임상실습 스트레스와 실습 만족도의 관계에 미치는 적극적 스트레스 대처의 매개효과 (Mediation Effect of a Positive Stress Coping Strategy in the Relationship between Clinical Practice Stress and Clinical Practice Satisfaction)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify the mediation effect of a positive stress coping strategy between clinical practice stress and clinical practice satisfaction in nursing students. Methods : In this study, data was collected from 248 nursing students at K University in South Korea from October of 2015 to November of 2015. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 Statistics Program. Results : Clinical practice stress and a positive stress coping strategy were significant predictors of clinical practice satisfaction (${\beta}$=.442, p<.001). The explanatory power of the measure of clinical practice satisfaction was increased to 29.3% (p<.001) with solely clinical practice stress, and it reached 44.2% (p<.001) when a positive stress coping strategy was reflected. The results of this study confirmed that a positive stress coping strategy has a mediation effect on clinical practice stress and clinical practice satisfaction levels. Conclusions : It is necessary to develop a program to take advantage of positive stress coping skills so that nursing college students can smoothly overcome stress during their clinical training and thus improve their clinical practice experience.

Multi-Mediation Effects of Personal Self-Congruity and Social Self-Congruity to Perceived Value and Brand Attitude on Chinese Airlines Customers

  • Purpose- This study examines the multi-mediation effect of personal self-congruity and social self-congruity to perceived value and brand attitude on aircraft customers in China. Research design, data and methodology- Survey was conducted on Chinese citizens who had flown via Chinese airlines and lived mainly in the Yangtze River delta. 727 cases were analyzed. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used to analyze the data. Results - First, perceived economic value has a positive impact on personal self-congruity and social self-congruity but has no effect on brand attitude. Second, perceived functional value has a positive impact on personal self-congruity, social self-congruity, and brand attitude. Third, based on this, perceived economic value is not directly related to brand attitude. However, there is a relationship between perceived functional value and brand attitude, with personal self-congruity and social self-congruity having mediation effects. Conclusions - The Results show that perceived economic and functional value such as competitive airfare, mileage membership, check-in processes, diversified vouchers and coupons, and also basic services such as flight security and flight attendant service having an effect on personal self-congruity. To improve consumer brand attitude, airlines should take into consideration personal self-congruity factors such as their values and lifestyles, and their social self-congruity factors such as their social status and social security.

어머니의 한계설정과 과보호/허용 양육이 유아의 외현화 행동에 미치는 영향: 어머니의 우울과 유아의 의도적 통제에 의한 조절된 매개효과 (The Influence of Maternal Limit-Setting and Overprotective/Permissive Parenting on Preschoolers' Externalizing Behaviors: A Moderated Mediation Effect of Maternal Depression and Preschoolers' Effortful Control)

  • Objective: Studies have revealed that parenting is a crucial factor for children's effortful control and externalizing behaviors, however, less is known about the underlying mechanism that may be moderated by maternal depression. Therefore, the present study is aimed to testify the mediating effect of children's effortful control and moderating effect of maternal depression in the association between parenting(i.e. limit setting, overprotective/permissive parenting) and children's externalizing behaviors. Methods: Three hundred and one mothers with 4 to 6 years old children reported their parenting behaviors, depression, their children's effortful control and externalizing behaviors. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Process Macro. Results: Results showed that children's effortful control mediated the association between parenting and children's externalizing behaviors and maternal depression moderated the association between parenting behaviors and children's effortful control as well as between parenting behaviors and children's externalizing behaviors. The moderated mediation effects were stronger among mothers with lower levels of depression. Conclusion/Implications: These findings could contribute to a better understanding of how and when maternal limit setting and overprotective/permissive parenting impact children's externalizing behaviors. It is suggested that future efforts to provide the parenting intervention take a target specific approach (e.g. considering mother's depression symptom), on order to maximize the effectiveness of program to ultimately facilitate children's positive adjustment.

