매스미디어가 여성의 의복과 메이크업 및 헤어이미지에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Mass Media on Women's Clothing Image, Make-up Image and Hair Image)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mass media on women's clothing image, make-up image, and hair image. The subjects of the study were 306 women who lived in Gyeongnam area. Data were collected during June in 2009. Statistical analysis used in this study were frequency, F-test, t-test, Duncan test, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The results of this study were as follows. The mass media according to the demographic characteristic of women showed significant difference. Three factors of clothing image were titled as elegance, youth, and visibility. Three factors of make-up image were titled as modern, romanticism, and mediocrity. Four factors of hair image were titled as attraction, individuality, gentleness, and cuteness. The mass media resulted in correlation with the clothing image, make-up image, and hair image. The mass media had a influence on the clothing image, make-up image, and hair image. The study results are highly expected to be used as useful sources in one's image formation and a marketing plan.

  • 본 연구는 소셜미디어를 통한 홍보마케팅이 기업브랜드확장에 미치는 영향의 요인을 알아봄으로써, 이를 통해 초기 기업들의 성장을 위한 마케팅의 한 방법으로써 소셜미디어를 활용한 기업의 마케팅은 새로운 주목을 받고 있는 가운데 브랜드 확장 유형에 따른 마케팅 전략에 관한 연구가 요구되어 기업브랜드 확장에 미치는 영향의 요인을 연구함으로써 기업의 홍보마케팅을 하는데 있어서 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 제1장은 서론으로 연구의 필요성과 목적을 기술하고, 제2장에서는 소셜미디어의 개념과 특성, 발달과정, 소셜미디어의 마케팅으로써 필요성과 장단점을 고찰하였고 3장에서는 기업브랜드 확장에 대한 개념과 유형과 특징, 장단점에 대하여 알아보았다. 4장에서는 이러한 이론들을 검증하기 위한 사례들로 국내 및 해외 소셜마케팅 사례들과 현재 소셜마케팅 현황을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 제5장은 결론으로 지금까지 고찰한 내용을 바탕으로 소셜미디어 홍보마케팅이 기업브랜드 확장에 미치는 요인에 관한 결론을 제시하였다.

중소기업의 소셜미디어에 대한 인식이 활용의도 및 실제 활용에 미치는 영향 - 기업특성의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (Impacts of Small and Medium Enterprises' Recognition of Social Media on Their Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior)

  • Recently, as the number of smart-phone users has been rapidly increased, enterprise managers have a keen interest in business application of social media. Most previous studies have focused on perspective of the individual unit of analysis instead of enterprise level unit. The study is focused on the relationship between the enterprises' recognition and behavioral intention (and use) about social media application. The purpose of this study is to develop the model of small and medium enterprises' social media application, and to find the factors affecting their behavioral intention or use behavior. The moderating effects of four corporate characteristics on the relationship between the enterprises' recognition and behavioral intention are also examined. We surveyed 900 corporate staffs and received 203 responses. After questionnaires with unreliable responses had been excluded, 182 effective samples were used in the final analysis. The findings suggest that Performance Expectation, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions significantly affect Behavioral Intention of social medea, and Behavioral Intention affects USE. Furthermore, some corporate characteristics have moderating effect on the relationship between recognition of social media and Behavioral Intention.

Optimization of In Vitro Murine Embryo Culture Condition based on Commercial M16 Media

  • In vitro culture of murine embryos is an important step for in vitro production systems including in vitro fertilization and generations of genetically engineered mice. M16 is widely used commercialized culture media for the murine embryos. Compared to other media such as potassium simplex optimization medium, commercial M16 (Sigma) media lacks of amino acid, glutamine and antibiotics. In the present study, we optimized M16 based embryo culture system using commercialized antibiotics-glutamine or amino acids supplements. In vivo derived murine zygote were M16 media were supplemented with commercial Penicillin-Streptomycin-Glutamine solution (PSG; Gibco) or MEM Non-Essential Amino Acids solution (NEAA; Gibco) as experimental design. Addition of PSG did not improved cleavage and blastocyst rates. On the other hand, cleavage rate is not different between control and NEAA treated group, however, blastocyst formation is significantly (P<0.05) improved in NEAA treated group. Developmental competence between PSG and NEAA treated groups were also compared. Between two groups, cleavage rate was similar. However, blastocyst formation rate is significantly improved in NEAA treated group. Taken together, beneficial effect of NEAA on murine embryos development was confirmed. Effect of antibiotics and glutamine addition to M16 media is still not clear in the study.

미시체계적관점에서의 청소년 성인매체 몰입에 미치는 영향요인: 휴대폰 의존의 매개효과 검정 (Factors Influencing Adult Media Engagement of Adolescents from Micro-systemic Perspective: Mediation Analysis of Cell-Phone Dependency)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find the factors influencing adolescents' adult media engagement. The study is based on Agnew's General Strain Theory (GST) and a micro-systemic perspective. Methods: The study examined 479 middle school freshmen who participated in the fourth wave of the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) conducted by National Youth Policy Institute. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and reliability analysis using SPSS 22.0 Ver. Also, hypothesis testing was performed via covariance-based structure equation modeling (CB-SEM) using Amos 21.0 Ver. Results: Strain factors had positive effects on adolescent depression, and depression had a positive effect on adult media engagement. Also, cell-phone dependency had a positive mediation effect between depression and adult media engagement. Conclusion: The study's result identified the factors affecting adult media engagement. Therefore, we suggest intervention programs considering adolescents' strains, depression and cell-phone dependency to improve their health.

