고체 윤활제를 사용한 마그네슘 합금 AZ31 판재 온간 디프 드로잉의 성형성 평가 (Evaluation of Warm Deep Drawability of Magnesium Alloy AZ31 Sheet Using Solid-Type Lubricants)

  • While the die casting has been mainly used to manufacture the magnesium alloy parts, the press forming is considered as an alternative to the die casting for saving the manufacturing cost and improving the structural strength of the magnesium alloy parts. Because the magnesium alloy has low formability at room temperature, forming at elevated temperatures is a necessary condition to obtain the required material flow for press forming. However, the elevated temperature forming does not always guarantee the sufficient formability under the dry friction condition because the surface damage such as scratch or wear may accelerate the material failure. In the present study, the solid-type lubricants such as PTFE, graphite and $MoS_2$ were tested for the square cup warm deep drawing using the magnesium alloy AZ31 sheet. The formability improvement by using the lubricant was examined by comparing the maximum deep drawing depth using the PTFE against no lubricant. The formability difference for the different lubricant was also examined based on the maximum deep drawing depth.

산겨릅나무 간 보호 화합물 salidroside의 추출조건 최적화 (Optimization of Extraction Conditions of Salidroside, Hepatoprotective Compound from Acer Tegmentosum)

  • Salidroside is a major phenolic glycoside of Acer tegmentosum (Aceraceae) and known to be a hepatoprotective compound. Extraction conditions are one of the most important factors to save time and cost from an economic point of view. For this reason, this study was conducted to optimize the extraction condition for maximum yield of salidroside. For optimization, three extraction factors such as ethanol concentration (%), extraction temperature (℃), and solvent to material ratio (mg/mL) were tested and optimized for maximum yield of salidroside using response surface methodology (RSM). The optimal condition was obtained as an ethanol concentration of 53.4%, an extraction temperature at 67.11℃ and a solvent to material ratio (mg/mL), 195.55 mg/ml. The salidroside yield under optimal conditions was found to be 1.59 mg/g dried samples, which were well-matched with the predicted value of 1.56 mg/g dried samples. These results will provide useful information about optimized extraction conditions for the development of salidroside as hepatoprotective therapeutics.

자이로스코프에서 토커의 설계 및 해석 (The Design Method of the Torquer in DTG)

  • 자이로스코프에서 기울어진 회전자를 바로 세우는 역할을 하는 것이 토커이다. 본 연 구에서는 최대입력각속도 조건을 만족하면서 주어진 자석성능으로 최대의 특성을 낼 수 있는 설계에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 자이로스코프의 기계적 치수가 결정되면 토커의 치수는 제한된다. 즉 코일이 위치하는 공간이 제한되므로 코일의 굵기가 결정되면 권선수도 정해지게 된다. 이 치수들을 이용하여 토커의 환산계수를 계산한 후, 코 일에 흐를 수 있는 최대 전류를 계산하면, 최대 입력각속도가 계산되어진다. 토커의 특성해석은 3차원 유한요소법을 이용하였으며, 유한요소 해석 결과로부터 토커의 환산 계수를 계산하였다. 실제 제작한 자이로의 성능실험을 통하여 제안된 토커 설계 알고리즘의 유용함을 입증한다.

유체 구조 연성 해석기법을 이용한 고속발사체에 미치는 공력의 수치해석적 연구 (The Study of Aerodynamic about High-speed projectiles using Fluid Structure Interaction analysis)

  • This paper is focusing on the define the safety of high speed projectiles from aerodynamic load. The Fin loaded from aerodynamic is the roll of high speed projectile's gide. The Fin can rotate about 25deg as maximum, and it has maximum aerodynamic load with 25deg position. For finite element analysis from aerodynamic load, fluid analysis will be conducted before structure analysis and export pressure data. The pressure data will be used as load condition at structure analysis of Fin. The result of structure analysis of Fin, there is some stress concentration and stress closed with yield stress of material. But this problem will be solved with change to another material.

충돌해석을 이용한 전기자동차 복합소재 프레임 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Composite Materials Frame of Electric Vehicles using Impact Analysis)

  • In this study, we designed car frames for collision analysis using carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) as the lighter composite material. The impact conditions were 100 percent frontal impact, 40 percent frontal impact, and 90 degrees side impact. The impact analysis measured the maximum stress at velocities of 20km/h and 40km/h for each condition and evaluated the vulnerable points in the car frame. Additional supports have been designed both to improve the weak points in existing vehicle frames, and to be taken into account when new parts are assembled. Our impact analysis compared the results of maximum stress on the car frame with and without the support.

