  • Purpose - This study aims to identify the relationship between logistics companies' Logistics 4.0 technology adoption with logistics innovation capability and logistics performance, and analyze the mediating effect of logistics innovation capability and the mediated moderation effect of firm size through logistics innovation capability. Design/methodology - Research models and hypotheses were established based on prior research related to Industry 4.0, Logistics 4.0, logistics technology, logistics performance, and firm size. The survey was conducted on the employees of logistics companies, and exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, structural equation model analysis, mediation effect, moderation effect, and the mediated moderation effect analysis were performed. Findings - The adoption of Logistics 4.0 technology was found to significantly affect logistics innovation capability and logistics performance. Logistics innovation capability was found to significantly affect logistics performance. Moreover, logistics innovation capability was found to have a significant mediation effect on the relationship between Logistics 4.0 technology adoption and logistics performance. The moderation effect based on firm size was found to have a partial effect on logistics innovation capability and logistics performance, but the mediated moderation effect was not significant. Originality/value - This study is meaningful in that it empirically analyzed the relationship of Logistics 4.0 technology adoption with logistics innovation capability and logistics performance, the mediating effect of logistics innovation capability, the moderation effect of firm size, and the mediated moderation effect of firm size, which were not addressed in previous studies.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether Reasons for Living play mediating roles in the links between stress and suicidal ideation, and Social Support moderate the effect of stress on Reasons for Living. In addition, the mediated moderation effect on the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation was examined. A total of 608 university students completed self-reporting questionnaire on stress, suicidal ideation, Reasons for Living and social support. The results indicated that Living on Suicidal mediated the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation, and social support moderated the links between stress and Living on Suicidal. Finally, the mediated moderation effect of social support the association between stress, Living on Suicidal, and suicidal ideation was found. These findings suggest that social support may function as a protective factor for university students' suicidal ideation.

  • The study examined the mediated-moderation effect of parental reflection levels from maternal childhood experiences by the parents to mother's reaction to negative emotions of their preschoolers by examining it through the lens of parental role satisfaction. The participants in this study were 327 mothers who and their infants aged 3-6 years. They completed questionnaires on the maternal childhood experiences scale, parental reflection scale, parental role satisfaction scale and mother's reaction to negative emotions of their preschoolers scale. The results of the structural equation model analysis are as follows. First, a mediating model revealed that the relationship between maternal childhood experiences by parents and mother's reactions to negative emotions of their preschoolers was mediated by parental role satisfaction. Second, the results revealed the moderation effect of parents reflection levels on the relationship between maternal childhood experiences by parents and parental role satisfaction. Finally, parental reflection levels were also seen to have a mediated moderation effect of parental reflection level from maternal childhood experiences to mother's reaction to negative emotions of their preschoolers through parental role satisfaction. These results indicate the importance of parental reflection and parental role satisfaction.

  • This study was to verify the mediated moderation effects of parental neglect on the process where school teacher violence affected depression and suicidal ideation of adolescents. Data of 6,291 middle and high school students from 'research on the actual state of human rights of Korean children and adolescents IV' conducted by National Youth Policy Institute were analyzed. The analyses were carried out with SPSS 18.0 and Process Macro 4.0 using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, regression analysis, and bootstrapping. The results showed that 1. school teacher violence and depression significantly influenced suicidal ideation of adolescents, 2. depression showed mediating effects on the process where school teacher violence influenced suicidal ideation, 3. parental neglect showed mediated moderation effects on the process where school teacher violence influenced suicidal ideation through depression. The study also suggested the necessity to complement the education and counseling program and the relevant policy for parents and teachers who could affect suicidal ideation of adolescents.

  • The present study examines the impact of COVID-19 anxiety on employees' psychological resources and behaviors, drawing on the conservation of resources theory. We also investigate whether flexibility in work contexts has a meaningful effect on employees' responses to the pandemic. A total of 284 working adults participated in an online survey consisting of self-reporting questionnaires that assessed levels of COVID-19 anxiety, vigor, innovative work behavior, and flexible working arrangements. The results showed that the level of vigor mediated the positive relationship between COVID-19 anxiety and innovative work behavior, and the perceived level of flexible working arrangements moderated this mediation effect positively. The findings highlight the importance of considering employees' psychological resources and work arrangements in managing the negative impact of COVID-19-related anxiety. This study provides theoretical and practical implications for organizations to better understand the psychological processes that employees undergo during a crisis. Further research on diverse work settings and cultural backgrounds is needed to expand on the present findings.

Results: Results show that the poverty has direct negative influence on self-rated health, while the presence of family and friend support decreased negative influence. And through the analysis of mediated moderation model, similarly poverty has also indirect negative effect on self-rated health by health behaviors and family and friend support. Especially, regular exercise was found to be a major variable that mediates poverty and self-rated health. Conclusion: In conclusion, to improve the self-rated health state of respondents need to provide emotional support especially from family and friends. Also regular exercise should be encouraged by raising health awareness through continuous health education and promotion for the residents in order to develop health behaviors.

  • Many people have a social network service (SNS) by utilizing a variety of community activities, information sharing, and the creation of social networking. In terms of marketing academics view social networks between businesses and consumers in the new communication strategy, a new way to make them in terms of marketing a new business opportunity. That is, they are actively engaged in the various marketing activities targeting customers using SNS. According to H. A. Simon's needle theory, it is efficient to make a decision within the bounded rationality due to the difficulty of collecting data in decision-making as well as the inability to collect all information because of limited time and money. If the information or the informant can be trusted, the customers would be able to make a quick decision and get higher satisfaction from it. Therefore, this study examines and thereby empirically demonstrates what role customers' trust plays in a company's marketing using SNS by exploring how trust condition works in the mediated model and, theoretically, intends to introduce an empirical methodology on more strictly mediated moderating effects and, in practice, revisit the role of trust on direct and indirect effect the SNS's Information quality has on the performance variables such as customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study thereby aims to provide a strategic tool for the companies that plan to use the SNS in developing marketing strategies.

This study thereby aims to provide a strategic tool for the companies that plan to use the SNS in developing marketing strategies.
