화학적 환경하에서 재생 PET섬유보강 콘크리트의 성능 (Effect of Recycled PET Fiber Reinforced Concrete on Chemical Environment)

  • 본 연구에서는 재생 PET섬유 보강 콘크리트의 화학적 환경하에서의 성능평가를 실시하였다. 화학적 환경으로는 알칼리, 염해 및 융빙제 환경을 고려하였으며 각각의 화학적 환경에서 30, 60, 90일간 침지한 후 재생 PET섬유 보강 콘크리트의 압축강도를 측정하였다. 시험결과 PET섬유 보강 콘크리트는 알칼리 환경에서 성능저하가 발생했으며 염해 및 융빙제 환경에서는 우수한 성능을 나타내었다.

  • The heating and cooling air conditioning field has been increasing the problems of energy consumption and global warming in the world. A geothermal heat pump has been known as one of the highest efficient heating and cooling system. In this study, the analysis about the test standards of the geothermal heat pump of the Republic of Korea was executed. From the research, the following results were given. It is needed to address the domestic test standard for direct heat exchange geothermal heat pump. Water to air multi geothermal heat pump test standard was only developed in Korea. The test standard to calculate a seasonal energy efficiency ratio for cooling period and heat seasonal performance factor for heating period should be newly developed to estimate actual annual energy consumption and $CO_2$ emission.

피치각 조정형 송풍-역풍 겸용 축류팬에서 배연용 피치각 선정을 위한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Selection Pitch Angle on backward flow of an Axial Fan with Adjustable Pitch Angle Blades)

  • In this study, the experimental study has carried out to select pitch angle on the backward flow in an axial fan that has adjustable pitch blades. With the change of pitch angle of axial fan with adjustable blade, air flow rate, pressure and air flow direction can be changed. Because of this merit, adjustable axial fan can be used in the backward flow. For the selection of the backward flow pitch angle, fan performance test method is selected by KS B 6311. Dynamic pressure, static pressure, electric current and voltage are measured in each pitch angles of axial fan that are $36^{\circ}$, $-16^{\circ}$, $-21^{\circ}$, $-26^{\circ}$, $-31^{\circ}$ and $-36^{\circ}$. In the result of test, fan performance curves at several pitch angle has been investigated. Finally, pitch angle of $-26^{\circ}$ has been selected to get largest flow rate at backward flow situation.

A Study on the Propagation of Measurement Uncertainties into the Result on a Turbine Performance Test

  • Uncertainties generated from the individual measured variables have an influence on the uncertainty of the experimental result through a data reduction equation. In this study, a performance test of a single stage axial type turbine is conducted, and total-to-total efficiencies are measured at the various off-design points In the low pressure and cold state. Based on an experimental apparatus, a data reduction equation for turbine efficiency is formulated and six measured variables are selected. Codes are written to calculate the efficiency, the uncertainty of the efficiency, and the sensitivity of the efficiency uncertainty by each of the measured quantities. The influence of each measured variable on the experimental result is figured out. Results show that the largest uncertainty magnification factor (UMF) value is obtained by the inlet total pressure among the six measured variables, and its value is always greater than one. The UMF values of the inlet total temperature, the torque, and the RPM are always one. The uncertainty percentage contribution (UPC) of the RPM shows th, lowest influence on the uncertainty of the turbine efficiency, but the UPC of the torque has the largest influence to the result among the measured variables. These results are applied to find the correct direction for meeting an uncertainty requirement of the experimental result in the planning or development Phase of experiment, and also to offer ideas for preparing a measurement system in the planning phase.

알칼리 프리계 급결제를 사용한 강섬유 보강 숏크리트의 성능 평가 (Performance of Steel Fiber Reinforced Shotcrete using Alkali Free Based Accelerator)

  • Modern underground and tunnel works that the wet type shotcrete is getting widely designed and applied in a large scale project. Further to its applications, the needs of improving the performance of the shotcrete, such as new and developed additives and accelerators fur increasing the performance of shotcrete, become the most important issue in the field. The main objective of this study evaluated to performance of steel fiber reinforced shotcrete using alkali free based accelerator for the durability and high quality of shotcrete. The major test variables are accelerator type and its dosage. One type silicate based accelerator and one type aluminate based accelerator and one type alkali free based accelerator were used. The dosage of accelerators is determined by the manufactures and laboratory test condition. Compressive strength test results showed that the dosage of silicate and aluminate based accelerators caused reduction of mechanical properties of shotcrete. Compressive strength of alkali free based accelerator is more stable than of silicate and aluminate based accelerators. Also, according to the compressive strength and flexural test results, it was found that steel fiber reinforced shotcrete used alkali free based accelerator could attain significant improvement in the mechanical and flexural performance.