Models and Experiments for the Main Topologies of MRC-WPT Systems

  • Models and experiments for magnetic resonance coupling wireless power transmission (MRC-WPT) topologies such as the chain topology and branch topology are studied in this paper. Coupling mode theory based energy resonance models are built for the two topologies. Complete energy resonance models including input items, loss coefficients, and coupling coefficients are built for the two topologies. The storage and the oscillation model of the resonant energy are built in the time domain. The effect of the excitation item, loss item, and coupling coefficients on MRC systems are provided in detail. By solving the energy oscillation time domain model, distance enhancing models are established for the chain topology, and energy relocating models are established for the branch topology. Under the assumption that there are no couplings between every other coil or between loads, the maximum transmission capacity conditions are found for the chain topology, and energy distribution models are established for the branch topology. A MRC-WPT experiment was carried out for the verification of the above model. The maximum transmission distance enhancement condition for the chain topology, and the energy allocation model for the branch topology were verified by experiments.

경량 차체용 고장력 강판의 Spot 용접과 피로설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spot Welding and Fatigue Design of High Strength Steel Sheets for Light Weight Vehicle Body)

  • The recent tendency in the automobile industries is toward light weighting vehicle body to improve the problems by environmental pollution as well as improving fuel cost. The effective way to reduce the weight of vehicle body seems to be application of new materials for body structure and such trend is remarkable. Among the various materials for vehicle body, stainless steel sheet (for example, 301L and 304L), TRIP steel and cold rolled steel sheets are under the interests. However, in order to guarantee reliability of new material and to establish the long life design criteria of body structure, it is important and require condition to assess spot weldability of them and fatigue strength of spot welded lap joints which were fabricated under optimized spot welding condition. And, recently, a new issue in the design of the spot welded structure is to predict economically fatigue design criterion without additional fatigue tests. In general, for fatigue design of the spot-welded thin sheet structure, additional fatigue tests according to the welding condition, material, joint type, and fatigue loading condition are generally required. This indicates that much cost and time for it should be consumed. Therefore, in this paper, the maximum stresses at nugget edge of spot weld were calculated through nonlinear finite element analysis first. And next, obtained the ${\Delta}P-N_{f}$ relation through the actual fatigue tests on spot welded lap joints of similar and dissimilar high strength steel sheets. And then, the ${\Delta}P-N_{f}$ relation was rearranged in the ${\Delta}{\sigma}-N_{f}$ relation. From this ${\Delta}{\sigma}-N_{f}$ relation, developed the fatigue design technology for spot welded lap joints of them welded using the optimized welding conditions.

비정상열유속 기법을 이용한 표면 열유속 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Surface Heat Flux Using the Transient Heat Flux Method)

  • The quick variation of the canister wall temperature causes the modification of the shape of canister wall. This paper is the possibility of adoption and the error analysis about the transient heat flux method. The commercial code(Fluent Ver6.2.16) was employed for the calculation of surface temperature in the case of steady and unsteady heat flux condition. Based the surface temperature variation and surface material property, transient heat flux method can calculate the surface heat flux. In the case of steady heat flux condition, the error is about 2%, and in the case of unsteady heat flux condition, the error is about 3.6%. With the unsteady heat flux condition, the time which reach the maximum surface heat flux is almost same between the numerical analysis and transient heat flux method.

전자빔 증착법으로 제작한 Cu 박막의 부착력과 저항율 특성 (The Resistivity Properties and Adhesive Strength of Cu Thin firms Fabricated by EBE Method)

  • Cu thin films of $6000{\AA}$ thickness were deposited by Electron Beam Evaporation(EBE) method on the glass. The resistivity properties and adhesion of Cu thin films were investigated by various annealing and substrate temperature. Cu thin films were annealed in the air and vacuum condition for 10 min after the deposition. The resistivity and adhesion(the force required to separate films from substrates) was measured by 4-point probe and scratch testing. The resistivity of non-annealing Cu thin films was distinguished more substrate temperature loot than substrate temperature R.T, $200^{\circ}C$. In the case of air condition annealing, as heating temperature was increased, the resistivity was decreased. In the case of vacuum condition annealing, the resistivity was increased at heating temperature $200^{\circ}C$. The best resistivity($1.72\;{\mu}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$) of Cu thin films was obtained by the air condition heating temperature $200^{\circ}C$ at the substrate heating temperature $100^{\circ}C$. As a result of scratch testing, adhesion was increased by annealing. And maximum adhesion had 600 gf.

평면구조 P-MOS DRAM 셀의 커패시터 VT 이온주입의 최적화 (Optimization of Capacitor Threshold VT Implantation for Planar P-MOS DRAM Cell)

  • We investigated an optimized condition of the capacitor threshold voltage implantation(capacitor $V_T$ Implant) in planar P-MOS DRAM Cell. Several samples with different condition of the capacitor $V_T$ Implant were prepared. It appeared that for the capacitor $V_T$ Implant of $BF_2\;2.0{\times}l0^{13}\;cm^{-2}$ 15 KeV, refresh time is three times larger than that of the sample, in which capacitor $V_T$ Implant is in $BF_2\;1.0{\times}l0^{13}\;cm^{-2}$ 15 KeV. Raphael simulation revealed that the lowed maximum electric field and lowed minimum depletion capacitance ($C_{MIN}$) under the capacitor resulted in well refresh characteristics.
