임금근로자의 직무적합도가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향: 일 만족도의 매개효과 (The Effect of Job Fit on Life Satisfaction of Wage Workers : Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 임금근로자의 직무적합도가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향과 일 만족도의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 분석을 위해 한국노동패널조사(Korean Labor and Income Panel Study) 23차년도(2020년) 자료를 활용하였고 그 중 임금근로자 7,202명을 표본으로 추출하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관분석을 실시하였고 PROCESS MACRO 4 프로그램으로 매개효과를 검증했다. 간접효과의 유의성은 Bootstrapp 기법으로 분석했다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 임금근로자의 직무적합도는 생활만족도를 향상시키는 것으로 확인됐다. 둘째, 직무적합도와 생활만족도의 관계에서 일 만족도는 완전매개효과를 보이고 있다. 연구결과에 근거해서 임금근로자의 생활만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 실천적 개입 방안들을 논의하였다.

가족건강성이 청소년의 학교적응에 미치는 영향 및 사회적 지지의 매개효과 - 경남지역 중학생을 중심으로 - (A Study of the Effect of Family Strength on School Adjustment among Adolescents and the Mediating Effect of Social Support - Focus on Middle School Students of the Gyeongnam Region -)

  • This study focused on adolescents who are studying in middle schools of the Gyeongnam region, aims to provide methods for improving school adjustment among adolescents through the enhancement of family strength. It will examine the effect of family strength on adolescents' school adjustment verify the mediating effect of social support in the influential relationships of school adjustment. The summarizations, obtained in this study are as follows: First, an analysis of the results of the effect of family strength on social support demonstrated that family strength had a positive effect on social support. That is, as family strength was higher, social support increased. Second, an analysis of the results of the effect of family strength on school adjustment show that family strength would have a direct effect on school adjustment, which is positive. Where family strength was higher, school adjustment of adolescents was also higher. Third, the results of the effect of social support on school adjustment when controlling family strength demonstrate that social support would have a positive effect on school adjustment, however, family strength did not predict school adjustment. Therefore, the complete mediating effect of social support in the relationship between family strength and school adjustment was identified. In conclusion, it was identified that family strength had an indirect effect on school adjustment, but not a direct effect. Therefore, it is indicated that indirect intervention through the social support system as well as direct intervention for the improvement of adolescents' school adjustment is required. In addition, it was confirmed that family strength and social support would be more important variables than control variables, which reflect the characteristics of adolescents and family in terms of school adjustment. Therefore, the recognition that the responsibility in adjusting to school is the common role of families, schools, and community going beyond the individual responsibility of adolescents is needed.

Impact of Logistics 4.0 Technology Adoption on Logistics Performance: The Mediating Effect of Logistics Innovation Capability and the Mediated Moderation Effect of Firm Size

  • Purpose - This study aims to identify the relationship between logistics companies' Logistics 4.0 technology adoption with logistics innovation capability and logistics performance, and analyze the mediating effect of logistics innovation capability and the mediated moderation effect of firm size through logistics innovation capability. Design/methodology - Research models and hypotheses were established based on prior research related to Industry 4.0, Logistics 4.0, logistics technology, logistics performance, and firm size. The survey was conducted on the employees of logistics companies, and exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, structural equation model analysis, mediation effect, moderation effect, and the mediated moderation effect analysis were performed. Findings - The adoption of Logistics 4.0 technology was found to significantly affect logistics innovation capability and logistics performance. Logistics innovation capability was found to significantly affect logistics performance. Moreover, logistics innovation capability was found to have a significant mediation effect on the relationship between Logistics 4.0 technology adoption and logistics performance. The moderation effect based on firm size was found to have a partial effect on logistics innovation capability and logistics performance, but the mediated moderation effect was not significant. Originality/value - This study is meaningful in that it empirically analyzed the relationship of Logistics 4.0 technology adoption with logistics innovation capability and logistics performance, the mediating effect of logistics innovation capability, the moderation effect of firm size, and the mediated moderation effect of firm size, which were not addressed in previous studies.

