형상수정 폴리싱에 관한 기초연구 (Basic Studies on Corrective Polishing)

  • For the development of a ultra-precision CMC polishing system including on-machine measurement system, we study a corrective polishing algorithm. We calculated unit removal profiles for various polishing tools and polishing tool positions. Using these results we simulate the corrective polishing process based on dwell time control. We calculate dwell time distributions and residual error of the polishing simulation method and the FFT calculation method. We got good dwell time distributions and small residual when we used the FFT calculation method. This results will be used for the optimization of corrective polishing process.

  • In this paper, the theoretical method of measuring the tunnel convergence and underground displacement, the objective indices of assessing safety for tunnel construction, using the fiber optic sensor is studied by developing the program to automatically measure them. The model test of Con'c beam is conducted to evaluate reliability of the fiber optic sensor. Furthermore, using the RS232 communication protocol as well as Visual C# and Visual C++, the programming tools, the program was developed to detect automatically the measured value of the fiber optic sensor, calculate the tunnel convergence and underground displacement, predict the deformed shape of the tunnel, and evaluate loosening zone due to the tunnel excavation.

자연채광 성능평가용 인공천공돔(Sky Simulator)의 개발 및 신뢰성 검증 (Development and its Validation of Sky Simulator Facilities for Daylighting Evaluation)

  • For the evaluating daylighting performance, field measurement, scale model test and a set of computer tools can be applied. For the scale model measurements, the sky simulator is a vital facility to represent the desired sky conditions consistently. Recently K university has developed a large size sky simulator, 6m-diameter and 3.7m-height, that is suitable for the international standard. To verify the reliability of the sky simulator, the luminance distribution on the inner sky surface was measured and compared with the CIE standard overcast sky model. It is found that the sky simulator can be reproduced the CIE standard overcast sky condition with 4.3% as mean difference. K university sky simulator is fully validated for usability and accuracy for daylighting researches.

승용차의 진동해석모델 개발 (Development of the Vibration Analysis Model of Passenger Car)

  • According to the developments of automobile industry, the technology to enhance noise, vibration and harshness(NVH) performance has been studying in a point of view of ride comfort and quietness. Especially the use of computer aided engineering(CAE) simulation tools such as finite element(FE) analysis allows engineers to efficiently evaluate NVH performance. This paper presents the method to bulid FE models for full vehicle including engine, transmission. suspension and steering system, also to evaluate vibration performance of full vehicle. The full vehicle model, which is discussed, is correlated with the result of the frequency response measurement in the case of the car shake performance for high speed driving.

  • In the age where the Internet changes everything, even the earth has become flat. The boarders between nations, locations, times, and industries are not meaningful, and no single company can do the whole process well. Therefore, various types of 'Value network' and 'Relation web' emerge for moving first and learning fast. Both the relationship maturity model (RMM) proposed and the partnership management initiatives at SKT demonstrate that the concept is important, and that the final goal can be reached only through a series of critical outcome at each phase. In particular, recognizing as core infrastructures various online/offline channels, deep trust, and rich communications is an important finding for a successful relationship management. Also, related literatures suggest the following key factors to be influential in more than two phases: professionalism including expertise, similarity, channel infrastructure, trustful/trustworthy, and absorptive capacity. Based on these findings, future efforts need to be put on the research & development of related measurement and management tools. It is hoped that more dance with their partners through these efforts.

선삭가공에 있어서 채터진동의 인프로세스 검출에 관한 연구 (I) (A Study on In-Process Detection of Chatter Vibration in a Turning Process)

  • There have been many studies on chatter vibration in machining but there seems to be no regulations to decide the commencing point of chatter objectively. The development of an objective method which can estimate and detect chatter commencement is very much in need for automatic manufacturing systems, dynamic performance tests for machine tools, so on. In this study, therefore, the estimation and the in-process detection of chatter have been experi- mentally investigated for the turning process. As a result, the commencing point of chatter can be decided from the behavior of the maximum amplitude of the dynamic component of cutting force, where the maximum amplitude is suddenly increasing with the chatter commencement. Then the commencing point of chatter can be estimated practically by this method before the occurrence of excessive vibration. Also, it is possible to detect the occurence of chatter vibration through the in-process measurement, by monitoring the maximum amplitude of the dynamic component of cutting force.