서비스 종업원의 진정성, 소비자의 감성지능, 레포 그리고 고객충성도 : 조절된 매개모형 (The Effect of Employee Authenticity on Customer Loyalty via Rapport : A Moderated Mediation Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between employee authenticity and customer loyalty. This study also examined whether rapport positively mediated the above relationship. In addition this study address the moderating role of customer emotional intelligence in the relationship between employee authenticity and rapport. By developing moderated a mediation model, we addressed indirect conditional effect of customer emotional intelligence on the relationship between employee authenticity and customer loyalty via rapport. Methods: The survey data was collected by customers who used various services in Korea. The main hypotheses were tested using a cross-sectional design, with questionnaires administered to 292 customers. Results: The result of empirical analysis has shown that employee authenticity was significantly positively related to customer loyalty. We have also found that rapport positively mediated the relationship between employee authenticity and customer loyalty. While there was a significant moderating effect of customer emotional intelligence on the relationship between employee authenticity and rapport, the moderated mediating role of customer emotional intelligence was found. Conclusion: The results provide useful theoretical and practical implications to the organizations and managers who want to improve customer loyalty. Future research directions with the limitation of the study were discussed.

Influence of the Green Leadership Toward Environmental Policies Support

  • This paper aimed to study the role of green leadership toward environmental policies support in university. Furthermore, this study investigated the influence of green leadership toward environmental policies support and discussed the mediation effect of Green Self efficacy, Green Mindfulness, organization identity and environmental responsibility. The number of Population sample in this research was taken from 1,456 lecturers and staff of Universitas Negeri Semarang, Indonesia. Total sample in this research is 312 respondents. Structural Equation Models (SEM) was used in this research to develop the model of green leadership role toward environmental policies support of Lecturer and Staff in the University. This study found that green leadership had significant influences toward environmental policies support, environmental responsibility, green mindfulness and green self-efficacy but had insignificant influence toward organizational identity. Path analysis showed strong mediation effect of environmental responsibility and green mindfulness, but had a weak mediation from organizational identity and green self-efficacy. Finally, this study concluded that the role of green leadership in influencing environmental responsibility and green mindfulness was required to be enhanced in order to increase the support of environmental policies at the university. Further study needs to be carried out to determine the effect of green leadership on green performance and green behavior in organizations.

간호사가 경험한 언어폭력이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성의 매개효과 중심으로 (Influence of Verbal Violence Experienced by Nurses on Organizational Commitment: Focus on the Mediating Effects of Resilience)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to provide fundamental data on increasing organizational commitment of clinical nurses by verifying the mediation effects of resilience in the correlation between the verbal violence experienced by nurses and their organizational commitment. Methods: Participants were 167 nurses working in 2 university hospitals and 3 general hospitals located in D city Nurse managers were excluded. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis based on the three-step mediation effect verification procedures proposed by Baron and Kenny. SPSS 24.0 program was used. The significance of mediation effect was verified by performing the Sobel test. Results: The resilience was confirmed to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between verbal violence experience and organizational commitment (β=.25, p=.001), and verified by Sobel test (Z=-1.95, p=.026). Conclusion: The results verifiying that verbal violence experience, organizational commitment, and resilience are correlated with each other, and showing that the organizational culture needs to be improved and the hospital environment needs to be changed to decrease verbal violence experiences and increase resilience in order to enhance organizational commitment.

The Impact of National Stereotypes towards Country-of-Origin Images on Purchase Intention: Empirical Evidence from Countries of the Belt and Road Initiative

  • The purpose of this paper is to explore how the country-of-origin image mediates the effect of national stereotypes along two dimensions of perceived competence and warmth, on consumers' consumption behaviors, especially in today's environment, the capricious COVID-19 and the deepening and expanding "The Belt and Road" initiative. Research design, data, and methodology: After collecting 1500 primary data from twelve countries along the 21st - Century Maritime Silk Road, this paper conducts ANOVA and SEM in SPSS25.0 and AMOS 24.0 separately to analyze measurements, structural models, and hypotheses via using 1277 final samples. The mediation results illustrate the asymmetric dominance of the two dimensions of national stereotypes, indicating that the country-of-origin image shows the complementary mediation in the effect of perceived competence on purchase intention; whereas, the country-of-origin image holds the indirect-only mediation in the impact of perceived warmth on purchase intention. The results of the moderation show that the effect of country-of-origin image on purchase intention is more significant for consumers who perceive COVID-19 in China to be of lesser severity than those who believe it to be of higher severity. Based on the paper's results, some implications for practice and theory are highlighted.

