Recently, increasing attention has been paid to building the software quality and software productivity due to ongoing software crisis. To overcome such problem, one of the many alternatives is to use the capability maturity model (CMM) suggested by the Software Engineering Institute(SEI), focusing on the improvement of software progress. This research is proposed the theoretical framework for CMM based on the previous studies, and review the status of software process on the software development organization. We then examine the impact of the software process capability on the organizational performance including financial measures and non-financial measures. Hypotheses on software process capability were tested 144 organizational units. The 62.5% of foreign companies are distribute to the second and third level, the Korean firms in this study are indicated the first level. Result indicate that maturity of software process may be served the key predictor of organizational performance, in particular the positive relationship between the software process and non-financial performance index such as customer service, IT Infrastructure, marketing, supplier and purchaser, production and operation.

The purpose of this study was to identify a causal relationship in the career preparation behavior, parental social support, career decision making self-efficacy and the career maturity of the pre-service elementary school teachers. A total of 374 questionnaires were used for data analysis, excluding the 23 copies deemed insincere in response. To ensure the reliability and validity of the questions, technical statistics of the frequency, ratio, average, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis via PASW 18.0, item-total correlation, the totality, and the reliability analysis. The structural analysis via AMOS 7.0 in the bootstrapping method was undertaken to perform the path analysis among the variables and to assess the suitability of the model. The findings of the study led to the following conclusions: First, the causal model for the career preparation behavior, parental social support, career decision making self-efficacy, and the career maturity of the pre-service elementary school teachers is suitable to empirical analysis on research variables. Second, the career decision making self-efficacy of pre-service elementary teachers has direct effect on career preparation behavior positively. Third, parental social support of the pre-service elementary teachers has indirect effects on the career preparation behavior positively.

There is a growing interest in project management knowledge, project management information systems, and process improvement to systematically project execution in public sectors, achieve high performance and value, and increase the effectiveness of the overall industry. In particular, the software industry is a knowledge-intensive industry centered on professional manpower. This study examines the effect of the project managers' competences of regional SW promotion agencies on and project performance and the moderating effect of the level of project management maturity. We collected data using a questionnaire to the project managers of regional SW promotion agencies. In this study, a structural equation model was used to analyze the relationship between project managers' competences and performance. In addition, a multi-group structural equation model was used to analyze the moderating effect according to the high and low project maturity. As a result of the analysis, it was found that only contextual competence among the competences of the project manager had a positive effect on project performance. It was found that technical and behavioral competence did not have a positive effect on management and completion performance. It was found that the moderating effect according to the maturity of business management of local institutions was not significant.

In this study, we aimed to apply multispectral imaging (713 - 920 nm, 10 bands) for maturity classification and recognition of oriental melons grown in hydroponic greenhouses. A total of 20 oriental melons were selected, and time series multispectral imaging of oriental melons was 7 - 9 times for each sample from April 21, 2023, to May 12, 2023. We used several approaches, such as Savitzky-Golay (SG), standard normal variate (SNV), and Combination of SG and SNV (SG + SNV), for pre-processing the multispectral data. As a result, 713 - 759 nm bands were preprocessed with SG for the maturity classification of oriental melons. Additionally, a Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LightGBM) was used to train the recognition model for oriental melon. R² of recognition model were 0.92, 0.91 for the training and validation sets, respectively, and the F-scores were 96.6 and 79.4% for the training and testing sets, respectively. Therefore, multispectral imaging in the range of 713 - 920 nm can be used to classify oriental melons maturity and recognize their fruits.

If predicting of compressive strength of construction in construction field at early age is possibile, rational strength management & schedule plan is possible. With method for predicting strength of concrete, many researchers have been making study of maturity method. On the other hand, nowadays rationalization of construction capacity and reduction of a term of works due to improvement of construction capacity and application of a new method of construction is gathering strength with important issue. In accordance with this present condition, construction is being progressed in winter, but proper construction mothed and countermeasure for strength management is not established in case of winter construction. Therefore to investigate application in construction field at winter of strength prediction model that developed at former study, this study aim to measure application of developed strength prediction model through manufacture of mock-up concrete according to kind of strength level at 5$^{\circ}C$.