탄소저감형 도시계획을 위한 그린미디어(Green Media) 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Application of Green Media for Low-Carbon)

  • 본 연구에서는 지속가능한 도시구현을 위한 최우선 과제인 탄소저감형 도시계획을 위한 국내에서의 한계를 '사회적 지속가능성'의 부족으로 보고 이를 보완하기 위해 그린미디어(Green Media)라는 새로운 유형의 도시 시설물을 제안한다. 그린미디어의 개념을 찾고 국내외의 관련사례를 분석하여 그린미디어가 탄소저감형 도시계획에 미치는 효과를 분석한다. 사회적 지속가능성의 보완 측면에서 새로운 요소를 도입하고 그 효과를 분석하며 동시에 그린미디어의 세부 적용내용을 제시했다는 것에 본 연구의 의미가 있다고 판단된다.

아동의 미디어 이용시간, 문제행동, 학교생활적응 간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships Among Children's Duration of Media Use, Behavior Problems, and School Adjustment)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the structural relationships among duration of media use, behavior problems, and school adjustment, while accounting for gender differences. Methods: The study used 4th-wave panel data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Study, and 2,119 first graders in elementary school were analyzed. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. Results: The results can be summarized as follows. First, the duration of media use had a direct effect on school adjustment. Secondly, the duration of media use had an indirect effect on school adjustment through internalizing and externalizing problems. According to multigroup analysis, gender differences were found in the structural relations among variables. Conclusion: This study emphasizes the needs for media usage education to improve children's school adjustment. Furthermore, it suggests that different intervention strategies for internalizing/externalizing behavior problems are needed depending on gender.

소셜미디어 이용동기가 만족과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 : 농촌체험마을 이용자를 중심으로 (Effect of Social Media Use Motivation on Satisfaction and Revisit Intention : Focused on Rural Tourism Visitors)

  • 본 연구는 농촌체험마을의 소셜미디어 이용동기가 만족과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 연구이다. 연구 분석을 위해 농촌체험마을의 소셜미디어 사이트 이용경험이 있는 397명의 표본자료가 활용되었으며 연구 분석을 위해 PASW18과 Lisrel8.54의 통계분석 도구가 활용되었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소셜미디어 이용동기가 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 소셜미디어 이용만족이 재방문의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 소셜미디어 이용 동기가 농촌 체험마을 만족과 재방문의도에 영향을 미치는 결정요인들을 분석하여 농촌체험 이용고객의 만족과 재방문을 유도할 수 있는 다양한 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다.

포괄고정화 PVA-gel의 물리적 특성 연구 (A study on the Preparation Methods of the Immobilized Encapsulation PVA-media for Wastewater Treatment)

  • 폐수 처리를 위한 PVA 포괄 고정화 담체의 특성에 관한 연구를 실시하였다. 특히 PVA의 고정화 조건에 따른 용해도의 영향, 첨가제가 PVA 물성에 미치는 영향, 제작된 PVA gel의 질산화 처리 효율을 살펴보았다. PVA gel 제작 과정 중 진공을 걸어줄수록 그리고 동결온도가 낮을수록 PVA gel의 용해도는 감소하였다. PAC와 같은 첨가제를 넣었을 때 PVA gel의 용해도는 감소하였고 특히 organoclay를 넣었을 때 PAC에 비하여 25% 낮은 용해도를 보였다. 질산화 효율면에서는 PVA로 코팅한 담체가 기존의 부착 담체에 비하여 용질과 산소 확산의 제한 때문에 질산화율이 낮게 관찰되었다.

TV 미디어가 청소년의 신체이미지에 미치는 영향 (The effect of TV media on adolescent body image)

  • The purpose of this study was to extend the social comparison theory in an attempt to examine the effect of TV media on adolescent body images. The research was a survey and the subjects were 895 male and female adolescents in Taejon, Korea. The measuring instruments were 2 sets of stimuli of male and female body silhouettes and self-administrated questionnaire. Results were as follows: 1) The subjects TV viewing periods were 3∼4 hours per day and their involvements in TV media were moderate degree. 2) The results of perceptual body images showed that adolescent favored thin body type as an ideal body and had distorting tendency that their bodies were larger than the actual sizes. 3) The results of attitudinal body images showed three factors such as \"appearance evaluation\", \"appearance orientation\", and \"fitness orientation\". 4) TV media had significant effects on perceptual and attitudinal body images. It is concluded that the results of this study support social comparison theory that people compare themselves to others to satisfy their needs for self-evaluation and for judgments of their own personal worth since TV media give strong influence on adolescents through presenting social comparison models to body images.
