부품.소재개발사업의 TRL 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on TRL Application to the Materials and Components Development Program)

  • 기술준비수준(TRL)은 미항공우주국(NASA)에서 1995년 처음 제안되었다. TRL의 정의는 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 제품에 적합하도록 변형되어 사용되었다. 많은 국가 연구개발사업은 이와 유사한 평가기준을 가지고 있으나, 전문가의 개인적 역량에 따라 평가결과가 많은 영향을 받게 되며, 상대적으로 개발기술의 성능과 시작품의 신뢰성도 낮은 편이다. 본 연구의 목적은 부품소재사업에 TRL을 적용하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 부품소재사업에 적합한 TRL 개념을 정의하고, 기술 분야별로 세 가지로 나누어 구체적으로 다시 정의해 보았다. 이렇게 정의된 TRL 개념의 적용 가능성을 검토하기 위하여 2007년도 신규 제안서의 TRL을 평가하여 보았다. 이로부터, 부품소재사업 신청 과제들에 대한 TRL특성을 알 수 있었으며, TRL과 같은 객관적인 R&D사업 관리 요소 도입의 필요성을 인식할 수 있었다. 이를 위하여, 향후 기술 분류의 세분화를 통한 구체적인 TRL 판단기준을 개발하는 것이 중요한 요소이다.

  • 본 연구에서는 STEAM 교수-학습 프로그램의 개발에 대한 전반적인 동향 및 수학교과 중심의 STEAM 교수-학습 프로그램의 특성을 살펴보기 위하여 2011년부터 1월부터 2013년 9월까지 개발된 STEAM 교수-학습 프로그램 개발과 관련 논문들을 수집하여 분석하였고, 중학교 2학년 학생들을 대상으로 활용할 수 있는 수학교과 중심의 STEAM 교수-학습 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면, 분석의 대상에 포함된 19편의 수학교과 중심의 STEAM 교수-학습 프로그램 관련 논문에는 '상황제시', '자기 문제화', '새로운 도전', '자기 평가'의 요소가 적절하게 반영되지 않은 프로그램이 다수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 요소에 중점을 두어 중학교 2학년 학생들에게 적용할 수 있는 수학교과 중심의 STEAM 교수-학습 프로그램을 개발하였다.

A Study on the Development of Multi-pilotting-type Progressive Die for U-bending Part Process

  • The multi-piloting type progressive die for U-bending sheet metal production part is a very specific division. This study reveals the sheet metal forming process with multi-forming die by center carrier type feeding system. Through the FEM simulation by DEFORM, it was accepted to u-bending process as the first performance to design of strip process layout. The next process of die development was studied according to sequence of die development, i.e die structure, machining condition for die making, die materials, heat treatment of partially die components, know-how and so on. The feature of this study is the die development of scrapless progressive die of multi-stage through the modeling on the I-DEAS program, components drawing on the Auto-LISP, CAD/CAM application, ordinary machine tool operating and revision by tryout.

  • A multibody system dynamics analysis program is presented using one of the most useful programming methodologies, the object-oriented modeling, The object-oriented modeling defines a problem from the physical world as an abstract object. The object becomes encapsulated with the data and method, Analysis is performed using the object's interface, It is then possible for the user and the developer to modify and upgrade the program without having particular knowledge of the analysis program, The method presented in this paper has several advantages, Since the mechanical components of the multi-body system are converted into the class, the modification, exchange, distribution and reuse of classes are increased. It becomes easier to employ a new analysis method and interface with other S/W and H/W systems, Information can be communicated to each object through messaging. This makes the modeling of new classes easier using the inheritance, When developing a S/W for the computer simulation of a physical system, it is reasonable to use object-oriented modeling.

대변형을 하는 고무 부품의 거동에 관한 해석 (An analysis about the behavior of rubber component with large deformation)

  • The non-linear finite element program of the large deformation analysis by computer simulation has been used in the prediction and evaluation of the behaviors of the non-linear rubber components. The analysis of rubber components requires the tools modelling the special materials that are quite different from those used for the metallic parts. The nonlinear simulation analysis used in this study is expected to be widely applied in the design analysis and the development of several rubber components which are used In the manufacturing process of many industries. By utilizing this method, the time and cost can also be saved in developing the new rubber product. The objective of this study is to analyze the rubber component with the large deformation and non-linear properties.