This paper shows the result of study on the process improvement/innovation based on CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) for Development V1.2 staged representation in the view of engineering area of software, hardware and system. This paper intend to help rolling stock industry to define & innovate process and finally obtain certificate for achievement of CMMI V1.2 from SEI authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraiser through the introduction experienced by Hyundai Rotem Company(car-builder and supplier of electronic & electrical equipment) such as why CMMI-based process definition & improvement are planned and how each processes of CMMI V1.2 Level 3 have been implementing and how obtaining the certificate of CMMI Maturity Level 3 of CMMI for Development V1.2 staged representation etc. This paper shows the introduction to CMMI V1.2 model, process improvement methodology and CMMI appraisal on the basis of Standard $CMMI^{SM}$ Appraisal Method for Process Improvement($SCAMPI^{SM}$), V1.2. And, this paper shows about what kinds of activities/practices of 18 processes(CMMI Maturity Level 3) is essentially implemented to satisfy their's specific goal and general geal through Hyundai Rotem Company's experiences. This paper shows the advantage and problem by adopting CMMI V1.2 model. Especially, it present the corrective/preventive actions against the identified problem in order to improve processes.

Although the demand for the use of public data increases in accordance with the expansion of Government 3.0, the poor level of data quality and its management currently implemented is becoming obstacles to opening data to the public. To improve the efficiency of management, linkage and usage for data, standardized processes for data quality management have to be prepared and appropriate data quality assessment criteria should be established. In this paper, we propose the organizational maturity model that can assess the public data quality management level. This model consists of the process reference model and the measurement framework. Fifteen processes grouped by the PDCA cycle are defined in the process reference model. The measurement framework measures the organizational maturity level based on process capability levels. The organizational maturity model can be used to establish objectives and directions for public data quality improvement by diagnosis of current level of public data quality management and problem solving. This model can also facilitate open to the private sector and activate usage of stable public data through reliability enhancement.

The aim of this study is to compare the development of compressive strength of high-Flowing concrete with maturity and to investigate the applicability of strength prediction models of concrete. An experiment was attempted on the high-flowing concrete mixes using Ordinary portland cement, High belite cement, Blast furance slage cement and replaced Fly-ash of 30% by weight of Ordinary portland cement, the water-binder ratios of mixes being 0.35 and the curing temperatures being 30, 20, 10, 5$^{\circ}C$. Test results of mixes are statistically analyzed to infer the correlation coefficient between the maturity and the compressive strength of high-flowing concrete.

The study on the strength prediction using Maturity is mainly focused on, but the study on the concrete mixing blast furnace slag powder is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between compressive strength and equivalent age by Maturity function and is to compare and examine the strength prediction of concrete mixing Blast Furnace Slag Power using ACI and Logistic Curve prediction equation. So it is intended that fundamental data are presented for quality management and process management of concrete mixing Blast Furnace Slag Power in the construction field.

Assuming that the Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development v1.2 (CMMI) could be applied to an organization more effectively if the content similarities among practices were improved in terms of structure and composition, this paper presents the analysis of the correlations between the CMMI Specific Practices (SP) and Generic Practices (GP) for the Maturity Level 2 and 3 Process Areas using the Chi-square independence test. According to the analysis, a 22.2% correlation was observed. To minimize the problem of repeatedly applying similarities, 6 GPs that are highly correlated with the SPs were grouped together. Then, three different improvement plans: 1) development of a standard template-based project plan, 2) establishment of a configuration management system based on open source software to control work products and leverage experience, and 3) establishment of project assurance through an independent quality assurance-based organization and intensive review by higher-level management - were defined.