글로벌기업의 집단형 문화가 합리형 문화에 미치는 영향 -여성 리더의 직위와 경력의 매개효과를 중심으로- (The Effect of Clan Culture on Market Culture of Public Organization Focusing of Mediating Effect of Women Leader's Position and Carrier)

  • 본 연구는 글로벌 기업의 집단형 문화와 합리형 문화 간의 관계에서 여성리더 특성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하는 것이 연구목적이다. 본 연구를 통하여 촉진자, 선도자, 생산자, 지시자 리더십 간의 관계에서 여성리더의 직위와 경력이 매개효과로 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 개념적 연구모형은 집단형 문화, 여성리더 특성, 합리형 문화의 3개 요인으로 설계되었다. 글로벌기업을 대상으로 리더십 유형과 조직문화와 관련된 500개의 조사대상표본에 기초해서 구조방정식모형을 사용하여 집단형 문화와 합리형 문화 간의 관계에서 여성리더 특성의 매개효과를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 촉진자 리더십은 여성리더의 직위와 경력에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 선도자 리더십은 여성리더의 경력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 반면에, 여성리더의 직위에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 여성 리더의 직위와 경력은 생산자 리더십에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 여성 리더의 직위와 경력은 지시자 리더십에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 촉진자 리더십은 생산자 리더십에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 선도자 리더십은 지시자 리더십에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 여성리더 특성의 매개효과를 통제한 상태에서 본 연구의 결과는 집단형 문화가 합리형 문화에 미치는 영향을 실증연구를 통해서 검증함으로서 학술적 기여도를 높였으며, 또한 정책적, 혹은 실무적 시사점을 제시한 연구이다. 본 연구는 리더십 유형과 조직문화 연구 분야에서 여성리더의 직위와 경력 변수를 사용하여 매개효과를 검증하였다는 점에서 의미 있는 연구이다.

Andersen과 Newman의 행동모델을 적용한 경로당 이용 영향요인에 관한 연구: 이용자 만족도 매개효과 분석 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Use of Senior Center Applying Andersen and Newman's Behavior Model: Analysis of Mediating Effect of User Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 Andersen과 Newman(1973)의 행동모델을 적용하여 지역사회 노인들의 경로당 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고, 이용자 만족도의 매개효과를 검증하여 경로당 이용 노인의 만족도 향상 및 경로당 운영 활성화를 위한 정책적·실천적 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 부산지역 2,283개소 경로당 이용 노인 578명이다. 연구결과, 경로당 총 이용기간에 영향을 미치는 요인은 선행요인 중 연령, 가능성 요인 중 경로당 유형으로 분석되었으며, 1주일간 경로당 총 이용일 수에 영향을 미치는 요인은 선행요인 중 성별, 연령, 교육수준으로 나타났다. 매개변수인 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 선행요인 중 성별, 연령, 욕구요인 중 주관적 건강상태로 분석되었다. 이용자 만족도 매개효과 검증 결과, 연령과 경로당 총 이용기간 사이에는 부분 매개효과, 성별과 1주일간 경로당 이용일 수 사이에는 완전 매개효과, 연령과 1주일간 경로당 이용일 수 사이에는 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구의 목적과 주요 결과에 따라 경로당 이용자 만족도 및 이용 활성화를 위한 정책적·실천적 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경로당 이용자 특성에 따른 프로그램 개발과 지원이 요구된다. 둘째, 경로당 유형 및 지역적 환경에 따라 경로당을 특성화 할 필요성이 있다. 셋째, 경로당 운영비 지원 기준 개선과 인상이 필요하다.

교사의 탄력성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에서 조직의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Organization on the Relationship between Teacher's Resilience and Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to confirm the relationship between teacher's resilience and job satisfaction and observe the mediating effect of organization in the relationship. For the study, a survey about resilience, job satisfaction, and organization was conducted on 913 elementary, middle, and high school teachers working at Busan and Ulsan. The result was statistically treated using SPSS 18.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, there were as positive relationships among teacher's resilience, job satisfaction, and organization. Second, the mediating effect of organization in the relationship between teacher's resilience and job satisfaction was shown by the partial mediating effect. The result of the study shows that teacher's resilience is the variables influencing job satisfaction but organization is more important variables. Therefore, it suggests to establish organizational ethical climate for active communication among school members in order to improve teacher's job satisfaction.

