As the Internet settles down as a general means, every year the domestic e-commerce transaction using the internet rapidly increases in its scale, and the conflicts occurred from the e-commerce largely grow as well. However, it is true that the clear settlement means to work out such conflicts is not established yet. Considering the feature of e-commerce, it would be better to resolve them by ADR rather than by lawsuits in the court, and in addition to it, the ODR system having sweetness as its advantage will be the optimized model. But to make the ODR settled down, there are many assignments to be improved in many aspects afterwards. In case of our country also, since the ODR system is still its early developing step, it is not activized yet due to its weak technical, lawful environments. Thus, currently, it is unavoidable to operate the dispute mediation system, carrying out a system by the existing Off-line together, and thereby, as we replace the parts worked out by the Off-line with by the On-line, we must try to develop it into a quick, cheap, and reliable dispute settlement system.
Purpose - This research aimed at exploring the mediation role of Muslim's identification with halal brand in the effects of the congruity between Islamic self and halal brand and Islamism commitment on the loyalty to the brand. Research design, data, and methodology - A single factor design was employed. A total of 199 undergraduate, graduate students or office workers in Bangladesh participated in main survey to finish the questionnaire. Structural equation model analysis was used to verify hypotheses. Results - The results of verifying hypotheses were as followings. First, the Muslim's identification with halal brand positively affected on the loyalty to the halal brand. Second, Both Muslim's commitment to Islamism and the congruity between Islamic self and halal brand positively affected on the identification with the halal brand. Third, mediation analysis showed the partial mediation role of Muslim's identification with halal brand in the effects of the Islamism commitment on the loyalty to the halal brand, and there was the full mediation role of the Muslim's identification in the effect of the congruity on the loyalty. Conclusions - Marketers should build the congruity between Islamic self and their halal brand and promote Islamism commitment to induce the loyalty to the halal brand from Muslim.
This paper is an exploratory research to identify the structural model suitable for the fashion brand attitude effect process of VMD structural elements. Under the circumstances of severe competitiveness in price-conscious casual brand, we intended to find measurement model of VMD effect to establish plausible brand specific VMD strategy. Since VMD is regarded as one of marketing stimuli like advertising, we introduced Mackenzie, Lutz, and Belch(1986)'s advertising effect measurement model for the analysis. For the study, VMD structural elements were composed of controllable visual factors from store environment at the aspect of marketing strategy. As a result, the reciprocal mediation hypothesis model shows the best fit for the VMD stimuli. That is, under the cognition of interaction between VMD attitude and brand attitude, strategy must be considered to strengthen the attitude relation between VMD and brand. The second fit model was the dual mediation model which was adopted from Petty and Cacioppo's ELM. According to this, when you make use of VMD strategy, it is needed to consider both of affective and cognitive factors of VMD.
Background: This study aims to examine the multiple-parallel mediation effects of depression, anxiety, and anger in the relationship between anger-out and interpersonal problems in men. In addition, the purpose of this study was provide a basis for supporting psychological services alongside therapeutic services as a way to increase the overall interpersonal relationship of men. Design: Survey. Methods: This study targeted 208 adult men aged 20 to 59 years. Participants were recruited through online cafe postings, and data were collected by running an online survey link. Based on the collected data, correlations between variables were investigated, and multiple parallel mediation analysis was performed using the model (Model 4) presented by SPSS PROCESS Macro. In addition, the significance of statistics was confirmed by applying the bootstrapping method, and the significance of the indirect effect was confirmed by the Sobel Z test. Results: First, Anger-out in men is related to interpersonal problems(β=.614, P<.001). Second, it can see that anger-out not only increases depression·anxiety, but also increases anger. Third, Anger-out has been shown to increase depression, anxiety, and anger, leading to increasing interpersonal problems. Anger-out had a significant effect on depression, anxiety(β=.324 P<.001), and anger(β=.551, P<.001), and depression, anxiety(β=.239, P<.001), and anger (β=.318, P<.01) had a significant effect on interpersonal relationship problems. Lastly, it can be seen that men's anger-out is experienced more as anger than depression or anxiety. Conclusion: When providing medical services to men, I believe that if externally expressed anger is addressed along with therapeutic treatment, invisible depression can also be intervened and a more positive prognosis can be expected
Purpose - Our primary goal of this study is to investigate the positive relationship between female managers' self-determined motivations (i.e., RAI: relative autonomy index) and job performances with the mediation of their job creativity in service industries. This study also examines the moderating role of creative efficacy on the relationship between female managers' self-determined motivations and creativities. Finally, based on mediation and moderation hypotheses, we also tested moderating effect of creative efficacy on the mediation effect of job creativity. Research design, data, and methodology - Drawing on SDT(Self-determination theory) and COR(conservation of resources) theories, we developed three research hypotheses. Service female managers from a several service organizations(i.e. banking, retailing, and restaurant/hospitality service) in South Korea were surveyed using self-administered instrument for data collection. A total of 331 usable questionnaires were obtained after list-wise deletion. To test reliability and validity of measurement model, we employed the CFA(confirmatory factor analysis) using M-plus 8.1 Software. Also, internal consistency was tested by Cronbach's α. We, furthermore, used the SPSS PROCESS MACRO 2.16, which was suggested by Hayes (2013; 2015), to test mediation, moderation, and moderated mediation. Results - Our results revealed that self-determined motivation and job performance were positively and fully mediated by job creativity. Furthermore, the positive relationship between female managers' self-determined motivations and job creativities was stronger when their creative self-efficacies were high than when it was low. In addition, female managers' creative self-efficacies also amplified the positive relationship between their self-determined motivations and job performances with the mediation of job creativity. Conclusions - Our research empirically elaborated the previous model of self-determined motivation and manager/female creativity literature by presenting the findings that female managers' self-determined motivations significantly influence their job performances via job creativity and that creative self-efficacy effectively strengthen these positive impacts. Also, our research offered new insight for practitioners (i.e. top service managers) by suggesting that they may enhance female service managers' job performance if they pay more attention to employee creativity in service marketing.
Fur apparel is a representative luxury item that displays wealth and social status; however, it is also recognized as an unethical product criticized for its animal maltreatment in the production process. Understanding consumer responses to an ambivalent object, such as fur apparel, is an important research topic both academically and practically. This study investigates the hierarchical effects of perceived benefits and risks of fur apparel on consumers' emotions and purchase intention by applying the ABC model of attitudes to identify the mediating effects of consumer emotions. An online survey was conducted on 390 female consumers that verified hypotheses through structural equation modeling and bootstrapping analysis using phantom variables. The initial results of the survey showed that the relationship between perceived conspicuous benefits and purchase intention towards fur apparel was partially mediated by positive emotion. Second, the relationship between perceived epistemic benefits and purchase intention was completely mediated by positive emotion. Third, the relationship between perceived ethical risk and purchase intention was completely mediated by positive and negative emotions. Fourth, perceived social risk did not affect the purchase intention of fur apparel significantly. The results support that cognitive beliefs about the subject have a significant positive effect on behavioral intentions through emotions as suggested in the ABC model of the attitude. This study provides an in-depth understanding of consumer responses to ambivalent objects by revealing the individual mediating effects of consumers' positive and negative emotions.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was aimed to examine the effect of self-esteem on life satisfaction and happiness among adolescents, and to verify moderated mediation of peer relations mediated by altruism and self-regulation. Method: The study referred to the 2015 Annual Report of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey. More precisely, report on the fourth year research process of the study cohort comprising 2,091 subjects was used to verify the research model.
