A Tangible Floating Display System for Interaction

  • A tangible floating display that can provide different perspective views without special glasses being introduced. The proposed system can display perspective floating images in the space in front of the system with the help of concave mirrors. In order to avoid wearing special equipment to interact and deliver the sense of touch, the proposed system adopted an ultrasound focusing technology. For providing an immersive experience to the viewers, the proposed system consists of a tangible floating display system and a multiple-view imaging system for generating three lenticular displays in front of the users.

  • 다감각 자극을 사용한 유치원 교육콘텐츠 서비스를 제공하기 위해 머리중심적 움직임 분석을 사용한 감성인식 기술을 개발하였다. 유치원 교육콘텐츠는 청각/후각/시각 등의 다감각 자극을 통해 교육서비스의 효과를 극대화하기 위한 목적으로 제작되었다. 본 연구에서는 다감각 자극동안 유치원생들의 감성유발을 측정하여 교육서비스 효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 인식기술을 개발하였다. 개발한 인식기술은 카메라를 사용하여 상단영상을 측정하고, 머리중심점 움직임을 지속적으로 측정하여 분석함으로써 유발된 감성을 인식한다. 또한 감성인식 결과는 다감각 자극을 제어하는 시스템에 전달되어 다감각 자극을 제시하기 위한 정보로 활용된다. 본 연구의 결과로 교육콘텐츠의 감성유발 결과를 평가할 수 있으며, 효과를 극대화 하기 위한 도구로써 활용가능하였다. 더욱이, 교육콘텐츠 뿐만 아니라 다양한 콘텐츠 서비스 공간에 적용하여 효과 검증 및 서비스 효과 증가에 활용될 수 있는 기술로써 가치가 있을 것으로 예상된다.

Identifying Key Factors Affecting Mobile Market-Platform Attractiveness

  • The following study specially aims to market platform in the mobile circumstance. The characteristics of customers and infrastructure are handled by market platform under the new media. These characteristics will be revealed based on the unification of organizational structure and interaction of information structure in the relationship marketing. This study investigates what characteristics and impact of infrastructure of Market Platform will affect the cognitive impact on both buyers and sellers to clarify the impact on Perceived integratedness and Interactive Accessibility of the shopping process. Through this investigation, modeling for the impact that new media environment will attract Market Platform will be developed from the investigation of attractiveness of mobile market platform environment. Changes in the technical media environment gave the characteristics of the customer in the market platform, so consumers could involve not only consumed, but also manufactured. Thus, it is possible to increase the attractiveness if market must be able to not only for the convenience of shopping, but also make people to enjoy the experience of value co-creation. In other words, the new media, as a result of affecting the marketing system, mobile market platform is organized on the base of the market communication. Perceived integratedness and Interactive Accessibility, 2 properties of new media increase the co-creation experience and perceived convenience in the market platform of their customers. Therefore, the structure of market platform that enhance the co-creation experience and perceived convenience has higher attractiveness. They create beneficial experience to the customers and productive values to the producers as well.

뉴미디어 환경 속성이 자기효능감 및 모바일 마켓플랫폼 매력도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of New Media Properties to Self-Efficacy and Marketplatform Attractiveness)

  • As a result of New media that affects the marketing system, it is appeared a new marketing system called Market Platform in terms of market governance of trading. Market Platform is a new marketing system for ideal market system through the community structure from a hierarchy structure. It is determined that Market Platform as the role of adjustment of each side of market, buyer and seller, developed an existing marketing system. In this study, to target the Market Platform has recently emerged as the center of the market management in the new media environment. This study investigates what characteristics and impact of infrastructure of Market Platform will affect the cognitive impact on both buyers and sellers to clarify the impact on the self efficacy of the shopping process. Through this investigation, modeling for the impact that new media environment will attract Market Platform will be developed from the investigation of attractiveness of mobile market platform environment. 블록체인을 이용한 뉴스 미디어 플랫폼 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analyses of Factors Affecting the Use of News Media Platforms with Blockchain Technology)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the intention of using a news media platform using block chain through media company workers in a situation where various platform services using block chain are being newly released in the media industry. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to explore the development direction of the news media platform service using the block chain in the future by deriving implications through the characteristics of the block chain, user characteristics, and self-determination factors. Design/methodology/approach This study conducted a survey on the main characteristics of blockchain, user characteristics, self-determination, resistance to innovation, etc., and designed a research model by integrating factors on the continuity of intention to use the news media platform. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, in this study, it was confirmed that the intention to use the blockchain news media platform is significantly related to decentralization, which is a characteristic variable of the blockchain, perceived risk, which is a user characteristic variable, and competence and relationship, which is a self-determination variable. In addition, it was confirmed that it affects the perceived ease of use with respect to the intention to use. In addition, in this study, news writers write more careful articles as they cannot edit articles once written, which can contribute to improving the quality of news content.

이종 단말 환경에서의 미디어 서비스 플랫폼 개발 (Development of Media Platform for the Multi-Device Converged Services)

  • So far, almost all IP media services are targeted to the specific devices, for example, IPTV services are mainly for TV, and social community services are mainly for PC etc.. This paper describes newly developed media service platform in which the high quality video services can be provided not only to the TV or PC but also to the PMP(Portable Media Player) and even to the mobile phone. The major technical issues of the service platform are synchronization of contents among the different devices and high quality TV grade video display in PMP device. We confirmed successful operation of multi-device converged services in the developed media platform. We also have a trial service plan in Gwangju city at the end of this year.

  • 미디어는 인간사회에서 자신의 감정 또는 객관적 정보를 서로 주고받을 수 있도록 마련된 수단인데 디지털 미디어의 등장으로 인한 스마트 미디어의 보급으로 인해 현대사회에서의 미디어는 단순한 수단이 아니라 인간이 사는 사회 전체를 통괄하고 제어하는 기능까지도 떠맡게 되었다. 따라서, 스마트 미디어가 사용되는 서비스 플랫폼에 따른 미디어의 유형과 특성을 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 미디어의 빅데이터 허브를 구축함으로써 디지털 미디어의 새로운 발전과 연구 방향을 모색할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 미디어를 통하여 생성되는 다양한 메타데이터에 대해 분석하고, 이를 이용한 빅데이터 플랫폼 구축에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

소셜 미디어 플랫폼을 활용한 오픈소스 SW의 프로슈머 마케팅 연구 (Prosumer Marketing for the Open Source Software(OSS) utilizing the Social Media Platform)

  • 본 연구는 오픈소스SW의 기술적 접근이 아닌 개발자와 소비자들이 함께 참여하고 공유할 수 있는 소셜 플랫폼을 활용한 프로슈머(Prosumer)마케팅의 관점에서 OSS의 마케팅연구에 기여점을 제시하고자한다. 이를 위하여 OSS의 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티 활성화가 소셜 미디어 플랫폼을 활용한 OSS의 프로슈머 마케팅에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 최종적으로 소셜 미디어 플랫폼 사용자들의 OSS에 대한 충성도를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구의 결과로서 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티의 활성화 요인들 중 커뮤니티의 콘텐츠, 고객지원, UI, 그리고 커뮤니티 활동에 대한 유/무상의 보상이 OSS 소셜 미디어 플랫폼 활성화에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 브랜드의 명성은 OSS 소셜 미디어 플랫폼 활성화에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, OSS 소셜 미디어 플랫폼의 활성화가 OSS의 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 급변하는 ICT 생태계에서 OSS 비즈니스의 새로운 해법으로서 소셜 플랫폼기반 프로슈머 마케팅이 중요한 전략이 될 수 있다는 것을 보여주는 결과라고 할 수 있다.