자동차 신차의 실내에서 발생되는 휘발성유기화합물 분석 연구 (Analytical Studies on Volatile Organic Compounds from New Automotive Interior Parts)

  • 본 연구에서는 자동차 실내에서 발생되는 VOCs 성분 및 농도를 분석하기 위해 승용차와 RV차에 대해서 각각 15일, 30일, 45일, 60일 경과한 차량을 대상으로 시험하였다. 그 결과 TVOC는 승용차와 RV차 모두 기준치보다 2~8배 상회하였으며 승용차보다는 RV차량이 더 많이 검출되었다. 특히 톨루엔의 경우 30일 경과 후부터 급격히 감소되었으며 60일 경과 후에도 기준치보다 높게 검출되었다. 크실렌의 경우 45일 경과 후 기준치 이하로 검출됨을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 볼 때 자동차 내장부품의 무용제화 및 수성화 대체기술 개발이 시급함을 알 수 있었다. 아직 국제표준화 되어 있지 않은 VOCs의 시험방법표준화를 통하여 성분, 농도, 인체유해성을 충분히 분석하여 대체함으로써 친환경 자동차 생산에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Development of a structural integrity evaluation program for elevated temperature service according to ASME code

  • A structural integrity evaluation program (STEP) was developed for the high temperature reactor design evaluation according to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (ASME B&PV), Section III, Rules for Construction of Nuclear Facility Components, Division 5, High Temperature Reactors, Subsection HB. The program computerized HBB-3200 (the design by analysis procedures for primary stress intensities in high temperature services) and Appendix T (HBB-T) (the evaluation procedures for strain, creep and fatigue in high temperature services). For evaluation, the material properties and isochronous curves presented in Section II, Part D and HBB-T were computerized for the candidate materials for high temperature reactors. The program computerized the evaluation procedures and the constants for the weldment. The program can generate stress/temperature time histories of various loads and superimpose them for creep damage evaluation. The program increases the efficiency of high temperature reactor design and eliminates human errors due to hand calculations. Comparisons that verified the evaluation results that used the STEP and the direct calculations that used the Excel confirmed that the STEP can perform complex evaluations in an efficient and reliable way. In particular, fatigue and creep damage assessment results are provided to validate the operating conditions with multiple types of cycles.

제2형 당뇨병 환자를 위한 자동 맞춤형 셀프케어 프로그램 개발 (The Development of Automated Personalized Self-Care (APSC) Program for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus)

  • Purpose: The study aimed to design and develop an automated personalized self-care (APSC) program for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The secondary aim was to present a clinical protocol as a mixed-method research to test the program effects. Methods: The APSC program was developed in the order of analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation according to the software development life cycle, and was guided by the self-regulatory theory. The content validity, heuristics, and usability of the program were verified by experts and patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results: The APSC program was developed based on goal setting, education, monitoring, and feedback components corresponding to the phases of forethought, performance/volitional control, and self-reflection of self-regulatory theory. Using the mobile application, the participants are able to learn from educational materials, monitor their health behaviors, receive weekly-automated personalized goals and feedback messages, and use an automated conversation system to solve the problems related to self-care. The ongoing two-year study utilizes a mixed method design, with 180 patients having type 2 diabetes mellitus randomized to receive either the intervention or usual care. The participants will be reviewed for self-care self-efficacy, health behaviors, and health outcomes at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months. Participants in the intervention group will be interviewed about their experiences. Conclusion: The APSC program can serve as an effective tool for facilitating diabetes health behaviors by improving patients' self-care self-efficacy and self-regulation for self-care. However, the clinical effectiveness of this program requires further investigation.

승용차용 소음기의 성능 해석 소프트웨어 개발 및 향상에 관한 연구 (Development of the Software for Analysis and Improvement of the Performance of a Passanger Car's Muffler)

  • The need of comfortable car and the efforts to overcoming the noise regulations on passenger cars bring about a series of studies on the ruduction of exhaust noises. In this study, acoustic characteristics of various components that compose mufflers of automobiles were analyzed theoretically, and the program which predicts the performance of mufflers was developed by the transfer matrix approach. The simulations were verified by the experiments on a real muffler. By using the developed simulation program, we investigate the effects of each component on the entire muffler system and the energy loss coefficient on absorption materials in the front muffler. Finally, we proposed two designs to improve the performance of a muffler and verified the improved performance by the experiments and simulations.