터보펌프 Cavitation 성능시험기 개발 및 성능시험에 관한 연구 (Development of Turbopump Cavitation Performance Test Facility and the Test of Inducer Performance)

  • A performance test facility for turbopump inducer cavitation was developed and the inducer cavitation performance tests were performed. Major components of the performance test facility are driving unit, test section, piping, water tank, and data acquisition and control system. The maximum of testing capability of this facility are as follows: flow rate - 30kg/s; pressure - 13 bar; rotational speed 10,000rpm. This cavitation test facility is characterized by the booster pump installed at the outlet of the pump that extends the flow rate range, and by the pressure control system that makes the line pressure down to vapor pressure. The vacuum pump is used for removing the dissolved air in the water as well as the line pressure. Performance tests were carried out and preliminary data of test model inducer were obtained. The cavitation performance test and cavitation bubble flow visualization were also made. This facility is originally designed for turbopump inducer performance test and cavitation test. However it can be applied to the pump impeller performance test in the future with little modification.

  • Recently, due to various environmental problems such as global warming, increasing of international oil prices and exhaustion of resource, a paradigm of world automobile market is rapidly changing from vehicles using internal combustion engine to eco-friendly vehicles using electric power such as EV (Electric Vehicle), HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle), PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid electric Vehicle) and FCEV (Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle). There are many driving cycles for performance evaluation of conventional vehicles. However there is a lack of researches on driving cycle for EV. This study is composed of part 1 and part 2. In this paper part 1, in order to develop urban driving cycle for performance evaluation of electric vehicles, Gwacheon-city patrol route of police patrol car was selected. Actual driving test was performed using EV. The driving data such as velocity, time, GPS information etc. were recorded. GUDC-EV (Gwacheon-city Urban Driving Cycle for Electric Vehicles) including road gradient was developed through the results of analyzing recorded data. Reliability of the driving cycle development method was substantiated through comparison of electricity performance. In the second part of this study, the developed driving cycle was compared to simulation result of the existing urban driving cycle. Verification of the developed driving cycle for EV performance evaluation was described.

  • This paper describes performance of sealing integrity and bending strain of HV polymeric bushing with thermal mechanical test. Generally the properties of FRP tube can be influenced by the winding angle, wall thickness and winding tension. As a results, multi winding bushing shows that it has max deflection in the range of 16.5~16.9 mm.

  • The antiwear performance of dialkyl 3, 5-di-t-butyl 4-hydroxy benzyl phosphonates was investigated using a four ball wear test machine. Diethyl 3, 5-di-t-butyl 4-hydroxy benzyl phosphonate (DEP) and dibutyl 3,5-di-t-butyl 4-hydroxy benzyl phosponate (DBP) among them showed excellent antiwear performances compared with conventional additives, ZDDP and TCP as the bulk oil temperature and the sliding velocity increased. The surface analysis through an optical microscopy was conducted for tribological studies.

  • 치과 분야에서 초음파를 이용한 수술기 및 스케일러의 사용은 꾸준하게 증가하고 있다. 이때 개발된 기기의 성능 및 안정성은 시술 받는 환자에게 결정적인 요소로 작용하기 때문에 상업화 전에 반드시 시험 평가되어야 한다. 그래서 골 절단 및 치아 스케일링 평가를 수행할 수 있는 핸드피스 이송 시스템을 자체 개발하여 사용하였다. 본 연구의 목표는 초음파 스케일러 팁을 이용하여 치아 손상 정도를 평가하기 위함이다. 추가적으로 초음파 기기의 열 발생 및 소음에 대한 측정을 수행해보았다. 결과적으로 Ultrasonic NX 기기의 높은 출력은 실험을 통한 치아에 심각한 손상을 입힐 수 있지만 열 화상 카메라를 이용한 열 발생 및 소음 측정을 통해 안정적인 범위에 있었다.
