Purpose: This study's purpose is to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing orientation on new product development performance via marketing and innovation capabilities. Research design, data, and methodology: This research has applied a survey method which involved 159 respondents from food retailers among Michelin Guide Restaurants in Thailand. The literature's existing measurement scales were used to operationalize the constructs proposed in this study. The analyses were conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the hypotheses. Results: The results have shown that new product development performance received positive and direct impacts from entrepreneurial marketing orientation, particularly in three dimensions: customer value orientation, opportunity-driven initiatives, and leveraged resources. Likewise, new product development performance received a positive, indirect impact from opportunity-driven initiatives, risk management, customer value orientation, and innovation that is focused on marketing and innovation capabilities. Conclusions: The results are useful for Thai food retailers as to strategy formulation in order to attract tourists from all over the world to tourist destinations in Thailand. Therefore, this empirical study is extremely important for domestic economic development and the international economy. These findings provide theoretical and managerial contributions for developing competitive strategies which will lead to sustainable business practices, as well as for providing future research directions.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to test the impact of job crafting on in/extra-role performance in Chinese context. In addition, it intends to verify the mediating effect of work engagement on the relationship between job crafting and in/extra-role performance. Research design, data, and methodology - Survey data were collected from employees of the companies in Hebei, China, for about two months, from early January 2022 to early March 2022. A total of 300 copies were distributed, and 240 copies were collected (80%), of which 222 copies were used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed for statistical tests of the measurement model and hypotheses using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 and Amos 25. Result - The analysis results are as follows. First, job crafting has a direct effect on work engagement. Second, work engagement increased employees' in/extra-role performance. Third, the mediating effect of work engagement was verified in the relationship between job crafting and employees' in/extra-role performance. Conclusion - This study expands the job demand-resource model by revealing the effect of job crafting, which changes the job given to oneself, on in/extra-role performance. In addition, this study investigated the impact of work engagement on the relationship between job crafting and in/extra-role performance.
Species diversity is one of the most important specifications of biological societies. Diversity of organisms, measurement of variety and examination of those hypotheses that are about reasons of diversity are such as affairs that have been desired by the ecologists for a long time. In this research, diversity of plant species in forest region, numbers of 60 sample plots in 256.00 square meters have been considered in random - systematic inventory was considered. In each sample plot, four micro-plots in 2.25 square meters in order to study on herbal cover, were executed that totally 240 micro-plots were considered. At each plot six diversity indices in relation to physiographic factors (slope, geographical aspect and altitude from the sea level) were studied. The results indicate that species diversity is more in the northern direction and also species diversity in slops less than 30% has the most amounts. Factor of altitude from the sea level did not have meaningful relation with species diversity. Through study on correlation of the numbers of species in sample plots with indices and also process and role of indices in different processors of analysis, Simpson's reciprocal index was suggested as suitable index in this type of studies.

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of virtual community participation and engagement in the brand decision by building community and brand trust. In this study, two theories (Social Capital Theory and Theory of Collective Action) were tested. Both theories were linked based on existing literature, and empirical evidence was obtained through testing hypotheses. Students from five prestigious Pakistani business schools provided a total of 849 replies. The measurement model and structural model were both analyzed using the partial least square (PLS) method. The findings show that virtual community engagement and participation have a positive and significant impact on virtual community trust. Although virtual community engagement has a positive effect on brand trust, we found no evidence of a link between virtual community participation and brand trust. Later, these trusts positively influence brand choice. This study has several managerial implications. The suggested model of this study helps managers to get customers' insight, choose the right target market, and set integrated marketing communication strategies besides social media marketing strategies. The study represents a new perspective of consumer behavior that helps to understand how a customer behaves in virtual communities to trust and take the final decision to purchase.

The purpose of this study is to conduct an empirical study on brand authenticity targeting sportswear brand consumers. Through this, we intend to provide the accumulation and implications of authenticity research. For the research model, first, the authenticity of sportswear brand companies was selected as an independent variable. Brand image and brand attitude were selected as the next parameters. Finally, the dependent variable was the intention to pay the premium. Structural equation model analysis was conducted for the structural relationship between these variables. The subjects of this study are consumers who have purchased sportswear brands within the past year. Convenience sampling was used for the sample survey, and 262 people were finally selected as valid samples. The survey was conducted as a non-face-to-face online survey due to the COVID-19 infection. For data processing, frequency analysis was conducted using SPSS 23 to identify the individual characteristics of the survey subjects. In addition, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed to refine the scale of the survey tool. Next, using AMOS 21, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted to verify the measurement model. In addition, structural equation model analysis was conducted to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the analysis, all six hypotheses selected from the research model were adopted.

