This research was conducted to achieve several objectives and focus research was based on financial behavior theory and prospect theory as grounded theory e.g., investigate the financial decision-making behavior between financial and real assets investment, and confirm the relationship existing between herding behavior and overconfidence factors to the level of loss and regret aversion, and financial literacy into real assets investment decisions. The study used 220 real estate auction respondents as investor samples at the State Assets and Auction Service Office Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Data was collected through the use of a questionnaire consisting of 23 questions to measure the variables. Moreover, the research data passed through several feasibility tests like the inner and outer modeling by Partial Least Square - Structural equation model (PLS-SEM) while the hypotheses formulated were also tested to determine the magnitude of the variable relationship. Through the use of the direct and intervening test, loss and regret aversion variables have a positive and significant effect while financial literacy variables have no significant effect. There is a slight difference in the decision-making process for real assets and financial assets investors. Investment decision making behavior in the financial assets sector requires less complicated decisions compared to the decisions related to real assets investments.

This paper presents practical results for the estimation of vibration level inside a powertrain based on the rigid body theory and measurement. The vibration level of inside powertrain has been used for the calculation of excitation force of an engine indirectly. However it was difficult to estimate or measure the vibration level inside of a powertrain when a powertrain works on the driving condition of a vehicle. To do this work, the rigid body theory is employed. At the first, the vibration on the surface of a powertrain is measured and its results are secondly used for the estimation the vibration level inside of powertrain together with rigid body theory. Also did research on how to decrease the error rate when the rigid body theory is applied. This method is successfully applied to the estimation of the vibration level on arbitrary point of powertrain on the driving condition at the road.

The change of any element in the network is possible to cause performance degradation of the multicast network. So it is necessary to optimize the topology path through the multicast update strategy, which directly affects the performance and user experience of the overlay multicast. In view of the above, a new multicast tree update strategy based on perturbation theory Musp (Multicast Update Strategy based on Perturbation theory) is proposed, which reduces the data transmission interruption caused by the multicast tree update and improves user experiences. According to the multicast tree's elements performance and the topology structure, the Musp strategy defines the multicast metric matrix and based on the matrix perturbation theory it also defines the multicast fluctuation factor. Besides it also demonstrates the calculability of the multicast fluctuation factor presents the steps of the Musp algorithm and calculates the complexity. The experimental results show that compared with other update strategies, as for the sensitivity of the multicast fluctuation factor's energized multicast tree to the network disturbance, the maximum delay of the Musp update strategy is minimal in the case of the local degradation of network performance.

Regression analysis has become a standard statistical tool in the behavioral science. Because of its widespread popularity. regression has been often misused. Such is the case when the dependent variable is a qualitative measure rather than a continuous, interval measure. Regression estimates with a qualitative dependent variable does not meet the assumptions underlying regression. It can lead to serious errors in the standard statistical inference. Logit model is recommended as alternatives to the regression model for qualitative dependent variables. Researchers can employ this model to measure the relationship between independent variables and qualitative dependent variables without assuming that logit model was derived from probabilistic choice theory. Coefficients in logit model are typically estimated by the method of Maximum Likelihood Estimation in contrast to ordinary regression model which estimated by the method of Least Squares Estimation. Goodness of fit in logit model is based on the likelihood ratio statistics and the t-statistics is used for testing the null hypothesis.

Effect is expected in enterprise that these proposals do quality control. There is meaning in direction that measuring mean of quality feature that propose in this treatise understands actuality to be deeply and reconcile exact point of theory.

Using THz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS), the power absorption, the index of refraction, and the real conductivity of silica sand are measured from 0.1[Thz] to 0.5[Thz] frequency range. It is impossible to measure the characterization of the silica sand by simple electrical measurements using mechanical contacts, e.g., Hall effect or four-point probe measurements. However, the THz-TDS technique can measure not only electrical but also optical characterization of he sample. Also this technique can measure frequency dependent results. Especially, the real conductivity was increased according to THz frequency. This is unusual material compare with metal and semiconductor materials; the measured real conductivity are not followed by the simple Drude theory.

Recently the Korean court accepts two typies of fisheries damages caused by oil pollution.. One is the direct loss of fisheries production originated from pollution of oil spillover. The other is the indirect loss of fisheries production originated from governmental measure of restricting fishing activities because of safety of marine product of oil spillover areas. The paper tries to suggest the appropriated measure of oil pollution damages of hanging and floating netcage aquaculture fisheries using the court judgement for responsibility restriction on Herbei Spirit Case. The paper tries to compare the damge estimation method of floating netcage aquaculture fisheries with that of natural aquaculture fisheries using conventional theory of the population biology of living resources characterized with age distribution.
