The space is generally the discontinuation space without being understood agreed by some people. In this time, expressing transparency has various significances in furniture design because modern people want transparence and space due to the complication, numerous unreasonable facts and the lack of honesty in the society. Philip Johnson's Glass House in 1946 influenced architecture, interior, furniture and life article to use transparent materials and space that is being until currently development. The transparency which comes to be preferred clearly means to develop the society continuously. It can be more liberal, honest, and transparent society. The trend appeared in furniture design has meaning as the representative product. This research has perceptional transparency(visible transparency), abstract transparency through space(phenomenal transparency), overlap of surface element, display of line element, image using dot, and changing the image of various spaces.

Because effect about environmental effect that get to human visually is absolute, ability that mural of subway interior considers relation with space is required. Contemporary design environment is formed with image-centered trend based on pluralism. In this point of view, enterprises' building lobbies are public places containing the equivocal meaning, actively utilizing light as a design element to express the image of enterprises' identifications. Light is an immaterial entity having unlimited possibilities and potentials on space. It also acts as media to activate spaces and create new images in connection with formative elements of space. This study is to figure out how lightings are expressed and affected the formative characteristics of office lobby spaces and activate the specific characteristics of spaces. As a result, we drew conclusions as follows. First, as state-of-the-art technology and media are introduced, light is expressed on spaces as floating, direction, rhythm, silhouette, metaphor and allusion, sense of depth and volume. Second, expressive aspects of light in lobby space are embodiment of light, substantiation of immateriality, standing of materiality from the perspective of spatial aesthetics, and distortion/transformation of shape, pluralism phenomena of space from the perspective of spatial structure. In this way, light on building lobbies which are greatly required design differentiation strategy, specializes space and also integrates all the designs as not only a functional element but also a mental, psychological, formative element. Consequently, light on lobby spaces induces communication between spaces and users, makes formative value of existence in itself, and presents the characteristics of differentiated enterprises' identities.

Finite element model updating is an inverse problem to identify and correct uncertain modeling parameters that leads to better predictions of the dynamic behavior of a target structure. Unlike other inverse problems, the restrictions on selecting parameters all: very high since the updated model should maintains its physical meaning. That is, only the regions with modeling errors should be parameterized. And the variations of the parameters should be kept small while the updated results give acceptable correlations with experimental data. To avoid an ill-conditioned numerical problem, the number of parameters should be kept as small as possible. Thus it is very difficult to select an adequate set of updating parameters which meet all these requirements. In this paper, the importance of updating parameter selection is illustrated through a case study, and an automated procedure to guide the parameter selection is suggested based on simple observations. The effectiveness of the suggested procedure is tested with two example problems, ones is a simulated case study and the other is a real engineering structure.

This study was carried out to find the general representation methods of wall with respaect to the Korean treaditional atmosphere based on case studies, 16 case studies were classified into two categores : traditional walls and designed walls expressing the treaditional atmosphere. And the representation methods of walls were viewed by two sides : the type of message and the role of sign. The results were summarized as follows ; ■ To reproduce the traditional walls is possible, in this case the role of sign is icon. ■ To reproduce or represint the visual element of the traditional walls will be also possible, in this case the role of sign is index. It is recommended to use 3 types of message in representing methods of walls expressing the Korean traditional atmosphere. ■ Shape ; Approach to shape is more effective than maerial or figure. It is possible to represent the shape element of the traditional walls. Specially, it will be effective to utilize the capital of traitional walls as shape element. ■ Material ; Conventional materials with less artificial processing used at traditional walls will be better suited. ■ Figure ; To utilize the traditional figures is possible. Specially, it will be effective to utilize the traditional figures as design approach with respaect to the sense of place. Futher research is required to find out the relationship between the meaning and the design mechanics.

The dome structure has been treated in two layers among the techniques that have formed the space in Baroque architecture and the light used to be manipulated to create the openness of space and the fantasy of atmosphere. Such an expression technique has influenced on the expression of space in the architecture of New York Five in the 1960s to 1970s and the concept of multiple space embellished with various layers has appeared in the architectural concept of New York Five; meanwhile, the common meaning with the technique of double layers and the ways of phenomenal expressions that have recognized the existence of space in the Baroque period has been achieved through the light, immaterial organism. It means that the existing concept of light limited simply to the plane elements of brightness and darkness has been treated as a formative element that has defined and adjusted the visual expansion and reduction of the space Itself and special existence and has been used as an element of the media of spatial structure. In addition, these elements have been treated as another solution for the emotional aspects of space. Therefore, this study compares the plastic and formative meaning of the Baroque architecture with that of New York Five in terms of the relation between space and light and examines them; in doing so, it will give a clue to understand various and new space expression techniques to many architects and space designers who have led modern architecture.