This study has reviewed the "A survey on the relation between the employees' viewpoint with knowledge management and cultural intelligence among the employees working in Social Security Organization of Ardabil". The present study is functional in terms of objective and the method is descriptive and survey. This has asked the others' ideas and viewpoints concerning a specific subject and has analyzed them. About the nature and the method used, the present research is of correlation research. The population applied in this research includes all employees working in Social Security Organization of Ardabil consisting of 400. The method used for sampling is simple random sampling. To collect the information in the first step of the research the library method has been used. In this research the data has been collected through standard questionnaires. Then, via descriptive and inferential statistics the research data has been characterized and regarding the spatial scaling of the measurement to test the hypothesis the, correlation analysis of Pearson has been used and also to specify the reliability of the questionnaire the Chronbach's Alpha has been taken in use and the SPSS software to analyze the data also. The findings resulted from the study showed that there is a significant relation between the factors concerning employees' efficiency with knowledge management and the cultural intelligence and all hypotheses was confirmed.
Objective: The objective of this study is to provide medical institutions with theoretical basis by analyzing the effect of service quality-related factors. It will be helpful for hospitals to enhance service quality which will be of use to attain customer satisfaction and ultimately competitive advantage. Design: An empirical study. Methods: To verify the model, I conducted a questionnaire survey analysis. Items for measurement have been extracted from several related studies on medical industry. The survey target has been set by convenience sampling method and consists of citizens reside in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province, and total number of 161 samples have been analyzed. To verify validity and reliability, I conducted factor analysis and reliability analysis, and for hypotheses verification, multiple regression analyses have been performed. Results: This study aims to investigate the relation between service quality factors and customer satisfaction, and also those factors and customer loyalty. Service quality factors consist of Tangibles(X1), Reliability(X2), Assurance(X3), Responsiveness(X4), and Empathy(X5). According to the results of regression analyses, X1, X2, X3, and X5 have been proved to have positive relations with customer satisfaction and loyalty, whereas hypothesis related X4 has not been supported. Finally, customer satisfaction has been founded to affects positively to customer loyalty. Conclusions: Service quality factors are significantly related to customer satisfaction and loyalty. So medical institutions should aware of this and try to enhance service quality for attaining competitive advantage.
Purpose The importance of data as a key resource of the intelligence revolution is being highlighted, among all those phenomena MyData is attracting attention as a key concept by organizations and individuals that eventually leads the data economy. In this regard, this study was started to contribute to the successful settlement and continuous growth of the domestic MyData industry, which has just entered the system. Design/methodology/approach To develop and test all proposed casual relationships within the research model, we used the Value-Attitude-Behavior(VAB) model as a basic framework. A total of 385 copies were used for the final analysis, and for SPSS 25.0, MS-Excel 2016, and AMOS 24.0 to summarize respondent demographic characteristics, measurement model, and structural model. Findings Findings show that all proposed hypotheses were supported with the exception of the moderating effect of organizational information transparency between data controllability and perceived value, and between data controllability and attitude toward MyData service.

Live Commerce is rapidly emerging as a new paradigm for the digital economy and consumption activities in the post-COVID era. Many prior studies have been conducted on Live Commerce, but studies focusing on the characteristics of sources of Live Commerce are insufficient. This study aimed to investigate the human factors of sources that affect consumers' intention to use Live Commerce. For this purpose, based on an expanded TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) through literature research, variables were set, and a survey was conducted targeting Korean consumers who have experienced purchasing products through Live Commerce. Excluding unreliable data, 201 responses were utilized in the analysis of this study. At first, the measurement tools were checked through validity and reliability verification, and correlation analysis was conducted to identify the relationships between variables. Then, the proposed hypotheses were verified through multiple regression analysis. As a result, firstly, the human factors of sources had a positive effect on PU (Perceived Usefulness). Secondly, the PEOU (perceived ease of use) had a positive effect on both PU and CS (Consumer Satisfaction). Thirdly, PU had a positive effect on CS and ITU (Intention to Use). Finally, CS with Live Commerce had a positive effect on the ITU. Through this study, we try to provide an understanding of consumer behavior in the Live Commerce environment and contribute to enhancing the service provider's ability to offer high-quality Live Commerce content.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting satisfaction as well as the intention of Gen Z customers to reorder food online in the context of a crisis. Research design, data and methodology: Data for this cross-sectional study were collected via the Internet by conducting an online survey of 652 Gen Z respondents, aged 15-25, in the south of Vietnam and using a convenience sampling method. To analyse the reliability of the scales, SPSS was used to run Cronbach's alpha. Then, SmartPLS was used to assess the measurement model, including variable reliability and validity, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the proposed model, as well as test the hypotheses with partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Results: Social influence, price value, and convenience all have a positive effect on satisfaction and repurchase intention. Satisfaction not only plays a critical role in mediating the relationship between social influence, price value, convenience and repurchase intention but also has a positive impact on repurchase intention towards buying food online. Conclusions: This study was successful in identifying the factors of repurchase intention in a crisis setting among Gen Z customers by developing a theoretical research model via literature to complete a brief Theory of Planned Behaviour model. This study also took an innovative approach to earlier ones by demonstrating not just the significant effect of social influence on satisfaction and repurchase intention, but also by identifying critical variables that managers should focus on increasing and improving management.
