Emergency medical information center performs role of medical direction about disease consult and pre-hospital emergency handling scheme work to people. Emergency medical information system plays a major role to be decreased mortality and disability of emergency patient by providing information of medical institution especially when emergency patient has appeared. But, various attacks as a hacking have been happened in Emergency medical information system recently. In this paper, we proposed security structure which can protect the system securely by detecting attacks from outside effectively. Intrusion detection was performed using rule based detection technique according to protocol for every packet to detect attack and intrusion was reported to control center if intrusion was detected also. Intrusion detection was performed again using decision tree for packet which intrusion detection was not done. We experimented effectiveness using attacks as TCP-SYN, UDP flooding and ICMP flooding for proposed security structure in this paper.

우리나라 의학도서관의 경우 과반수 이상이 1인 사서제로 운영되는 영세한 규모의 병원도서관으로 다른 도서관과의 자원협력과 일관성 유지를 위해서라도 장서관리정책 수립의 필요성은 더욱 절실하지만 국내의 경우 장서관리정책을 웹상에 올려놓고 있는 의학도서관은 거의 전무하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내외 의학도서관의 장서관리정책을 사례로 조사하여, 장서관리정책을 준비하는 우리나라 의학 도서관을 위한 기초 자료와 아이디어를 제공하고자 하였다. 핵심요소만 충족이 된다면 장서관리정책은 한 가지 방법만 있는 것이 아니므로 이러한 사례조사는 장서관리정책을 준비하는 의학 도서관에 아이디어를 제공할 것으로 기대한다. 이를 위하여 선행연구를 토대로 선정한 12가지 항목을 사용하여 국내 의학도서관 1곳과 국외 의학도서관 5곳을 사례연구 방법으로 조사 및 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 사례들의 조사 분석을 통해서 12가지 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

의학도서관에서 당면하고 있는 과제는 의학정보 학술잡지의 고가화, 외국잡지에 대한 선호도. 학술잡지가격의 높은 인상률, 학술잡지 증가에 따른 공간확보 문제 등으로 이는 의학도서관들이 공동으로 대처해서 풀어야할 과제이다. 의학분야의 전문지식을 관리하고 활용하기 위하여 주제전문 사서를 육성하여야하고, 국내 의학분야의 통합데이터베이스 구축이 필요하며, 학문분야의 광역화에 따라 의학정보가 점차 증가하는데 대한 정보를 수집·축적·가공하기 위한 전략 등을 연구하였다.

In this paper, I research the issue of information security for medical information system of each parties. The outflow of the Personal medical information can lead to problems of medical systems and disadvantage to an individual. In this paper, we research the information security based on a blockchain. In addition, I have analyzed blockchain. I suggest a medical information system framework that can help to keep the privacy of patients by using a blockchain network. Also, In this paper try to explain using private blockchain for medical system. Blockchain can keep the integrity and transparency of the medical records. This research, shows how can build the private blockchain for medical records and how to get the integrity of Data from Private Blockchain and Distuributed Ledger Technology.

we developed an information management system that manages various types of medical information such as text, image, sound, and laboratory data. We also developed a multimedia description system, in which medical doctors can describe his findings and interpretations with text and speech. The descriptions include the references to the data items stored in the information management systems. The communication between the description system and the information management systems is carried out using OLE/COM mechanism. The information management system was implemented by using Microsoft Open Data Base Connectivity(ODBC).

Background: The purpose of this study is to propose an analysis of trends and characteristics of high-cost patients who take over 40% of total national health insurance medical expenses. Methods: It has been analyzed the tendency of high-cost patients by open data based on the medical history information of 1 million people among national health insurance subscriber from 2002 to 2015. To conduct detailed study of characteristics of high-cost patients, multiple regression has been performed by sex, age, residence, main provider, and admission status based on the top 5% group. Results: The amount of medical expenses and the number of high-cost patients have gradually increased in decades. The number of high-cost patients for Korean won (KRW) 5,000,000 category has increased by 7.6 times, KRW 10,000,000 category has increased by 14.1 times in comparing of year 2002 and 2015. Top 5% medical expenses have increased by 4.6 times. In consideration of the characteristics of patients, the incidence of high medical expenses has been higher in female patients than male ones, the older patients than in the younger. Patients residence in Gyeonsang or Jeonla province have had a high incidence of medical expenses than other area. The disease including dementia, cerebral infarction, and cerebrovascular disease for high-cost patients has been also increased. Conclusion: The major increase factor for high medical expenses is the aging of population. The elderly population receiving inpatient care residing in the province that increases high medical costs have to management. There is an urgent need to develop a mechanism for predicting and managing the cost of high-cost medical expenses for patients who have a heavy financial burden.

A medical information management system for small to medium sized clinics and hospitals is developed. The system is designed to process, analyze and manage each patient's clinical record using database technique. The structure of the database was determined and implemented through careful and rigorous study of medical practices in Korea and, therefore, reflects the needs of information management in Korean medical community. Furthermore, a sophisticated inference engine that can deduce possible diseases from the result of medical examination is added to the system to provide doctors with a guideline in medical diagnoses.

This paper provides the design of system software for the management of radiation dose that is generated by using computerized tomography(CT). Recently, the radiation leakage incident of Japanese nuclear power plant was in the news internationally and there is a growing interest not only in nuclear power plant but in medical radiation exposure. In spite of the fact that currently safety management of radiation is under control only the workers of the radiation involved, now the exposure management of patients have been required. As surgery and inspections using the radiation have increased, this medical radiation exposure is increasing too. But it is a real situation that medical institutions don't know the level of radiation exposure applied to the patient. Therefore, a system for managing the radiation exposure of a patient from the medical institution is required. This paper proposes a design of a software program that manages the radiation exposure of CT which is a typical imaging tool to use the radiation in the medical institution. By check the amount of radiation dose and set the limit of dose, we would be of help to optimize the medical exposure of the patient.

In recent years, two major streams in medical information systems are：1) system integration among OCS(Order Communication System), EMR(Electronic Medical Record), PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System), and ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and 2) system integration through medical collaboration between East and West medical service providers. One of the characteristics which differentiate the Korean medical industry from the western medical industry is the East-West medical collaboration. In many respects there are many differences between East and West medical treatment. Although East and West medical treatment have developed from different medical philosophies and standards, we assume that the better medical care can be provided by integrating their medical procedures effectively. The two possible approaches to the integration of East and West medical information systems are suggested in this paper：One is loosely coupled model and the other is tightly coupled model. EMR improves the quality of medical record which reflects the quality of clinical practice. It provides more efficient and convenient way of input, retrieval, storage, communication and management of medical data. We abstracted the standard medical procedures from the two medical procedures performed in Daejeon Oriental Hospital and Hehwa Clinic at Daejeon University and also abstracted database schema by analyzing the characteristics of information needed in East-West medical collaboration. Our EMR is composed of two types of data：one is structured data and the other is unstructured data, which are formalized by SOAP(Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) format. Currently the integrated system is implemented and operated successfully for six months.

웹페이지의 급속한 확산은 빠른 정보의 유통을 필요로 하는 의학도서관의 정보서비스에도 필연적인 변화를 가져왔다. 이에 본 논문은 먼저 의학도서관의 웹페이지의 이론적 배경과 정보서비스차원에서 웹페이지의 의의를 살펴보고, 서울시 의학도서관의 웹페이지에 나타난 정보서비스의 실태를 조사${\cdot}$분석한 뒤, 이를 바탕으로 웹페이지를 통한 의학도서관의 정보서비스의 활성화에 일조하는 방안을 제시하고 있다.
