This Paper is implementing IPMP system based on Server/client Structured Linux. We referenced OpenIPMP System, which is a reference software of IPMP (Intellectual Property Management and Protection) solution. Using this system, we developed multimedia contents service providing system using MPEG-21's REL(XML), which is applicable to new media service environment.

This paper describes an information system of operation adequacy in environmental facilities such as environmental contamination prevention and processing equipments, which is namely, an integrated management system for environmental facilities. By developing this system, we can improve environmental characteristics and maximize the efficiency throughout the life cycle from generation of contaminant source to contamination prevention processing, and to contaminant disappearance. In order to meet these objects, we have developed ubiquitous life cycle assessment(u-LCA) for environmental facilities, which is an ISO14001-based incineration facility information system. The developed system is currently operating for test at an incinerator in Koyang city. Due to this system, the managers can confirm the operation condition of the incinerator with real-time and they will be able to improve the problems immediately.

A primary aspect of low impact development (LID) design that affects performance efficiency, maintenance frequency, and lifespan of the facility is the type of filter media as well as the arrangement or media profile. Several LID guidelines providing media specifications are currently available and numerous studies have been published presenting the effectiveness of these systems. While some results are similar and consistent, some of them still varies and only a few focuses on the effect of filter media type and arrangement on system performance. This creates a certain level of uncertainty when it comes to filter media selection and design. In this review, a synthesis of filter media specifications from several LID design guidelines are presented and relevant results from different laboratory and field studies are highlighted. The LID systems are first classified as infiltration or non-infiltration structures, and vegetated or non-vegetated structures. Typical profiles of the media according to classification are shown including the different layers, materials, and depth. In addition, results from previous studies regarding the effect of filter media characteristics on hydraulic and hydrologic functions as well as pollutant removal are compared. Other considerations such as organic media leaching, clogging, media washing, and handling during construction were also briefly discussed. This review aims to provide a general guideline that can contribute to proper media selection and design for structural LIDs. In addition, it also identifies opportunities for future research.

The purpose of this study is to examine problems and status quo of the smart media addiction prevention system and to develop convergence policies to improve those systems. Based on the literature review, notable results are as following; Since current facilities including Internet Addiction Prevention Center, Korea Youth Counselling and Welfare Institute, and I Will Center, tend to focus on restricting use of smart media, efforts from various ministries have not worked properly. Therefore, there needs to be more specified and customized services based on regions and ages. Following the precedent set by advanced countries, this study suggest alternative policies to help solving the problem including recommending responsible use of social media through education rather than regulations only, encouraging family participation and intervention, expanding harmful environment block system, and establishing a partnership between local government and private organizations under central government's control. Since smart media addiction is emerging concern, further researches will be needed for developing the Korean standard for prevention policy.

Low impact development (LID) facilities are established for the purpose of restoring the natural hydrologic cycle as well as the removal of pollutants from stormwater runoff. Improved efficiency of LID facilities can be obtained through the optimized interaction of their major components (i.e., plant, soil, filter media, microorganisms, etc.). Therefore, this study was performed to evaluate the performances of LID facilities in terms of runoff and pollutant reduction and also to provide an optimal maintenance method. The monitoring was conducted on four LID technologies (e.g., bioretention, small wetlands, rain garden and tree box filter). The optimal SA/CA (facility surface area / catchment area) ratio for runoff reduction greater than 40% is determined to be 1 - 5%. Since runoff reduction affects the pollutant removal efficiency in LID facilities, SA/CA ratio is derived as an important factor in designing LID facilities. The LID facilities that are found to be effective in reducing stormwater runoff are in the following order: rain garden > tree box filter > bioretention> small wetland. Meanwhile, in terms of removal of particulate matter (TSS), the effectiveness of the facilities are in the following order: rain garden > tree box filter > small wetland > bioretention; rain gardens > tree box filter > bioretention > small wetland were determined for the removal of organic matter (COD, TOC), nutrients (TN, TP) and heavy metals (Cu, Pb, Cd, Zn). These results can be used as an important material for the design of LID facilities in runoff volume and pollutant reduction.