보육교사의 소진, 과학교수불안 및 과학교수효능감 간의 관계에서 과학교과교육학지식의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Pedagogical Content Knowledge of Science Teaching on the Relations Among Child Care Teachers' Burnout, Science Teaching Anxiety, and Science Teaching Efficacy)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of pedagogical content knowledge of science teaching on the relations among child care teachers' burnout, science teaching anxiety, and science teaching efficacy. For this study, questionnaires were distributed to 355 teachers working at child care centers in Jollanam-do. The analysis of data was conducted with SPSS WIN 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, child care teachers' burnout lowered their science teaching efficacy, and child care teachers' pedagogical content knowledge, as a mediating variable, reduced the negative effect of child care teachers' burnout on their science teaching efficacy. Second, child care teachers' science teaching anxiety lowered their science teaching efficacy, and child care teachers' pedagogical content knowledge, as a mediating variable, reduced the negative effect of child care teachers' science teaching anxiety as an independent variable on their science teaching efficacy. These findings imply there is a need to boost pedagogical content knowledge during in-service teacher education programs.

아버지의 자녀양육참여와 사회적 지원이 후속출산계획에 미치는 영향:어머니의 양육스트레스 매개를 중심으로 (The Effects of Paternal Participation in Child Care and Social Support on Planning for a Second Childbirth, Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Maternal Parenting Stress)

  • This study examined the effects of paternal participation in child care and social support on planning for a second childbirth, focusing on the mediating effect of the mother's parenting stress. The 887 subjects studied in this paper were mothers who have a first child, and were selected from a sample of the 2nd Panel Study of Korean Children(PSKC) by the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education(KICCE), conducted in 2009. Data was analyzed using a Structural Equation Model(SEM) to identify a structure and relationships among factors. The significance of indirect effects to test the mediating effect of maternal parenting stress was identified via bootstrapping. Results indicated that maternal parenting stress partially mediated the relationship between the father's participation in child care and planning for a second childbirth, and absolutely mediated the relationship between social support and planning for a second childbirth. The findings reveal the importance of reducing parenting stress, given its substantial impact on planning for a second childbirth.

영유아교사의 친밀관계경험이 우울에 미치는 영향에서 자기자비의 매개효과 (The Influence of Experiences in Close Relationships with Teachers for Young Children on Their Depression: Examining the Mediating Effect of Their Self-compassion)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of experiences in close relationships with teachers for young children on their depression and to see whether there would be a mediating effect of their self-compassion. Methods: The subjects were 206 teachers recruited from Seoul and five different provinces who currently worked at the kindergarten and child care centers and agreed to participate in the survey. The data were analyzed by means of frequency, percentages, Cronbach's reliability coefficient and Pearson's correlation using SPSS 25.0 and model 4 provided in The PROCESS macro for SPSS 3.4 version. Results: The findings were as followed. First, the teachers' degrees of anxiety and avoidance for their close relationships were below the median scores. In contrast their degree of self-compassion was above the median score. In addition, their level of depression was relatively low. Second, both of the teachers' anxiety and avoidance for their close relationships had a positive impact on their depression and their self-compassion, and there were the partial mediating effect in both cases. Conclusion/Implications: These results imply that the early attachment experience connecting the experience in close relationships in the adulthood is important and that it is necessary to develop a program to enhance teachers' self-compassion to protect their psychological well-being.

간호대학생의 교수-학생 상호작용과 취업불안의 관계에서 전문직 자아개념의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Professional Self-Concept on the Relationship between Professor-Student Interaction and Job-Seeking Anxiety among Nursing Students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of professional self-concept on the relationship between professor-student interaction and job-seeking anxiety among nursing students. Methods : A cross-sectional survey was conducted using a convenient sampling method with data collected from a sample of 294 nursing students. The structured questionnaire included items to assess job-seeking anxiety, professional self-concept, and professor-student interaction among nursing students. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using the SPSS 24.0 program. Mediation analysis was performed according to the Sobel test. Results : Analysis of the mediating effect of professional self-concept showed a significant mediating influence of professional self-concept on the relationship between professor-student interaction and job-seeking anxiety. Conclusion : The findings suggest that professional self-concept may play a role in increasing the effect of professor-student interaction on job-seeking anxiety. Therefore, this study underscores the need to consider ways of enhancing professional self-concept during interventions for nursing students.
