According to Mental accounting theory, humans sort money according to their psychological purpose. It plays a major role as a means of self-control. However, humans sometimes make mistakes that violate very simple economic principles. Many consumers experience this mistakes. So consumers use account book to manage their income and expenses. These days, they use mobile account book applications. And because of platform characteristics, there are various user interfaces. This paper examines an efficient user interface design that can reduce errors caused by mental accounting and support rational economic activities. For this, we compared and analyzed households exposed on top of Application store based on advanced research on Mental Accounting. Through this case study, We found some cases of efficient user interface for reasonable consumption. In further studies, We will design optimal account book's UI and do a usability test based on this.

The subway is a means of public transportation that plays an important role in the transportation system of modern cities. However, congestion often occurs due to sudden breakdowns and system outages, causing inconvenience. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted a study on failure prediction and prevention using machine learning to efficiently operate the subway system. Using UC Irvine's MetroPT-3 dataset, we built a subway breakdown prediction model using logistic regression. The model predicted the non-failure state with a high accuracy of 0.991. However, precision and recall are relatively low, suggesting the possibility of error in failure prediction. The ROC_AUC value is 0.901, indicating that the model can classify better than random guessing. The constructed model is useful for stable operation of the subway system, but additional research is needed to improve performance. Therefore, in the future, if there is a lot of learning data and the data is well purified, failure can be prevented by pre-inspection through prediction.

After COVID-19, team's collaborations are conducted online using whiteboard tools as remote working increases. In order to understand the problems of the convergence process using online whiteboard tools, an observation study comparing online and offline collaboration and a focus group interview were conducted. In addition, a questionnaire was conducted to confirm the found problem, and a solution idea was proposed. through in-depth interviews, we validate the proposed ideas. The convergence process of collaboration using online whiteboard tools had problems ; "excessive amount of information", "shift of view", "role of facilitator". To solve the problems, we proposed the idea of classifying each stage of the collaboration process, providing a navigator, and facilitator request system window. This paper proposed an idea that can effectively help the convergence process directly related to decision-making during the online collaboration process through analysis of advantages and problems of online and offline collaboration.

Cloud services are readily available through a variety of media, attracting a lot of attention from users. However, there are various security damages that abuse the privacy of users who use cloud services, so there is not enough technology to prevent them. In this paper, we propose a protection model to safeguard user's privacy in a cloud environment so as not to illegally exploit user's privacy. The proposed model randomly manages the user's signature to strengthen the role of the middle manager and the cloud server. In the proposed model, the user's privacy information is provided illegally by the cloud server to the user through the security function and the user signature. Also, the signature of the user can be safely used by bundling the random number of the multiplication group and the one-way hash function into the hash chain to protect the user's privacy. As a result of the performance evaluation, the proposed model achieved an average improvement of data processing time of 24.5% compared to the existing model and the efficiency of the proposed model was improved by 13.7% than the existing model because the user's privacy information was group managed.

Magnaporthee grisea causes the devastating blast disease of rice. Entensive research has been conducted on infection mechanisms, particularly on appressorium formation and penetration, of this fungus during the last decade. However, the role(s) of cell-wall-degrading enzymes (CWDEs) on pathogenesis is not clearly demonstrated at molecular level. Many CWDES in plant pathogenic fungi including M. grisea are redundant; that is, there are multiple genes encoding enzymes with a similar or overlapping spectrum of activities. It is laborious to isolate all of the genes encoding related enzymes and to construct mutants lacking all 9f them. Thus, we considered alternative strategies to address the role of CWDEs in pathogenesis. Since expression of CWDE genes Is repressed by a simple sugar, as the first step, we cloned a Snfl (sucrose non-fermenting) gene (MgSnf1) from M. grisea. The predicted amino acid sequence showed a high identity with other Snf1 genes from various fungi. To elucidate molecular function of MgSnf1, a transformant lacking MgSnf1 was created by targeted gene replacement. En glucose, sucrose, and xylan the MgSnf1 mutant grew normally but in pectin and complex media, it grew slower than wild type. Expression of various CWDEs in MgSnf1 mutant was investigated and found that expression of some CWDEs is repressed. However, no significant difference was observed in conidial germination, appressorium formation, and pathogenicity in MgSnf1 mutant. However, MgSnf1 functionally complemented a yeast MgSnf1 mutant. These results suggest that MgSnf1 is involved in regulation of CWDEs and MgSnf1 is dispensable in pathogenicity of M. grisea.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the hedonistic motives experienced by consumers in the apparel buying process. We carried out in-depth interviews by 32 women living in Pusan and to examine the hedonistic motives related to the apparel buying process. It was conducted and analysed by the Spradley's developmental research method.The results showed that the hedonistic motives in apparel buying process, consisted of four components at least, such as Symbolism, Conformity, Distinction, and Impulsiveness. Symbolism represented the social-psychological aspects related to the apparel buying process, such as occupation, role, and self-image etc. Conformity in the apparel buying process was usually influenced by mass-media, and companions. Consumers had strong needs of distintion for self-actualization and self-esteem in apparel buying process. The impulsiveness in apparel buying process were related to the antecedent moods, affection, tastes, price, display, and sales person or accompanied friends. We found that the hedonistic motives in the apparel buying process connected with the emotional responses and were played an important role on the consumer satisfaction in the apparel buying process. They provide informations about hedonistic motives of apparels to consumer behavior researchers and retailers related to apparel products.

