Purpose: This study verifies the meaning on application experiences of learning portfolio in nursing students. Method: Participants of this study included 22 nursing students divided into 3 focus groups who had experienced on application of Learning Portfolio in university Y and university S in Kyungpook and Daegu, respectively. Data were collected from December 2013 to January 2014 through in-depth, recorded focus group interviews and subsequently analyzed via Colaizzi's (1978) phenomenological methodology. Results: The essential theme of this study is 'Finding a vision from confusion and suffering.' From 35 significant statements, 5 theme clusters, 16 themes and 32 sub themes were extracted from the essential meaning of the practical use of nursing student experiences. The five theme clusters were: Being a learning guide, Being a medium for communication, Providing an opportunity for inner growth, Difficulties about new learning, and Would like to no more in a better way. Conclusion: The results of this study contribute to providing direction to the formation of learning portfolios, which in turn enable nursing student to develop competency in self-directed learning. These findings indicate that an outcome-based nursing curriculum needs to consider the importance for nursing student's effective application of leaning portfolio.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore emotional labor experienced by nurses in ambulatory care setting. Method: The phenomenological method developed by Giorgi was used for this study. The participants were 9 nurses who had experienced emotional labor. Data were collected between May and August 2010 by face-to-face interviews. The interview was recorded and then transcribed. Results: The constituents associated with the meaning of the nurses' experiences of emotional labor in ambulatory care setting were as followings: bearing down of suffering emotions coming up from the bottom, feeling loneliness when having to undertake care alone by oneself, having conflict between nursing professional and services, managing mind by means of both internal and external resources, getting ridding oneself of conflict with forced emotions over time. Conclusions: The results of this study should contribute to a deeper understanding of the meaning of emotional labor experienced by nurses in ambulatory care. The results also highlight the need to develop programs for nurses in ambulatory care setting to help them express their real action.

This study is to suggest the legal issues and some question to solve on the approved books in fisheries and marine sciences education. The results of the study are following. First, It discuss the legal meaning on the approved books. The meaning of the approved books means the curriculum books are subject to an approval by the Minister of Education, Science and Technology in order to use term in case where there exist no government-designated books and authorized, or where it is difficult to use term or it is necessary to supplement them. Second It deals with the legal issues on the approved books in fisheries and marine science education. The main issue is in harmony with the regimentation and self-regulation of education. This matter is the legal problems on the power for the standards of the textbooks approval and the rights for the organization of the textbooks. Third, It treats the problems of the approved books in fisheries and marine sciences education. The problems is system of statute and concept of approved books, the rights of nation and local government, standards of approved books, and writing and practical use of approved books. I generalize legal issues on the approved books in fisheries and marine sciences education. Hence, it is necessary to deeply study each subject in the legal aspect of the approved books in fisheries and marine sciences education.

There are three categories of arbitration - domestic arbitration, foreign-related arbitration and foreign arbitration. Although the meaning of foreign arbitration and International Commercial Arbitration is different, they are used to mean the same in practice. In fact, there is significant controversy about the meaning of non-domestic arbitration because it is too difficult to distinguish between non-domestic arbitration and domestic arbitration. In the Chinese arbitration system, there are two main laws,Chinese Arbitration Law and Chinese Civil Procedure Law. Chinese Arbitration Law regulates the internal matters, while Chinese Civil Procedure Law regulates the external legal regulations. After the 2012 revised Chinese Civil Procedure Law, a number of laws and regulations have been revised, and almost every Arbitrations Rules have been revised, and will be in effect in 2015. Depending on the nationality of arbitration, the applicable laws will be different. The nationality of arbitration is so important that this paper will pay more attention to it. Although the case in China has no precedent effect, it is so important to the parties that this paper will address it. This paper will analyze the process and the cases of the recognition and enforcement of the award system in China.

