Solutions for elderly health issues need to be found that take into account not only a medical perspective, but also interactions with social conditions such as socioeconomic status. With this in mind, this study aims to understand how socioeconomic status leads to health inequalities for the elderly. Specifically, this study investigates the mediating effects of socioeconomic status(income and education levels), health activities as an intermediary of the three dimensions of physical health(medical health, functional health, subjective health), accessibility of medical facilities, social participation, and social network. To test the research model, a secondary data analysis was conducted on the 2014 National Survey of Senior Citizens. The participants of the study were 10,451 elderly men and women aged 65 and above. To test the mediated model, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted following the procedures suggested by Baron and Kenny(1986). In addition, a Sobel test was conducted to test the mediated model's significance. According to the analysis, the effects of income and educational levels on the health of the elderly were not the same. Additionally, different results were found depending on health dimensions. However, the overall direction of the results showed that the socioeconomic status of the elderly creates health disparities, and health behaviors, accessibility of medical facilities, social participation, and social network had significant mediation effects between socioeconomic status and physical health. Study findings especially worth noting are as follows: education was shown to have a stronger effect on health than income; effects of social integration factors such as social participation were highlighted; and significant mediating effects on the accessibility of medical facilities remained even after taking residential area into account. Results of this study shed light on health inequality mechanisms due to socioeconomic conditions and the need to find alternatives to alleviate these problems.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between workplace bullying and defensive silence/acquiescent silence, and to examine a mediation model of job burnout. Design/methodolgy/approach - The survey questionnaires were distributed to 974 employees of a public R&D institute, financial industry, and public officials in Daejeon and Chungnam, and a total of 322 surveys were collected. 288 valid responses were used for the final data analysis using SPSS 21.0 and Amos 22.0. Descriptive statistics were used to identify demographic characteristics of the sample. Reliability analysis of the measurement was conducted using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was performed to check the validity of the measurement. Hierarchical regressions were used to examine the relationship between the variables including the moderating effect of job calling. The mediating effect of job burnout and the moderated mediation effect of job calling was analyzed using bootstrapping with PROCESS Macro installed on SPSS 21.0. Findings - The findings of the study are as follows: First, workplace bullying had a significant positive effect on both defensive silence and acquiescent silence. Second, workplace bullying had a significant positive effect on job burnout. Third, job burnout had a significant positive effect on both defensive silence and acquiescent silence. Fourth, job burnout significantly mediated the relationship between workplace bullying and defensive silence, and between workplace bullying and acquiescent silence. Research implications or Originality - The results of this study show that workplace bullying is an important variable that must be managed, because workplace bullying leads to job burnout that can hinder the performance improvement and innovation activities of the organization, which in turn leads to organizational silence. On the other hand, in the research model, the job calling was used as a moderating variable to alleviate the positive effect of workplace bullying and job burnout on the defensive and acquiescent silence, but there was no significant moderating effect. In addition to the job calling, which is the moderating variable used in this study, it is judged that it is necessary to consider specific measures to prevent members from reaching job burnout and reduce silent behavior by investing appropriate job resources such as supporting colleagues, supervisors and leadership in the workplace.
This study intended to explore fundamental causes affecting consumers' response actions from psychological factors in the situation of sellout occurring during shopping in online fashion stores. In addition, this study devised a virtual online shop in order to measure consumers' cognitive and emotional psychological responses they experienced when goods were sold out. The subjects involved women in 20s~30s, major customers of online shopping, and the subjects were randomly allocated to one of eight questionnaire forms (2(stockout size: high vs low)${\times}2$(product assortment similarity: similar vs. dissimilar)${\times}2$(restocking cue: included vs excluded)). The number of final data used for the analysis was 336 and through SPSS 21.0 program, two-way ANOVA and bootstrap were utilized. The analysis result was that consumers' psychological responses (emotions, psychological reactance) of online shops differed by means of varying stockout situations. The stockout size had positive effect on psychological reactance and negative emotions. On the other hand, there was no difference in positive emotions (arousal) according to stockout size. In stockout situation of online fashion store, the moderating effect of product assortment similarity and restocking cues were verified. According to the analysis result, interaction effects between stockout size and restocking cues, product stockout size and product assortment for psychological reactance were significant. Lastly, the mediation effect of psychological reactance and emotion between stockout size and behavioral response was tested. As a result, the moderated mediation effects of psychological reactance for substitute were significant when product assortment was dissimilar and restocking cue was exclude.

