Oxidative stress has been reported to be one of causes of neuritis. This study examined antioxidative activities of methanol extracts of six amphibian species known to be medicinal animals (Rana catesbeiana, R. coreana, R. rugosa, R. dybowskii, R. nigromaculata, and Hyla japonica) and investigated their effects of inhibiting nitric oxide (NO) production and cytotoxicity on the murine macrophage RAW264.7 cells. As inflammation is closely associated with reactive oxygen species, assays on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity, xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity, superoxide anion radical scavenging activity and NO scavenging activity of the extracts of the six species were performed to investigate their antioxidative activity. The results obtained were as follows; All extracts showed antioxidative activity, and the activity of R. dybowskii was the highest in comparison among those. Anti-inflammatory effects of the extracts were also examined, the five extracts except that of R. rugosa did not show cytotoxicity for RAW264.7 cells at the maximal concentration ($1,000{\mu}g\;mL^{-1}$). Selectivity index, meaning NO scavenging activity compared to cytotoxicity, showed the highest level in the extract of R. dybowskii. These results will be very useful basic data for future studies on prevention and treatment of human diseases to understand the biological roles of amphibian extracts throughout the antioxidative or anti-inflammatory pathways.

반도체 기술의 발달로 회로의 집적도와 복잡도가 증가함에 따라 칩의 생산 과정에서 고장이 발생하는 빈도가 높아지게 되었다. 칩의 수율을 향상시키고, 생산 단가를 절감시키기 위해서 고장의 원인을 찾아내고 분석하는 과정은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 고장의 원인을 분석하는 과정 중 고장의 위치를 찾아내는 데는 많은 시간이 소요된다. 게이트 수준에서의 고장 위치 진단은 물리적 수준에서의 고장 범위를 한정해 줌으로써 고장 위치를 찾는 데 소요되는 시간을 줄 일 수 있다는 데 의미를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 방식의 고장 딕션너리 방식과 추가적인 고장 시뮬레이션 방식을 혼합하여, 메모리의 소비를 최소화하면서도 시뮬레이션 수행 시간을 단축시킴으로써 효과적으로 고장 진단을 수행할 수 있는 고장 진단 알고리듬을 제안한다.

This study is on the concept of Gunter Behnisch' s 'Situationsarchitektur'. Gunter Behnisch is known as the architect who have produced astonishing variety of different types of buildings since 1950s. His works always reflect his changing major concerns of architecture, which varied through his career such as flexibility and serial production in the 1960s, politics and place in the 1970s and 80s, and ecological issues in 90s and afterward. Behnisch says that the goal of architects' work is not so much the building as the situation to be created, and only such measures should be taken as in fortunate cases strengthen and give meaning to the situation that exists, or in less fortunate ones recreate it. The 'Situationsarchitektur' is realized through emphasizing transparency, humanity, public space, and open detail that could lead to a certain lightness and relaxedness in architecture not as an end in itself, but rather in the result. Architecture should be allowed to arise out of circumstances of use and construction, but form should not be imposed as a preconception. Also architecture should be strongly tied to time, space and local conditions. Behnisch tries to see the fundamentals of his work in such a way that subtlety and diversity develop of their own accord or are preserved as a reflection of a world.

A center of economy, during last 50 years, has been transferred from production into consumption and a new consumption culture has been made by changing from reasonable trend into subjective and psychological trend. In the past, an interest of consumers was to possess things, however, in present, an interest of them is mental value and satisfaction to experience various cultures, to focus value and meaning human's life, and to realize desires. According to this trend, society's interest on interior design has continuously increased. Social phenomenon to make a serious consideration of design management and value is rushing with various brands on the basis of marketing strategy. In this kind of era, interior designers also should try to make interior design area brand through long, objective and systematic marketing plan. Therefore, this research shows differentiation strategy to make interior design brand on the basis of marketing strategy with theoretical background through literature study, and presents an example of spa and cosmetic beauty salon - current new consumption culture - on the basis of marketing strategy.

본 연구는 현대형 도시 판타지 콘텐츠(Contemporary Urban Fantasy Contents)에 일반적으로 통용되어 향유자들이 익숙해 하고, 다른 장르와의 구별의 척도가 되는 관습적 장치인 컨벤션(Convention)에 관하여 고찰한다. 먼저 판타지의 개념을 정리하고, 판타지의 유형과 판타지의 세계라고 할 수 있는 시간과 공간, 판타지의 스토리텔링, 그리고 판타지의 관습인 컨벤션을 살펴본다. 다음으로 현대형 도시 판타지의 의미와 컨벤션을 알아본다. 궁극적으로, 현대형 도시 판타지 콘텐츠의 분석을 통해 판타지 장르의 변화 추이를 관찰하고, 판타지 장르의 컨벤션의 파괴가 어떻게 현대형 도시 판타지 콘텐츠에서 컨벤션을 생성시키는지를 사례를 통해 분석하여 사람들에게 새로운 재미를 부여할 수 있는 현대형 도시 판타지 콘텐츠 제작의 방향을 모색하고자 한다.