ISO 26000 적용을 위한 의료기관의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 고찰 (Analysis on CSR of Hospitals for Application of ISO 26000)

  • Objectives : As the management philosophy of hospital social responsibility is diversified, we systematically reviewed the literature to apply ISO 26000 to the monitoring of social responsibility activities in accordance with social needs and changes. Methods : PubMed Database, NDSL and RISS were searched for articles related to CSR based on ISO 26000. The articles were classified according to aims, methods and results. Results : There is a lack of research and development of the CSR tools of hospitals, including human rights, labor practices, and consumer issues, which are parts of the seven key topics of ISO 26000. Conclusions : Based on ISO 26000 as an international standard for social responsibility activities, it is necessary to develop a measurement tool for social responsibility activities that reflects legal and institutional situations of Korean hospitals.

Development of a Live-line Insulator Inspection Tool System for 154 kV Power Transmission Lines

  • The current paper deals with a new live-line insulator inspection tool system that will be used by the Korea Electric Power Corporation for its 154 kV power transmission lines in 2011. Unlike the existing contact type tools, the developed inspection tool automates parts of the insulator inspection process using a sensor and an actuator. The tool sustains its weight independently, not by a lineman. In addition, the inspection tool measures the insulation resistance of an insulator together with its distribution voltage, thus providing more information for analysis and diagnosis. Such characteristics improve the system's operation efficiency, measurement reliability, and usability. We confirmed its effectiveness through live-line field tests with actual power transmission lines.

KRISO 138K LNG 운반선 모형 주위의 국부 유동장 계측 (Measurement of flow around KRISO 138K LNG Carrier Model)

  • It is important to understand the flow characteristics such as wave and wake development around a ship for the design of the hull forms with better resistance and propulsive performance. The experimental results explicating the local flow characteristics are also invaluable for validation of the physical and numerical modeling of CFD codes, which are recently gaining acknowledgements as efficient tools for hull form evaluation This paper describes velocity and wave profiles measured in the towing tank for the KRISO 138K LNG Carrier (KLNG) model with propeller and rudder. The results contained in this paper can provide the valuable information on the effect of propeller and rudder on stern flow characteristics of the modern commercial hull form, furthermore, the present experimental data will provide important database for CFO validation.

기독교대학의 핵심역량 측정 도구 개발 사례 연구 : K대학교를 중심으로 (A Study on the Development and Validation of an Assessment Tool of KBU Core Competency)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 K대학의 6가지 핵심역량의 정의를 규명하고, 이에 따라 하위요소를 구성하여 핵심역량을 측정하는 도구를 개발하고, 타당화하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이론적 탐색을 통해서 역량을 정의하였고, 하위요인을 구성하였으며, 문항을 개발하고 전문가 검토에 의해 초안을 개발하였다. 신뢰도와 타당성 검증을 위해 K대학 재학생 907명을 대상으로 역량을 측정하였으며, 공인타당도 검증을 수행하였다. 그 결과 6개의 핵심역량의 정의를 도출하였고, 각 역량 마다 3개의 하위요인을 구성하였으며, 초안 문항을 개발하여 전문가 검토에 의해 개선된 93개의 문항을 구성하였다. 신뢰도 검증 결과 문항내적 합치도는 .890~.960사이로 나타났으며, 문항-총점간 상관분석 결과 .80이상의 지나친 상관을 보이는 문항은 발견되지 않아 다중공선성이 없는 것으로 판단하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석 결과 구인타당도가 양호한 것으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로 공인타당도 검증 결과 공인된 측정 도구와의 상관이 보통에서 보통이상으로 나타남으로 공인타당도가 양호한 것으로 나타났다.