Nowadays, diverse mass media discovers and introduces outstanding management cases of apartment complexes to induce vital competitions of constructors and active participation of residents to apartment management. This study statistically analyzed the management issues of outstanding apartment complexes that have been introduced by mass media with lexical criteria to examine the characteristics of their exemplary management. The key issues of outstanding apartment management are summarized as: efficient management of convenient facilities for residents, community activities based on residents' participation, and maintenance of pleasant living environments through transparent management. Also, the result of the relation arrangement of co-occurrence word from a Social Network Analysis included three key concepts of multi-family housing management - Maintenance Management, Operating Management, and Community Life Management - with emphasis on 'residents' and 'apartment complexes.' However, Operating Management was relatively deemphasized.

This paper is to develop an information infrastructure to support managing process in design, planning, production, and quality control. Multi-media data set of design, product, and management information flow between organizational units of a virtual enterprise. The process is the logical organization of people, technology and practices incorporated into work activities to make an end product. The core of the infrastructure is the enterprise framework which coordinates activities and controls the process. The proposed framework manages collaborative activities across space and time, and between users and computers who share information in virtual community. It utilizes knowledge distributed through virtual community and fosters cooperation between organizations. The framework provides the following facilities； coordinating activities, sharing data and processes, visualizing multi-media data, customizing and updating processes, reusing data and processes. This paper covers design and manufacturing activities but our focus is initially targeted at design area.

In this paper, we propose a Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) proxy system, to provide services for accessing and sharing various DLNA-based media contents which are distributed over his/her or other's home facilities via home network or internet. The proposed system based on DLNA[1] and SIP Notification mechanism[2] so that data such as contents can be transferred from home network consisted with private IP from outside public IP networks.

방송과 초고속인터넷 서비스를 동시에 제공할 수 있는 HFC(Hybrid Fiber Coaxial) 망은 상/하향이 비대칭 구조이며, 하향속도에 비해 상향속도가 1/10 수준이어서 상향 트래픽이 과다하게 생성될 경우 인터넷속도 지연이 발생한다. 지연에 민감한 VoIP 서비스의 품질보장 방안으로는, DOCSIS(Data Over Cable System Interface Specification) 1.1 기반의 상향 스케쥴링 기능을 이 용한 VoCM(Voice Over Cable Modem)이 있다. 그러나 별도의 VoCM을 사용해야 하며 아날로그 전화기를 사용해 IP 기반의 VoIP 단말을 사용할 수 없다는 단점이 있다. 일반 CM(Cable Modem)에 DOCSIS 1.1 Config File을 이용하여 VoIP 품질을 보장할 경우 별도의 트래픽 대역을 항상 점유해야 하는 단점이 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 효율적 대역폭 이용과 단말장비에 종속적이지 않은 방안을 제안하고 일반 CM을 통한 유무선 환경하에서 Dynamic QoS(Quality Of Service)를 제공할 수 있는 PCMM(Packet Cable MultiMedia) 적용 방안 및 시험결과에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

컴퓨터화의 새로운 페러다임으로 유비쿼터스는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 유비쿼터스 네트워크를 기반으로 물리공간을 지능화함과 동시에 물리공간에 펼쳐진 각종 컨텐츠들을 네트워크로 연결시키는 노력으로 정의할 수 있다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 환경에 발맞추어 모든 물리공간에서 펼쳐진 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 역시 네트워크로 연결시키는 노력의 산물로 MPEG-21 표준화작업이 시작되었다. MPEG-21에서의 이벤트 리포팅 기술요소는 MPEG-21 내에서 발생하는 모든 이벤트 및 상호작용에 대한 표준적인 측정방법과 인터페이스를 제공한다는 점에서 그 중요성을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 새로운 페러다임인 MPEG-21의 7가지 요소 중의 하나인 이벤트 리포팅에 대한 정의와 필요성에 대해 알아보고 이벤트 리포트 요구와 이벤트 리포트로 나뉘는 이벤트 리포팅의 체계를 분석한다. 또한 MPEG-21의 이벤트 리포팅에 대한 표준화 동향을 분석, 설계함으로써 이벤트 리포팅에 대한 향후 표준화 활동 방향을 제시한다.
