본 논문에서는 광속에 비해서 대단히 낮은 속도로 운동하고 있는 선형, 등방, 균질 매질내에서 크기가 파장과 동등정도이거나 그 이상인 Circular Loop Antenna의 방사특성을 고찰하였다. 고찰에 있어서 우선 운동매질내에서의 전자파방정식인 Maxwell-Minkowski방정식을 토대로 하여 Circular loop antenna에 해당하는 Vector potential을 유도하고 전자계식을 구하였다. 다음 이와같이 유도된 식들로부터 특정한 파장과 속도에 대한 전자계를 계산하고 field pattern을 도시하였으며 이 pattern과 정지매질에서의 field pattern을 비교 검토하였다. 검토한 결과, 지향성은 loop면에 평행한 속도성분에 한하여 속도방향으로는 축소되고 속도와 반대방향으로는 신장되는 사실이 발견되었으며 이 경향은 속도가 클수록 동진주파수가 높을수톡 크게됨을 알수 있었다.

This study explored the influence of adolescent depression on adult media addiction by examining Bronfenbrenner's ecological perspective. The ecological perspective is a useful framework to identify the link between youths' interacting subjects in the ecological environment. It can also be used to understand adolescent problems and addiction behaviors. The current study examined the influence of parents, peers, and teachers on adult media addiction and depression with a focus on micro-systems that have the greatest influence on adolescents among various environmental systems. We analyzed 568 participants who reported exposure to adult media. SPSS 20.0 was used to conduct a descriptive analysis of the data; AMOS 19.0 was used to conduct a confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. The results of study are as follows. First, parental abuse and peer alienation significantly increases depression. Second, peer communication significantly decreases depression. Third, parental monitoring and parental affection significantly decreased adult media addiction. Fourth, parental abuse, peer alienation, and depression significantly increased adult media addiction. This study is meaningful in that it examines the influence of parent, peer, and teacher relationships among adolescents on adult media addiction and depression. This study can be helpful to understand adult media addiction and depression among Korean adolescents.

본 연구에서는 도서관장애인서비스 활성화 방안 및 홍보전략 개발의 기초가 될 수 있는 이용자인식조사 연구를 수행하고자 하며, 이를 통해서 이용자에게 가장 적절한 홍보방안을 도출하는데 기여하고자 설문조사 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 국내 장애인이용자의 도서관서비스에 대한 홍보경험은 32.4%로 매우 낮게 나타났으며, 특히 지적장애인의 경우 전원이 홍보경험이 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 도서관 홍보매체 경험으로는 인터넷, 도서관게시판, 현수막, ARS 서비스, 인터넷 방송 순으로 나타났으나, 홍보물에 대한 만족도는 평균 이하(3점 이하)로 나타났다. 반면에 홍보물에 대한 관심도는 매우 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 장애인이용자가 가장 많이 이용하는 도서관홈페이지는 학교도서관, 국립중앙도서관, 공공도서관 순으로 나타났으나, 서비스 이용률은 매우 낮게 나타났고, 경험한 자의 만족도도 매우 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 도서관 이용에 있어 장애인이용자가 가장 필요로 하는 것은 장애를 극복할 수 있는 편의시설의 확보 및 제공임을 알 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 장애인을 위해 도서관에 도달하는 것의 편의성, 도서관에 도착해서 이용하는 시설의 편의성, 자료의 이용 용이성 등을 개선할 것을 제안한다.

This study examines the interplay between the reactions of YouTube users and North Korean propaganda. Interesting enough, the study has noticed changes in the strict media environment under young leader Kim. Messages delivered by the communist regime to the outside world appeared to resemble those of 'normal' countries. Although North Korean YouTube was led mainly by the account operator, visitors from different nations do comment on the channel, which suggests the possibility of building international communities for propaganda purposes. Overall, the study observed a sparsely connected social network among ordinary commenters. However, the operator did not exercise tight control over peer-to-peer communication but merely answered questions and tried to facilitate mass participation. In contrast to the many news clips, the documentary content on North Korea's YouTube channel did not explicitly advocate for North Korea's current political positions.

The basic requirements of distributed multimedia systems are intramedia synchronization which asks the strict delay and jitter for the check period of media buffer and the scaling duration with periodic continuous media such as audio and video media, and intermedia synchronization that needs the constraint for relative time relations among them when several media are presented in parallel. In this paper, a distributed intermedia synchronization algorithm that solves the intermedia synchronization problem by using variable service rates based on the fuzzy logic is designed and then the performance is evaluated through simulation.

