trying to adapt themselves to those rapidly changing environments being affected by the Internet. Among others, particularly to be noted is the CALS/EC between corporations and consumers whose potential growth can be considered very substantial. This report, focusing on the introduction of CALS/EC for the logistics of SMEs, will allow us to prepare more efficiently for the coming 21st Century. It is obvious that CALS/EC is fast becoming the useful way of exchanging not only information but products in business between firm-to-firm and firm-to-customer.

  • 물류의 흐름을 배제한 CALS/EC는 있을 수 없다. CALS/EC에서도 거래의 최종단계는 고객이 요구하는 상품 또는 서비스를 전달하는 것이기 때문이다. CALS/EC를 이용한 물류정보화가 물류 문제 해결에 도움을 줄 수 있고, 전자상거래의 활성화를 가로막는 물류 문제를 분석하기 위해 새로운 환경에서의 물류 요구의 변화를 분석하였다. 전자상거래와 물류정보화 활성화와 관련하여, 전자상거래 등 산업활동의 정보화 추이를 고려한 물류체계의 고도화, 산업전반의 물류정보화 촉진을 위한 법 제도의 개선, 물류산업전반의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 규제개혁 추진, 전자상거래 활성화률 위한 통관체제의 개선 등이 필요하다.

소아 급성상기도감염 합병증 진단의 공급자간 편차 (Provider Variation in Diagnosing Complications of Upper Respiratory Infection in Korean Children)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to assess the differences in treatment behavior by reviewing data of a medical institution that studies treatment behavior in URI and assessing the treatment efficacy in Korea. Methods : We analyzed the behavior of medical customers and providers of upper respiratory infection medications using the NPS published by the Health Insurance Review Assessment Service. We created an operational definition for complications, and confirmed the difference in complication distribution between medical specialties. We also performed a multivariate analysis using a mixed model to elucidate the factors influencing the occurrence of complications. Results : The outcomes of analyzing factors to influence the difference in practice patterns of the diagnosing URI between the physicians are as follows; (1) Analysis of antibiotics prescriptions rate showed significant difference from medical departments (pediatrics; 49.7%, internal medicine; 54.2%, otorhinolaryngology; 69.6%, family medicine; 61.6%, general surgery; 57.5%, p<0.001). Analysis of steroid prescriptions rate showed significant difference from medical departments (pediatrics; 3.8%, internal medicine; 4.5%, otorhinolaryngology; 5.4%, family medicine; 3.0%, general surgery; 11.2%, p<0.001). (2) In patients who visited medical institutes with the common cold, the complication distribution differed according to the medical specialty, which suggests that specific complications arise depending on the particular medical specialty (p<0.001). (3) Moreover, through multivariate analysis, we found that the complication rate is higher in clinics than in hospitals, depending on the institute's size. (p<0.001; odds ratio of 4.67 in clinics than in hospitals, 95% CI 2.66-8.21) Conclusions : We observe a deviation between the behavior of patients diagnosed with URI and medication providers. This may arise from the interaction between providers and consumers, wherein the complications are associated with the choice of outpatient department and the prevention of cutting incentives. These findings suggest that the health policies should be improved to prevent inappropriate medical practice in the treatment of pediatric URI.

Cancer Control and the Communication Innovation in South Korea: Implications for Cancer Disparities

  • Over the last 10 years, the number of cancer survivors in South Korea has reached nearly one million with a survival rate of 49.4%. However, integrated supportive care for cancer survivors is lagging. One area in which the current cancer control policy needs updating is in the utilization of information and communication technology (ICT). The remarkable progress in the field of ICT over the past 10 years presents exciting new opportunities for health promotion. Recent communication innovations are conducive to the exchange of meta-information, giving rise to a new service area and transforming patients into active medical consumers. Consequently, such innovations encourage active participation in the mutual utilization and sharing of high-quality information. However, these benefits from new ICTs will almost certainly not be equally available to all, leading to so-called communication inequalities where cancer survivors from lower socioeconomic classes will likely have more limited access to the best means of making use of the health information. Therefore, most essentially, emphasis must be placed on helping cancer survivors and their caregivers utilize such advances in ICT to create a more efficient flow of health information, thereby reducing communication inequalities and expanding social support. Once we enhance access to health information and better manage the quality of information, as a matter of fact, we can expect an alleviation of the health inequalities faced by cancer survivors.

OECD 국가를 중심으로 한 의료개혁 동향과 교훈 (Health Care Reform in OECD and It's Lessons)

  • Health policies in many countries have come under critical scrutiny in recent years. This is because of increasing national health expenditures. Also many persons in health sector have been the perception that resources allocated to health services are not always deployed in an optimal fashion. And they believe that the scope of resources in health services is limited, there is need to search for ways of using existing resources more efficiently. A further concern has been the desire to ensure access to healthcare of various groups on an equitable basis. In some European countries this has been linked to a wish to enhance patient choice and to make service providers more responsive to consumers, while Korea integrated health insurance funds into single fund in 2000. Many European countries are under considerable pressure to review and restructure their health care systems. There are several reasons of pressure to reform. There are demographic changes, pattern of disease change, advances in medical sciences will also give rise to new demands within the health services, public expectations of health services are rising as those who use services demand higher standards of care. These circumstances require the change of health care delivery system based on hierarchical regionalism, which was basis of health care delivery since 1920s. Korea is also under similarly pressure to restructure our own health care systems. We will have good learning from OECD experiences. In this paper we reviewed and compared among OECD countries' various experiences.

A Study on the Effects of Perceived Quality on Whitening Cosmetics' Satisfaction and Repurchase : Focused on University Students

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to measure the characteristics of the perceived quality of college students of 20s which is the main customers of whitening, and to investigate the customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions according to the perceived quality of whitening. Research design, data and methodology - The interviewers in the research are 300 college students in Seoul and the metropolitan area. They were collected from October 1 to October 24, 2013. 283 of collected questionnaires were used for the analysis. The analysis in the general characteristics of the subjects was analyzed by frequency analysis. With five-dimensional factor analysis, the perceived quality through reliability analysis was investigated and verified. Results - The results from analysis of the standardized coefficient Beta value were performance(0.382), brand (0.339), and price (0.318) as a high level. On the other hand, services(0.172) and design factors (0.162) were relatively low. Conclusion - Looking for these results, this study could reach the notion that a lot of consumers with whitening cosmetics highly recognized brand, performance, and price factors, but the service and design factors were relatively recognized low in customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions.