The purpose of this study is to find out the mediation effects of social-support for adolescents' game addiction and school adaptation. For this study, 353 middle school students in the West-Gyungsangnamdo areas were included in the analysis. Setting as covariates, a mediator and extra variables significantly correlated with the criterion variable, regression analysis, SPSS Macro and bootstrapping methods were used to assess the mediation effects of social-support for adolescents' game addiction and school adaptation. The results showed that adolescents highly addicted to games tended to have more difficulty in adapting to school. However, it was found that social-support (mediator) fully mediated the influence of the adolescents' game addiction (predictor) on school adaptation (criterion variable). Based on the results of the analysis, we suggest implications for social work practice to improve how game-addicted adolescents settle down in middle school through increasing social-support - the mediator - and hence bring about a decrease in game addiction among adolescents.
In this study, to reveal determinant factors for degree of open data it conduct empirical analysis for ODB(Open Data Barometer) and OUR Index(Open, Useful, Reusable Government Data Index) that are global open data index among 26 countries. As a result of multiple regression analysis, First focus is on ODB. In the Model 1 with independent variables, e-Government, SW Market size and government efficacy are significantly positive effect for ODB. In the Model 2 with independent variables and moderating variable, e-Government, SW market size and social capital are significantly positive effect for ODB. In the Model 3 with independent variables, moderating variable and interaction term, e-Government and social capital are significantly positive effect for ODB. Second focus is on OUR Index. In the Model 1 and the Model 2 e-Government is significantly positive effect for OUR Index. In the Model, e-Government and SW market size ${\times}$ social capital(interaction term) are significantly positive effect for OUR Index. And in path analysis, only ODB alternative model show Government efficacy with social capital has full mediation effect. In OUR Index alternative model there is no mediation effect with social capital.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of childhood trauma, rejection sensitivity, and emotional recognition clarity on displaced aggression An online survey was conducted with 208 adults at H cyber university. Correlation analysis and double mediation effect analysis were performed through SPSS Win 25 and SPSS Process Macro, and the results are as follows. First, childhood trauma and rejection sensitivity showed positive correlations with displaced aggression, and emotional recognition clarity showed negative correlations. Second, in the relationship between childhood trauma and displaced aggression, rejection sensitivity was found to indirectly mediate, but emotional recognition clarity did not. Third, in the relationship between childhood trauma and displaced aggression, rejection sensitivity and emotional recognition clarity were found to be double-mediated. These results are expected to be used as basic data to reduce the displaced aggression of those who have experienced childhood trauma.
Recently, interest in organizational performance has been increasing due to marketization and diversification of supplier introduced in long-term care system. To analyze the effects of caregivers' calling on the organizational performance of long-term care facilities and to examine the mediating effects of job satisfaction on the path, data were collected from caregivers in Seoul and Kyonggi-do. Multiple regression analysis was used to examine the effect of caregivers' calling on job satisfaction and job performance, and the mediating effect of job analysis was tested by hierarchical regression analysis. As a result, caregivers' calling had a positive effect on job performance and job satisfaction, and the job satisfaction showed full mediation effect between caregivers' calling and effectiveness and partial mediation effect between caregivers' calling and efficiency. Based on this, we discussed the need to improve efficiency through job satisfaction management and to manage efficiency by managing job satisfaction and vocation awareness.

Objectives: This study aimed to examine the effect of maternal adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) on the attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) symptoms in the offspring and to examine the mediating role of antepartum health risk on the intergenerational transmission of maternal ACEs. Methods: The participants consisted of 461 mother-child dyads. Mothers completed the ACEs questionnaire and Diagnostic Predictive Scales. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to estimate the risk of ADHD symptoms in the offspring of mothers with ACEs and the mediating effect of antepartum health risks by path analysis. Results: In all, 35.4% (n=163) had at least one maternal ACE, and 11.1% (n=51) had three or more. Compared to the non-ADHD symptom group, the group of offspring with ADHD symptoms showed a significant association with maternal ACE score (p<0.001) and antepartum health risks (p<0.001). Multivariate analysis further showed a significant association between the sum of maternal ACEs [odds ratio (OR)=1.264, 95% confidence interval (CI)= 1.060-1.516, p=0.009], antepartum health risks (OR=1.236, 95% CI=1.036-1.475, p=0.019), and ADHD symptoms in the offspring. In the mediation model in which the mother's ACE score affected the offspring's ADHD symptoms, partial mediation through antepartum health risks was found to be significant (B=0.041, 95% CI=0.011-0.124). Conclusion: Maternal ACEs are significantly related to the incidence of ADHD symptoms in the offspring and antepartum health risks exert an indirect effect. These findings suggest that maternal ACEs have a negative impact on the offspring's brain development through intergenerational transmission, resulting in neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD.