Reselling, an activity of purchasing high-scarcity products and selling them back at high prices, has gained popularity among those in their 20s and 30s in recent years. This study examines the resell activity process of the MZ generation using the online second-hand platform and its inherent meaning. Interviews with 15 participants in their 20s and 30s showed that respondents have four purchase stages: being influenced by social media, collecting and comparing information using various social media, purchasing efforts, and post-purchase behavior. The research derived three inherent meanings of resell activities: (1) means of self-presentation and differentiation, (2) confirmation of investment skills and aptitude to lead fashion trends, and (3) pleasure of consumption. Respondents indicated meeting self-satisfaction through public selfies on social media. In addition, they emphasized the empirical pleasure during the buying journey by collecting product information, comparing prices, and negotiating with buyers. Our findings confirm the spread of resell activities from minority groups to enthusiastic youth. This study is significant for focusing on fashion products that attract attention in the resell market and examining the respondents' consumption experiences from various perspectives.

The wealth of Korean disability people's paradigm has developed by the meaning of whole rehabilitation of the small society for acception and protection. Today, that meaning has been changed to make and choose disability people's future plans by themselves. The CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING in Korea has been accepted through the American and Japanese's activity systems with no objection. Following result of the real reserching, because the CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING in Korea have no legal basement, so there are little support for these centers and no proper rules and check systems. Therefore, we have to make the legal basement of CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING and separate by each parts of system and to specialize about them. That means, each parts of system have to mark role mode for doing well, and each systems have to develop new programs and services, and to specialize for in Korea. To add, we should have more small CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING in each area, and the CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING which are already started should make network system to contact with other centers in society for giving support of proper information.

In the digital age, as it is ambiguous to distinguish between the original and a replica, the order of reproduction which is more realistic than the reality is becoming a new cultural order. Before the period when digital paradigm dominates, always the reality has been an object to be copied. But, today is an age of Simulacre where code of digital technology dominates. Such a phenomenon is shown in the construction space without exception Gilles Deleuze who was a representative philosopher of the post-structuralism depicted the concept of Simulacre as an instant 'event' passing by without change in an object or substance. As the result of analyzing what kinds of feature for the concept of event is expressed in the digital space, a diagram itself could be a design process, the digital space with correlation was able to be created through the change in the meaning according to the changing image and my body which was the leading part to form primary space. In such a meaning, this study pays attention to Deleuze's 'Event(Simulacre)' concept. At this transitional period when a new concept of digital space is about to take root, the modern philosophers' theories and the discussions about spatial relativity should be continually studied, along with the development of spacial theories for the modem construction.

The semiotics philosopher Roland Barthes declared 'the death of the author'. This means a sense of skepticism about author-centered writing in literature, and that readers and critics must also change their reading attitudes. In architecture, too, author-centered design appears. Architects sometimes try to express their will and concepts strongly through their work. However, this architecture is oriented toward identity, self-revealing, self-centered, and eventually without inspiration. On the other hand, the signifier does not result in a single meaning, and it is architecture as text that allows readers to enjoy the pleasure of deciphering. The purpose of this study is to investigate that unilateral by the will of the architect. Or whether there is a potential for non-intelligence and the possibility of generating meaning. In particular, we will analyze the works of Rem Koolhaas, SANAA and Sou Fujimoto to see if they are free from the will of the architect and can obtain the user's true freedom. As a result, we want to reveal the potential of various interpretations by users in contemporary architecture.

The purpose of this paper is to research Korean boundary tone of sentence type and perceptive speaker's attitude according to speech rate - three type. In view of the preceding study, Korean intonation's meaning is determined by boundary tone. Also, in my experimental results, Korean boundary tone of sentence type has preferential tone. However, Korean boundary tone of sentence type is not influential according to speech rate. The speech rate's change of three pattern is influential in auditor's perceptual response. The relationship between the pitch contour of boundary tone and speech rate is not significant.

It is important factor; understand definition and concept, grasp application method and property about transparency for expression of skin in design of retail space. This research do target; clarify the feature of transparency for expression of skin in modern retail space, and it is based in these viewpoint that analyze the feature through an experiment of image estimation(SD method) into object to modern retail space that express transparency of skin.
