This research analyzed domestic newspapers' agenda setting trend and meaning construction process on the issue of marine environment by year. The research conducted a language network analysis and used R program and Netminer program to analyze four major daily newspapers' news coverages (Dong-A, Joongang, Hanhyoreh, and Kyunghyang) for the last ten years (2005-2014). The results show that the issue of marine environment in Korean media reports are signified in the economic context. For the last ten years, news reports are mainly focused on the 'development' issue of marine environment, without distinction of year. The core key words of the networks are "development", "plan", and "project." However, diverse strategies for 'preservation' are not covered in media reports as a major issue. The importance of effective preservation and reasonable development should be considered in a balanced way. Korean media coverages mainly concentrate on the development issue, and it has a strong influence on considering the marine environment area as an object of development. Future direction and implication of the press reports related to marine environment are discussed.

In this paper, we propose the converged profile and authentication scheme for supporting converged media services of broadcasting & communications convergence in fixed mobile convergence networks. The proposed scheme supports the management of access, service, mobility and IPTV profiles on subscriber and a function of open API(Application Program Interface) for providing the subscriber profile for the third party service provider with the PUSH/PULL method. The open API is based on a web service and a REST(Representational State Transfer) and provides various services for the third party service provider with ease. In addition, the proposed scheme supports a function of SSO(Single Sign-on). After user succeeded in establishing an access connection, user can sustain the same authentication state with this function although connected access network is changed or IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) service network is attached. We evaluate and analyze the performance of the proposed scheme through the implementation of CUPS(Converged User Profile Server) system test-bed.

This study analyzes the online issues of design innovation by a fashion creative director. The study selected fashion house Gucci as the main subject and analyzed social media posts. As for study methods, a social matrix program Textom 2.0 collected 13,014 nouns and adjectives using 'Gucci Collection' as a search keyword from Naver Blogs from March to August 2014 and from March to August 2016. Design related issues were derived through semantic network analysis using Ucinet6 and the NetDraw program. The results of the keyword frequency analysis showed that social media user interest for the Gucci collection increased based on the rapid increase in the number of posts from 1,064 to 2,126 after changing the fashion creative director. The results of visualization of semantic network analysis and content analysis also showed that the main issues related to the Gucci collection design changed after the replacement of the fashion creative director. The study found that issues formed around the product information worn by celebrities for promotion purposes during the 2014 period; however, during the 2016 period, issues were formed around 'vintage' and 'retro' runway concepts with design styles related to Alessandro Michele, the new creative director.

If we may practice the nutrition education planned on the basis which carefully grasped the inappropriate behavioral determinants of middle-school students, it might be an effective method achieving the change in perception and behavior improving the distorted perception about the ideal body shape, so we are to suggest the 8 week program of body shape perception improvement for successful nutrition education as follows. The body shape perception improvement program is a step-by-step group consulting program. At the introduction stage, we let them understand the meaning of true beauty and body change of teenage period and forming of sexual identity. At the stage of perception conversion, we let them have the opportunity to observe the status of body perception of the teenager and self-observation. At the stage of correction, we let them criticize the distorted body image in the society with mass media at the same time with the self-reflection. At the stage of maintenance and evaluation, we suggested the behavior guidance while preparing it. Setting this as the basis, we applied the contents such as the evaluations through cultural sharing events making somethings while directly participating. As the target groups to practice education were middle school students, we considered the learning level and behavioral features of the middle school students, and composed the programs including the methods such as role play, watching real things, media production, discussions and experiences. If the program of body shape perception improvement developed at this study could be utilized at the field of schools, the teenagers can change their ways of thought naturally avoiding the view about unified appearance rightly perceiving negative self-image that the teenagers can have and if the group consulting can be practiced regularly at each school, many students may experience the change in perception, so it might solicit the improvement of health of the families and local societies as well as that of the individual student.

As more and more people are interest in mobile broadcasting, they want to use many kinds of mobile contents. On that account, DMB standard has been developed in Korea. Users can use various contents, because DMB System based on DAB System can provide not only audio service but also media service. However, as more contents increase, users will have to wait more to select Program List, which is why DMB System transports MPEG-2 TS contents by MSC. To solve this problem we propose that first we find major fields needed for generating program list, and then these fiends insert to FIC by extending UAI. We conduct some experiments to verify our proposed method is efficient. The results implies that our proposed method generate program list faster than that of previous method by 36.78%.

