There are serious problems worldwide, such as a pandemic due to an unprecedented infection caused by COVID-19. On previous approaches, they invented medical vaccines and preemptive testing tools for medical engineering. However, it is difficult to access poor medical systems and medical institutions due to disparities between countries and regions. In advanced nations, the damage was even greater due to high medical and examination costs because they did not go to the hospital. Therefore, from a software engineering-based perspective, we propose a learning model for determining coronavirus infection through symptom data-based software prediction models and tools. After a comparative analysis of various models (decision tree, Naive Bayes, KNN, multi-perceptron neural network), we decide to choose an appropriate decision tree model. Due to a lack of data, additional survey data and overseas symptom data are applied and built into the judgment model. To protect from thiswe also adapt human normalization approach with traditional Korean medicin approach. We expect to be possible to determine coronavirus, flu, allergy, and cold without medical examination and diagnosis tools through data collection and analysis by applying decision trees.

According to the development of medical information systems, shortened examination time per patient could increase the number of treatments, resulting in the rapid growth of the amount of medical data. Studies on how to efficiently compress and store medical text data of increasing patients are in progress. However, previous methods have the shortcoming of compressing medical text data as it is, resulting in low compression rate. This research tries to overcome the problem by using the gamma coding method which enables compression in bit unit. We propose a new compression scheme which encodes the deviations between measured values and normal range values. Furthermore, we suggest to use the previous value with the least deviation from the measurement as the standard value to encode that deviation. Even though the suggested methods are simple, they have high compression rates. Through performance evaluation, we show that the suggested methods are more efficient than the previous methods.
This study was conducted to find medical care utilization pattern and to examine the affecting factors on medical facilities utilization using Andersen's medical care service behavioral model. Three hundreds and five public officials with detected disease through the health examination in 1998 were surveyed using self-administered questionnaire. And 230 data were available and analyzed. The results of this study were summarized as follows: Among variables of predisposing factors, knowledge for disease, confidence about periodic health examination program in health insurance, and the attitude toward medical utilization in the usual showed significant relations with the medical utilization. Other variables were not related with the medical utilization. Variables of enabling factors did not show significant relations with the medical utilization. Recognition of family members for detected disease had significant relations with the medical utilization. Among variables of need factors, absence caused by detected disease was significantly related with the medical utilization. The number of non-occupational diseases detected, but untreated people were 75(32.6%) of total subjects, mainly because detected diseases seemed insignificant to them. With multiple logistic regression analysis, the significant variables having an effect on the medical facilities utilization were 'knowledge for disease', 'attitude toward medical utilization in the usual', 'recognition of family members for detected disease' and 'experience of absence caused by detected disease'. On considerations of above findings, counselling for detected disease and its treatment, health education for individuals and program for family support promotion are needed for health management of public officials with diseases detected in health examination.

World practice is evidence of that computer systems of an intellectual support of medical activities bound up with examination of patients, their diagnosis, therapy and so on are the most effective means for attainment of a high level of physician\`s qualification. Such systems must contain large knowledge bases consistent with the modern level of science and practice. To from large knowledge bases for such systems it is necessary to have a medical ontology model reflecting contemporary notions of medicine. This paper presents a description of an observation ontology, knowledge base for the physician of general tipe, architecture, functions and implementation of problem independent shell of the system for intellectual supporting patient examination and mathematical model of the dialog. The system can be used by the following specialist: therapeutist, surgeon, gynecologist, urologist, otolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, endocrinologist, neuropathologist and immunologist. The system supports a high level of examination of patients, delivers doctors from routine work upon filling in case records and also automatically forms a computer archives of case records. The archives can be used for any statistical data processing, for producing accounts and also for debugging of knowledge bases of expert systems. Besides that, the system can be used for rise of medical education level of students, doctors in internship, staff physicians and postgraduate students.
As we enter the society of the future, efforts to increase healthy living are a major area of concern for modern people. In particular, the development of technology for a healthy life that combines ICT technology with a competitive healthcare industry environment is becoming the next growth engine. Therefore, in this paper, artificial intelligence-based data analysis of the examination results was applied in the health examination process. Through this, a research was conducted to build a knowledge base modeling that can improve the reliability of the overall judgment. To this end, an algorithm was designed through deep learning analysis to calculate and verify the test result index. Then, the modeling that provides comprehensive examination information through judgment knowledge was studied. Through the application of the proposed modeling, it is possible to analyze and utilize big data on national health, so it can be expected to reduce medical expenses and increase health.
The purpose of this study was to explore the condition of periodic medical examination, and health care services in industries. This will offer some basic data in developing industrial nursing care requirements. To achieve this goal a self-administered questionnaire (developed by the academic affairs of community health nursing) was provided to the nurses working in 40 industries from Dec 20, 1992 to Jan 20, 1993. The statistical computer package SAS, along with t-test, and ANOVA was used to manipulate the date. The results were as follows : 1. General Characteristics: The greater part of the industries studied were manufacturing company, with over 500 employees. The shift system was used with most companies using one or three shifts, and 75.0% of them were organized with Industrial Safety and Health Committees. 2. Periodic Medical Examination : Most of the workers were receiving periodic medical examination from a designated hospital (96.7%). Of those 15.8% had a close medical examination. In the medical examination 9.4% were evaluated at 'C' and 3.8 were evaluated at 'D'. About 55.0% of those workers received the result of the periodic medical examination individually(95.0%). 3. Special Medical Examination : The rate of those who were receiving special medical examination was 98.4% and about 11.7% were evaluated at 'C' and 3.9% were evaluated at 'D'. Those who had any health problems (54.2%) were receiving follow-up care, 52.4% of them had medical treatment while working. The health care managers in the company consulted 97.1% of them who had any suspicious signs and symptoms of occupational diseases. 4. Health Care Services : The average score of health care services was 13.8 out of a possible 28 point. The score of health education and health assessment, was lower than medical diagnosis and environmental hygiene. There were no significant differences in health care services according to the size of the industries(F=.95, P=.429). The score of health care services was higher in the worker who had better health and showed significant differences (F=4.50, p=.025).