Moderating Effect and Mediation Effect of Social Support in the Relationship between Art Therapist's Job Stress and Psychological Burnout

  • 본 연구의 목적은 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계에 있어 사회적 지지의 조절효과와 매개효과를 실증 분석한 결과를 제시하는 데에 있다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 직무스트레스를 독립변인, 사회적 지지를 조절변인과 매개변인, 심리적 소진을 종속변인으로 하여 연구모형을 설정하고 그 관계와 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 미술치료사를 대상으로 200부의 설문지를 배포하여 최종 150부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인 환경적 요인(경력, 고용형태, 근무시간)에 따른 직무스트레스, 심리적 소진, 사회적 지지에 차이를 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무스트레스, 심리적 소진, 사회적 지지는 변인 간의 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 미술치료사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 미술치료사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다.

뮤지컬 관람객의 사전지식이 관람만족 및 구전의향에 미치는 영향 - 트랜스포테이션의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로 - (Musical Prior Knowledge, Audience Satisfaction and Word-of-Mouth: A Moderated-Mediation Analysis)

  • 디지털기술의 발달로 소비자들은 어느 때보다 상품에 관한 해박한 사전지식을 보유하게 되었다. 뮤지컬과 같은 서비스재는 무형성, 비분리성, 이질성 등으로 인해 사전지식 추구 경향이 더욱 강하게 나타난다. 공연예술 분야의 선행연구들은 관람객의 사전지식이 관람만족과 구전의향에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 사실을 밝혔으나 최근에는 사전지식이 많은 경우 오히려 상품평가에 부정적 영향을 미친다는 주장도 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 뮤지컬사전지식이 어떤 조건에서 관람만족과 구전의향을 높이는지 확인하고자 했다. 이를 위해서, 뮤지컬사전지식이 관람만족을 매개로 구전의향을 높이는 매개모형을 설정하였다. 그리고 이 매개경로를 조절하는 변수로서 트랜스포테이션을 도입하여 트랜스포테이션 수준에 따라 관람만족과 구전의향이 변화하는지를 검증하였다. 스토리로의 몰입과 동일시를 설명하는 개념인 트랜스포테이션을 도입한 이유는 뮤지컬 구성요소로서 스토리의 중요성이 크다는 선행연구결과를 반영한 것이다. 조절된 매개분석 결과, 뮤지컬사전지식이 관람만족을 통해 구전의향에 영향을 주는 매개경로는 트랜스포테이션에 의해 조절됨을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 사전지식으로 무장한 관람객들을 만족시키기 위해서는 질 높은 뮤지컬스토리가 중요하다는 사실을 최초로 실증하였다는 점에 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

성별에 따른 자기애가 데이트 성폭력에 미치는 영향: 양가적 성차별의식의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The effect of narcissism on sexual dating violence by gender: Focusing on the mediation effect of ambivalent sexism)

  • 본 연구에서는 자기애와 데이트 폭력 간의 관계를 성적 폭력을 중심으로 알아보고, 여기에 양가적 성차별의식이 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 특히 자기애의 하위 요인별로 데이트 성폭력과 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 살펴보고, 이에 영향을 미치는 양가적 성차별의식의 효과를 남녀를 구분하여 연구하였다. 미혼 성인 남녀 총 200명(여성 100명, 남성 100명)을 대상으로 자기애가 데이트 성폭력에 미치는 영향을 양가적 성차별의식이 매개하는지를 남녀 각각 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 남성의 경우 자기애가 데이트 성폭력에 미치는 영향에서 적대적 성차별의식의 매개효과가 유의한 반면, 여성의 경우 온정적 성차별의식의 매개효과가 유의하였다. 구체적으로 자기애 하위 요인과 데이트 성폭력 간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 성별에 따라 다른 양상이 나타났다. 즉, 남성의 경우 과시적이고 특권의식이 높을수록 적대적 성차별의식이 강했고, 적대적 성차별의식이 강할수록 데이트 성폭력 가해 경험의 빈도가 높았다. 반면, 여성의 경우 과시적이며 특권의 식이 높고 자기충분성이 높을수록 온정적 성차별의식이 강했고, 온정적 성차별의식이 강할수록 데이트 성폭력 가해 경험의 빈도가 높았다. 본 연구에서는 자기애가 데이트 성폭력에 미치는 영향에 있어 양가적 성차별의식의 매개효과가 성별에 따라 다르다는 것과 함께, 자기애의 하위 요인별로 성차별의식과의 관계와 데이트 폭력에 미치는 영향력이 다르다는 것을 확인하였다.