In November 2018, virtual pop band K/DA, with the use of holograms and actual K-pop girl group members, performed its debut album titled "POP/STARS" at the opening ceremony of the League of Legends S8 final, hosted by Riot Games. The fan culture that exists for real singers adapts itself to virtual bands, and K/DA, consisting of virtual characters, encouraging the production of user created content (UCC). However, this form of UCC is different from the most common one, meaning that this type of band generates another way of consuming content. Therefore, this study examines how K/DA's digital characters are transformed and reproduced by UCC and how the original producers' content differs from them. Firstly, the development of this study considers the open characteristics of UCC, such as user type, created motivation, created process, content type and sharing method. In the second part, the virtual idol Hatsune Miku and virtual band Pentakill will be analysed to understand UCC. Thirdly, K/DA will be analyzed as a case study based on three factors: created motivation, content type and sharing method. In this manner, this study aims to explain how UCC for virtual bands reproduce and consume original content and expand their commercial value.

전근대사회의 풍수는 마을주민들에게 있어서 오늘날의 문화생태적 환경과 같은 의미로 쓰였다. 마을사람들은 마을의 국지환경에 대해 풍수형국이라는 상징체계로 관계를 맺고 대응하였다. 마을 풍수를 통한 문화생태적 기능은 마을의 공간적 입지 규정, 인구 유입, 마을공동체의 생산 건축 활동 및 토지이용규제, 마을의 환경수용능력 규준, 환경관리, 주민공동체의 집단적 환경 의식 및 태도 형성 등으로 나타났다. 마을 풍수는 자연환경에 대한 주민들의 문화적 적응전략으로서, 마을의 지속가능한 환경시스템을 유지하기 위한 동아시아의 전통적인 문화생태적 방식이자 지식체계라고 평가할 수 있다.

The age unit knit wear twenties meaning item preference from, thirties and forties appeared with the item which pullover prefers most, fifties selected a cardigan case, an ensemble and the jacket and it prefers with the fact that. It appeared with the style which it prefers most from case P1, P2 all twenties of pullover, the cardigan proposal case appeared with the style which it prefers most from C1, C2 all fifties. From the jacket it appeared with the style which the J1 prefers from fifties-forties. Each age especially the F/W season knit wear the result which examines the wearing objective against, twenties become popular, thirties expression of individuality, forties convenient of activity, fifties for the convenient of activity complement of activity the knit wear with the fact that it wears.

패러디는 예술적 표현 형식의 하나로 인정받고 있고 그 활용도는 나날이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 법령 또는 판례에 명확한 규정이 없다. 패러디는 보통 원저작자의 이용허락을 받지 않고 만들어지기 때문에 저작권법 침해 논란을 늘 수반하게 된다. 우리 헌법에서는 표현의 자유와 예술의 자유를 보장하고 있지만, 또 저작자의 권리도 보호하고 있다. 이 기본권 충돌 문제를 어떻게 해결할 것인가가 쟁점이다. 헌법이 추구하는 기본 가치와 저작권법의 목적인 문화의 향상발전이라는 견지에서 패러디에 관한 다양한 논의가 전개되어야 한다.

Manfredo Tafuri's Ideological criticism in architecture has opened a new horizon to interpreting architecture in modern capitalist architecture for it views architecture not just as a style or formal invention, but in terms of socio-economical process. It offered a comprehensive understanding of a chaotic situation of contemporary architecture and historical meaning modern architectural movements in relation with capitalistic development. However, it has been criticized as architectural pessimism which does not allow any possibility for progressive architectural practice. It was also criticized of epistemological problem of how one could be outside ideology without assuming true consciousness against false consciousness of ideology. Tafuri solves this problem by assuming Althusserian activist concept of knowledge and suggest the concept of labor of writing history of critical historians, instead of a design for utopian society, as a possible critical architectural practice. However, I argue that ultimately ideological criticism does not deny architectural practice itself, nor researches on formal characteristics of architecture. The problem lies rather in the architectural Intellectuals' attachment to the traditional concept of architect as a form giver to the society. By rejecting this myth and broadening the concept of architectural practice from design to production, we can find that Ideological problem is not architectural pessimism, but rather it opens up a new way of approaching to the problem of architectural practice in modern capitalist society.