Purpose : Although Korea's health insurance system and access to medical care are well established compared to other countries, the rate of non-fulfillment of dental treatment is high. Medical use rates can be affected by economic characteristics, individual heatlh condtions, health concerns, and health behaviors. This study was implemented to investigate the effect of the middle-aged elderly people's family living together on the dental examination rate and to use it as basic data for program development, research, and poicies to promote oral health. Methods : Raw data from the 7th national health and nutrition survey conducted by the Korea centers for disease control and prevention (2016~2018) were used and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 Version (IBM, United States). Results : As a result of the study family types accroding to general characteristics, the more women are (p<.001), the higther the age (p<.001), the lower the hosehold income level (p<.001), the lower the educational background (p<.001), the more people who live in Eup-Myeon (p<.001) It was fouend that the rate of living alone was high. The dental examination rate according to general characteristics was related to age (p<.001), income (p<.001), and educational background (p<.001), and the higher the examination rate was in the same (p<.001), and the higher the family living together (p<.001). Factors influencing whether or not dental treatment was not performed were in the following order: household income (p<.001), age (p=.001), and family type (p=.017). Conclusion : The above results confirmed the relationship between family membership and dental examination rates, and measures such as the development and operation of participatory programs to improve public oral health by resolving medical inequality and enhancing health equity, and it is believed that the development of professional manpower and the operation of education and programs for professionals are necessary.
Purpose:Hospitals provide top medical service using exceptional manpower, medical technology, and state-of-the-art equipment, thus raising the standard of customer satisfaction. In addition, their medical service is becoming higher than before. One-stop service is a good way to improve the quality of customer-centered service as a qualitative marketing strategy. This study thus aims to facilitate subsequent research and compare customer satisfaction before and after one-stop service. Methods: The study included 72 patients who received the reserved examination and one-stop service for 20 days from April 23 to May 12, 2014. The surveyed questionnaire data were analyzed using SPSS 18.00. Results: The comparison results of customer satisfaction showed that the satisfaction score was generally high in the areas of kindness of examination staff, the speedy/accuracy of work processing of examination staff, and the kindness of reservation staff. The group before one-stop service showed their dissatisfaction with repeated visits and difficulty of booking a desired day. The group after one-stop service showed dissatisfaction with the long waiting time for examination or same-day treatment. Conclusion: The one-stop service showed good results, but new uncomfortable issues for the customer were revealed as well, which may result in more work of employees. Considering the characteristics of various clinical departments, the author hopes to find an efficient operation plan through the development and improvement of an appropriate one-stop service method.

The personal health record platform can store and manage medical records, health-monitoring data such as blood pressure and blood sugar, and life logs generated from various wearable devices. It provides services such as international standard-based medical document management, data pattern analysis and an intelligent inference engine, and disease prediction and domain contents. This study aims to construct a foundation for the transmission of international standard-based medical documents by mapping the diagnosis items of a general health examination, special health examination, life logs, health data, and life habits with the international standard terminology systems. The results of mapping with international standard terminology systems show a high mapping rate of 95.6%, with 78.8% for LOINC, 10.3% for SNOMED, and 6.5% when mapped with both LOINC and SNOMED.
To improve medical service and customers' satisfaction by reducing actual waiting time for medical inspection by personalized examination guidance contents (PEGC) linked with medical information system (MIS). The suggested PEGC was completed with preparing transmission for data and PEGC by using transmission control protocol internet protocol (TCP/IP) which can be built up creditable data transmission service. When patient signal event appeared in MIS while the communication was in standby, the ID and data of the customer were shown as text and image on monitors in waiting room. Guiding inspections, steps of examination, and undressing information extracted from the PEGC was also shown to the appropriate patient. After installation of the suggested PEGC, we rechecked satisfaction rates of 60 customers who visited the hospital with a same method as initial survey. The results of this study suggest that 3.6 point of waiting time satisfaction index were improved, after installation of the suggested PEGC, as 4.6 point.