최근 한국의 전통조형에 관련되는 연구가 활발하게 이뤄지고 있다. 그러나 그간 이뤄졌던 선행연구의 대부분이 극히 개인적이고 부분적이며 산발적으로 이뤄졌기에, 그 내용이 단편적이고, 체계화되지 못한 경향이 있다. 따라서 이러한 선행연구들을 체계적 틀로 종합하여 객관적으로 정리할 필요가 있다. 대체적으로 인간의 모든 행위(조형행위 또한)는 목표와 절차와 수단을 갖고 있다. 즉 인간은 어떤 사상을 구현하기 위해서는 세 가지 요소가 필요한데, 이 세 가지 요소는 내용적, 형식적, 그리고 실질적 요소로 구분하는 것이 보편화되어 있다. 내용적 요소는 사상의 가치, 관념, 의미, 그리고 목적으로서 이루고자 하는 목표이며, 형식적 요소는 목표를 이루기 위해 그 사상의 단위들을 구성하는 방법, 원리, 규범, 절차, 형태 그리고 양식이며, 실질적 요소는 형식을 통하여 내용을 구체화시킬 수 있는 구체적인 수단, 도구, 매체, 재료 그리고 기술 등을 가리킨다. 이 세 가지는 상호연관 되어 있어 이중 한 가지라도 결여되면 완벽한 구현을 이룰 수 없다. 인간이 표현코자 하는 사상과 의미는 거의 언어로 이뤄지고 있다. 문장의 주성분에는 주어(생략가능), 목적어(목적), 서술어(방법), 보어(수단)가 있으며, 그것의 구성요소를 층위별로 규칙을 갖고 체계화시켜놓은 것이 문장이므로 위의 내용들을 언어와 비교 연구하여 디자인(조형)과의 상관관계를 살펴 전통조형의 체계에 관련된 분석의 틀을 만들었다. 또한 위의 방법으로 분석ㆍ정리된 결과를 갖고 전통 조형정신을 시대에 적합하게 실현하기 위한 방안을, 단계별로 정리하였다. 터미널에 상호 호환적 형태로 소비될 수 있는 터미널 구조 및 구현, 그리고 실험 결과를 처음으로 제시 하였다는데 의미가 있다고 할 수 있겠다.있을 것이다. for business transactions, which is composed by ′Classify Phase′ that classify transactions. This study aims to rediscover the meaning and value of Soswaewon construction represented in Kim In-Hu's 48 poems on the basis of the concept and idea of soundscape. It classified the landscape resources through the various emotional elements such as the sense of sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste, and warmth described in the 48 poems of Soswaewon, and also interpreted the meaning and value of Soswaewon construction. Appreciating various sounds of Soswaewon, Kim In-Hu understood a sound as an important element of the landscape. Also, he abundantly wrote down the interesting changes of Soswaewon which vary depending on time or seasons. The 48 poems contain the scent and feel of Soswaewon as well as the soundscapes which can be heard with ears. A variety of sounds heard in Soswaewon are the whole senses which are combined with the chill of Soswaewon, the fragrance of trees and the mystery of the mountain, etc, and they mean the wider world much more than the value of physical sounds. Soundscapes of Soswaewon are becoming an emotional space which intactly conveys not only the musical inspiration but also the scent of life to us.

With the repast tool development and evolution or it undergoes the process of change and comparison analyzes becomes the all chopsticks and the cutlery with each other and the understanding for the culture collision and a culture harmony of the heterogeneous element which bisection is objective of research.

This study investigated the effects of TBL nursing education(for the care of congestive heart failure patients) on self identity and self efficacy among nursing students. A one-group, pre-post design was utilized with 28 nursing students as the participants. The scenario of TBL nursing education was created based on PBL, and consisted of four states(1) Present a problem, (2) Problem Follow-Up Steps,(3) Present the results including presentation, and(4) Problem Conclusion and after resolution. And then In-depth interviews were conducted with volunteers on program experiences. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients and paired t-tests and Giorgi phenomenology analysis method was performed. The TBL program was effective in self - efficacy and self - identity (p<0.01) increased significantly after the education intervention and The meaning of the TBL experience is four (meaning that the learners embarrassed TBL, aggressive learning attitude change, effective collaboration for problem solving in a free learning environment, university classes imagined in high school), and 67 sub-components appeared as an element. The TBL program is an effective teaching method for nursing education and it can be used as basic data for the development of nursing education based on this research.
