Development of the big data industry, the cases of providing data utilization services on digital platforms are increasing. In this regard, research in data-related fields is being conducted to apply the FAIR principle that can be applied to the assessment of (meta)data quality, service, and function to data quality evaluation. Especially, the European Open Data Portal applies an assessment model based on FAIR principles. Based on this, a data maturity assessment is conducted and the results are disclosed in reports every year. However, public data portals do not conduct data maturity evaluations based on metadata. In this paper, we propose and evaluate a new model for data maturity evaluation on a big data platform built for multiple domestic public data portals and data transactions, FAIR principles used for data maturity evaluation in Europe's open data portals. The proposed maturity evaluation model is a model that evaluates the quality of public data portal datasets.

The maturity method is used to estimate the effects of time and temperature on the strength development of concrete. The purpose of this paper is to show how variable curing temperatures affect strength development for both normal and high-strength concrete using the maturity concept. The experimental results for normal-strength concrete show clearly the cross-over effect of strength development as the time of the peak temperature varied. However, this cross-over effect does not exist after the actual ages are converted to the temperature dependent equivalent age. In other words, the existing maturity method does not include the effect of varying the time to peak temperatures but instead includes the effect of the magnitude of peak temperatures. For high-strength concrete, the results were inconclusive. This fact for normal-strength concrete coincides with the ASTM stated limitation that the existing maturity method doesn't take into account the effect of early age temperature on long-term ultimate strength. The results of this 3-year study are used as a basis for an improved concrete maturity function.

The purpose of this study is to propose a simple model to evaluate the compressive strength development of concrete with various supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) and cured under different temperatures. For the generalization of the model, the ACI 209 parabola equation was modified based on the maturity function and then experimental constants A and B and 28-day compressive strength were determined from the regression analysis using a total of 265 data-sets compiled from the available literature. To verify the proposed model, concrete specimens classified into 3 Groups were prepared according to the SCM level as a partial replacement of cement and curing temperature. The analysis of existing data clearly revealed that the 28-day compressive strength decreases when the curing temperature is higher and/or lower than the reference curing temperature ($20^{\circ}C$). Furthermore, test results showed that the compressive strength development of concrete cured under $20^{\circ}C$ until an early age of 3 days was marginally affected by the curing temperature afterward. The proposed model accurately predicts the compressive strength development of concrete tested, indicating that the mean and standard deviation of the ratios between predictions and experiments are 1.00 and 0.08, respectively.
Investigations were made on population biology of Pampus echinogaster (Basilewsky, 1855) in the coastal areas of Korea, Yellow Sea, between August 2005 and July 2006. Population structure was not significantly different between male and females. Monthly variation of gonadosomatic index (GSI) of both sexes defined spawning period extending from March through July. A similar pattern was also observed in change at maturity stages. For males and females GSI was positively correlated with hepatosomatic index (HSI). Fecundity, ranging from 41,250 to 103,610 eggs, was related to body size, indicating that body size is the useful determinant of fecundity. The sexual maturity ($L_{50}$) was estimated as 14.98 cm TL for males and 19.32 cm TL for females. Parameters of growth estimated by the modified von Bertalanffy growth function model showed that the values of $L_{\infty}$ and K for combined data were 39.12 cm TL and 0.65 $yr^{-1}$. The growth performance index of this study (2.75) was higher than that of the previous study (2.45). This difference could be attributed to sampling method. The recruitment patterns indicated one normally distributed group. Percentage of the recruitment was 51.04% in the spawning season and the highest in August (19.78%).
The lunar surface progressively darkens and reddens as a result of sputtering from solar wind particles and bombardment of micrometeoroids. The extent of exposure to these space weathering agents is frequently calculated as the location in a diagram of reflectance at 750 nm vs. 950 nm/750 nm color (R-C). Sim & Kim (2018) examined the R-C trends of pixels within ~3,500 craters, and revealed that the length (L) and skewness (s) of R-C trends can be employed as a secondary age or maturity indicator. We broaden this research to general lunar surface areas (3,400 tiles of 0.25° × 0.25° size) in 218 mare basalt units, whose ages have been derived from the size-frequency distribution analysis by Hiesinger et al. (2011). We discover that L and s rise with age until ~3.2 Gyr and reduce rather rapidly afterward, while the optical maturity, OMAT, reduces monotonically with time. We show that in some situations, when not only OMAT but also L and s are incorporated in the estimation utilizing 750 & 950 nm photometry, the age estimation becomes considerably more reliable. We also observed that OMAT and the lunar cratering chronology function (cumulative number of craters larger than a certain diameter as a function of time) have a relatively linear relationship.

This study describes the growth of broiler chickens to the two forms of Gompertz function for application in broiler production models. The first form is based on the estimated mature weight ($W_A$), while the second is based on the estimated hatch weight ($W_O$). Both equations gave identical estimation because they are mathematically identical. To fit the growth curve of commercial broilers that marketed at 35-42 days, it is unnecessary to keep broilers to near maturity (> day 140) to obtain growth data for deriving the Gompertz function. This date does not improve the curve fitting of the early growing period. Additionally, a high mortality and health problem occurred to this type of chicken after day 105.

SEI(Software Engineering Institute)의 CMM(Capability Maturity Model)은 소프트웨어 개발 공정 및 조직의 성숙도를 5개의 계층적인 단계로 분류, 평가하며, 성숙도 측정의 기준으로 계량적인 메저먼트를 각 단계별로 제시하고 있다.
Sexual maturity in poultry is controlled by a complex neural circuit located in the basal forebrain, which integrates the central and peripheral signals to activate hypothalamic gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) secretion. This study demonstrated the changes of GnRH-I, POMC and NPY mRNA transcription in hypothalamus and IGF-I and leptin levels in serum of Shaoxing ducks during puberty. Body weight increased progressively from d30 to d120 and at d120 the flock reached 5% of laying rate. A significant upregulation of hypothalamic GnRH-I mRNA expression was observed from d60, reaching the peak at d120. POMC and NPY mRNA expression in hypothalamus showed a similar pattern, which increased from d30 to d60, followed by a significant decrease towards sexual maturity. Serum IGF-I levels exhibited two peaks at d30 and d120, respectively. Serum leptin displayed a single peak at d90. The results indicate that the down-regulation of POMC and NPY genes in hypothalamus coincides with the up-regulation of GnRH-I gene to initiate sexual maturation in ducks. In addition, peripheral IGF-I and leptin may relay the peripheral metabolic status to the central system and contribute to the initiation of the reproductive function in ducks.

The construction sector is under growing pressure to increase productivity and improve quality, most notably in reports. A major problem for constriction companies is the lack of project assessing model for project management. One method of solving the problem is through the systematic management of construction processes. A development of model for assessing PMIS practice is attempting to develop a stepwise process assessment framework for the construction industry using Capability Maturity Model. This paper have provided further insights into the understanding of the framework, as well as its value for construction sector.