Web is greatly contributing in providing a variety of information. Especially, as media for the purpose of development and education of human resources, the role of web is important. Furthermore, E-Learning through web plays an important role for each enterprise and an educational institution. Also, above all, fast and various searches are required in order to manage and search a great number of educational contents in web. Therefore, most of present information is composed in HTML, so there are lots of restrictions. As a solution to such restriction, XML a standard of Web document, and its various search functions is being extended and studied variously. Moreover, any technology, AJAX, and the old and new technology has two sides. The technology already exists, and it was not even considered before, because new technology is combined technologies. AJAX is a lot of Web 2.0 and Web technologies complement are combined. This paper proposes a search system able to search XML, AJAX in E-Learning or various contents of non-XML.

I&C (Instrumentation & Control) system is different from information system and the security design of the two systems are also different. The modeling activity is needed based on the security control guide in order to build I&C system security control. In this paper, the role and by the security control, we designed the relationship (that is, the relation schema) between the documents for 'The system for supporting the cyber security control of I&C system design' based on the security control guide. The designed schema plans 'The system for supporting the cyber security control of I&C system' for observing the security control guide, and is used as the database and content that supports its design and implementation. The process and system of the proposed schema is utilized and designed. The design of the schema and system is intensified in the design phase with the proposed mode and supporting the I&C system cyber security design.

Apolipoprotein (apo) C-III is a marker protein of triacylglycerol (TG)-rich lipoproteins and high-density lipoproteins (HDL), and has been proposed as a risk factor of coronary heart disease. To compare the physiologic role of reconstituted HDL (rHDL) with or without apoC-III, we synthesized rHDL with molar ratios of apoA-I:apoC-III of 1:0, 1:0.5, 1:1, and 1:2. Increasing the apoC-III content in rHDL produced smaller rHDL particles with a lower number of apoA-I molecules. Furthermore, increasing the molar ratio of apoC-III in rHDL enhanced the surfactant-like properties and the ability to lyse dimyristoyl phosphatidylcholine. Furthermore, rHDL containing apoC-III was found to be more resistant to particle rearrangement in the presence of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) than rHDL that contained apoA-I alone. In addition, the lecithin:cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) activation ability was reduced as the apoC-III content of the rHDL increased; however, the CE transfer ability was not decreased by the increase of apoC-III. Finally, rHDL containing apoC-III aggravated the production of MDA in cell culture media, which led to increased cellular uptake of LDL. Thus, the addition of apoC-III to rHDL induced changes in the structural and functional properties of the rHDL, especially in particle size and rearrangement and LCAT activation. These alterations may lead to beneficial functions of HDL, which is involved in anti-atherogenic properties in the circulation.

Today, boundaries between genres are collapsed and there are mutual convergence and consilience in each field of the society. In art and design, new concepts for the convergence of art and design, such as graft of 'art and design' and 'technology and art', 'art design', 'commercialization of art', etc, are suggested. Especially, furniture is changed from the furniture as a living tool whose purpose is practical properties to the furniture combined by artistic properties and emotional factors with a concept related to the convergence of art and design, such as 'design as an art', 'useable art', etc. For the evidence, Artfurniture which was treated as just a part of decorative arts is focused by expressive media of the convergence between art and design and it became a genre of independent art. In addition, it is approaching to people as 'furniture as an art' and 'art as furniture'. Popularization of art and art of design are generalized and now, it's meaningless to divide the boundary between art and design. Before the discussion about convergence of each concept in non-boundary phenomena of art and design, it should be grasp essentials of art and design and understand the boundaries. The exploration of the essences and roles will be the first step to find new value through the convergence of art and design. Therefore, this thesis intends to grasp the stream value of two concepts have been changed by examining periodical situation, market changes, etc. from division between previous art and design to modern times, based on them, analyze roles of art and design in modern artfurniture and interpret relations between art and design for current time.