This study was designed to find out opinions about free congregate site meals that the program served to improve nutritional status of low socio-economic elderly. This study was conducted in Sungnam-shi. The purpose of this study provided the baseline data to extend the meal service program in this area. Five hundred samples were selcted by the propotion of population in three districts(Sujung-gu, Jungwon-gu, Bundang-gu). The result were as follows. 72.8$\%$of subjects were women and 27.2$\%$of subjects were extended family type. Seventy$\%$ of respondant were not aware of the free meal service for elderly. Major channels of information about free meal service were mass media(33.8$\%$)and advertisement material from city (24.3$\%$). The rate of recognition and channels of information about free meal service were different according to demographic characteristics of subjects. Sixty-eight of subjects pointed that the meal service program was highly necessary in these areas and the necessity of the program was not significantly different by socio-economic variables. The group who know about free meal service had a positive attitude toward supporting the meal service program. Women preferred labor volunteers(46.8$\%$)at meal service center and men preferred donations. According to levels of education each group preferred different types of surpport for free congregate site meals for elderly. (Korean J Community Nutrition 2(2) : 246~255, 1997)

With the start of digital broadcasting, TV screen, there is provided a new broadcast service is called EPG (Electronic Program Guide) that can be retrieved directly to a channel or program. However, a study considering the EPG of the user interface on the viewer position is so far insufficient. TV is because everyone watching the media, rather than a specific layer is necessary in order to find easy, intuitive user interface for the program to the viewer. That is, it is possible to quickly find the program to select the attributes that the TV viewer can be easily understood by using the EPG. To this end, this paper first genres which are representative of the properties that distinguish a TV program, time, rating, etc. were systematically classified. So viewers the values of the properties but to specify organized by the EPG, the order of attributes that specify the value we design a user interface that can be selected as having easy. And compare the superiority of the function evaluation of the two through the EPG in the EPG Usability Test proposed by the EPG with the existing commercial paper.

This paper proposes a methodology of expanding the mind in multi-disciplinary ways through STEAM education program based on science and art. The paper aims at analyzing both the analog- an digital-based emotional expressions experienced by students. Students use digital visualization technology using linguistic tool as well as sense of vision, hearing and touching. This is a STEAM education program designed for high school students and called "Kandinsky, Drawing the Sound". Kandinsky was a prominent proponent of synesthesia and through his artwork, students can learn how to express and develop synesthetic senses. Through this STEAM program, students are empowered to express diverse emotions reconstructed through plays, stories and synesthesia.

A new DTPP (Desk-Top Program Production) system has been developed that enables multiple program producers (directors) working at different locations to collaborate over a computer network and prepare a single program for broadcasting. In this system, information is shared among users by exchanging data edited on non-linear editing terminals in program post-production work over a network in real time. In short, the new DTPP system provides a collaborative work space for producing TV programs. The system does not make use of a special server for collaborative work but rather multiple interconnected editing terminals having the same functions. In this configuration, data at a terminal which has just been edited by some operation is forwarded to all other connected terminals for updating. This form of information sharing, however, requires that some sort of data synchronizing method be established since multiple terminals are operating on the same data simultaneously. We therefore adopt a method whereby the system synchronizes the clocks on each terminal at the time of connection and sends an operation time stamp together with edited data. This enables most recently modified data to be identified and all information on all terminals to be updated appropriately. This paper provides an overview of this new collaborative DTPP system and describes the techniques for exchanging edited data and synchronizing data.

Objectives: School must provide the proper sex education to students, thereby, the students for have right standards of sexuality and preventing from sexual crimes. This study conducted to identify the effectiveness and students' satisfaction level on Sex education program for middle school students prepared by the Ministry of Education and Human Resources. Methods: The sample size of the study was 644 students(458 female students and 186 male students) in middle school. A self reporting type of questionnaire survey was conducted from May 2 through May 27, 2005. Collected data were processed using SPSSwin 12.0; The data were analysed through t-test, stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results: Lectures and audiovisual materials were mostly used for sex education for students. Many students were satisfied with the program of physical and sexual organ development, pregnancy, contraceptive methods and sexual abuse. Many students wanted to study more on courtship, love, and marriage. The programs which the students did not understand well were sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy and mass media and sex. Forty six percentage of the students reported that they were satisfied with the education program. Thirty three percentage of the students said that they were not satisfied with the program. The students who had earlier menstruation experience and the students whose academic achievement were higher were more satisfied with sex education program (P<.05). The students who were satisfied with the sex education CD prepared by the ministry of education were more satisfied with sex education program. (P<.001). When the CDs were appropriately used, the students were more satisfied with the education program (P<.05). The sound and pictures in the CD did not much affect the students. Audiovisual programs were more effective than lectures.