This article attempts to explain social media use within the relationship between the public and government of Indonesia in the era of digital government, as well as to consider public opinion on this matter. This research is based on the application of social media logic and the theory of dialogic communication and action. A qualitative descriptive approach was used to observe the general behavior of social media use by 34 ministries in Indonesia, including interviews with the resource persons within the ministries and focus group discussions with members of the public and observers. The research shows that the relationship between the public and government is accommodative and in line with social media logic. The public sector implemented social media as its platform, which has been further adopted by all ministries. The public sector cannot avoid social media, as it has become part of basic connectivity, even though the use of social media by the government still tends to be in the form of presenting public information. There are advantages and disadvantages of the usage of social media by the government. The advantages include allowing the government to be more open via social media so that communication between the government as the ruling organization and its public can be more fluent. Social media provides space to the public sector in the practice of digital government. Some disadvantages arise as logical consequences that usage of social media cannot be separated from the implementation of digital government. The adaptive behavior of social media by the government can be found by following social media logic as part of digital government implementation. Social media logic causes the government to follow the rules of social media. In this context, the strength and power of the country seems to be regulated by social media. Therefore, more studies on how social media is managed in the context of its usage as digital government support is needed.

본 연구는 청소년의 SNS 중독 경향성이 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 자료는 경남 G시의 중 고등학생 250명을 대상으로 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하였고 t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계, 다중회귀로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 청소년의 일반적 특성에 따른 SNS 중독경향성 점수는 성별(t=-2.25, p=.011), SNS사용기간(F=3.15, p=.015), 평균사용시간(F=15.87, p=.<001), SNS매체(F=3.12, p=.027), SNS매체 사용시간(F=6.58, p=.<001)이 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 주요변수의 상관관계를 검증한 결과 SNS 중독경향성은 대인관계와 통계적으로 유의한 정적상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 대인관계 영향요인은 SNS 중독경향성(${\beta}=-.64$, p=.<001)으로 37%의 설명력이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 정보화에 취약한 농가의 약점을 보완할 수 있는 정보포털 시스템을 설계하여 중소규모의 농가 쇼핑몰, 블로그 등을 스토리텔링과 결합하여 온라인으로 홍보가 가능하도록 하였다. 농산물 홍보용 허브 플랫폼은 농가들이 운영하는 수없이 많은 쇼핑몰과 농 특산물을 홍보하기 위한 마케팅채널과 직접 자신의 농산물을 소개할 수 있는 채널을 구축하여 소비자와 생산자 실시간 온라인 대화채널 구축을 통한 소통 공간 조성 및 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있다.

This study compared news coverage of national and international disasters, Hurricane Katrina and the Haiti Earthquake, using textual analysis of The New York Times and The Washington Post. The results reveal that media framing of the historical cases developed in three stages upon the development of post-disaster relief: (1) Call for humanitarian assistance; (2) New Orleans under anarchy and hopelessness vs. Haiti under scrutiny with hope; and (3) Katrina effects. By framing the outcomes of the hurricane as the "Katrina effect," the media used the disaster as a reference point to explain other economic and political issues. In addition, analysis of relevant statements and press releases confirmed that different social actors involved in the relief process, such as donors, facilitators, and beneficiaries, contributed to the media framing of the issue, although the facilitators were most successful in transferring their own frames to media frames. This study makes important contributions to the field as it looks beyond traditional relationships between quantitative measures of media attention and aid allocation. For governmental and nongovernmental organizations in the area of humanitarian assistance, the findings of this study will assist them in media-relations in the future.

The paper addresses Erik Cohen's pioneering work on tourism in Thailand, specifically his publications on the relations between Thai women and foreign (farang) men in tourist-oriented encounters. Of sociological-anthropological interest is his conceptualization of these relations as "open-ended prostitution as a skilful game of luck" based on his study of a Bangkok soi (lane) in 1981-1984, and his exploration of Thai culture in terms of ambiguity and contradiction. On the basis of recent ethnographic research in the northern Thai tourist hub of Chiang Mai and wide-ranging observations on tourism development in Thailand, we examine continuity and change in these male-female engagements since Cohen's research, especially in the context of the increasing availability of such electronic agencies as social media, messaging, video chat, and internet dating. Whereas Cohen's concept of ambiguity and illusion has tended to disappear from physical spaces, it seems to have resurfaced in virtual space. The complexities of host-guest relations, and particularly the interactions both within the variegated category of "guests" themselves and then between their "hostesses" are explored in terms of sites of tourism-oriented encounters in both physical and virtual space so as to deconstruct these oppositional categories which have been formative in studies of tourism.
