  • We studied the characteristics of polishing pad, which can apply W CMP process for global planarization of multilevel interconnection structure. Also we investigated the effects of different sets of polishing pad. The purpose of this experiment is the cost reduction by the increase of pad life time and decrease of cycle time and slurry usage with new pad. Especially we studied the effect of polishing pad for CMP process by this experiment of polishing pad that is consumables material during CMP process. We expecting the increase of process throughput and improvement of device manufacturing yield because we can choose optimum polishing pad through this result.

압전재료를 이용한 Bio MEMS 에너지 획득 (Energy Harvesting for Bio MEMS using Piezoelectric Materials)

  • In this work, a theoretical investigation on the energy harvesting is undertaken using one of potential smart materials; piezoelectric material. The energy equations fur both square and circular types of the piezoelectric material are derived, and the energy generated from two commercially available Products: $PZT (Lead/Zirconium/Titanium: Pb(Zr,\;Ti)O_3)$ and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) are investigated in terms of the thickness and area. In addition, a finite element analysis (FEA) is undertaken to obtain the generated energy due to the uniform pressure applied on the surface of the piezoelectric materials. A comparative work between the theory and the FEA is made followed by the brief discussion on the usage of the harvested energy for Bio MEMS.

업무용 건축물의 기계소방시설 배관 부속자재 요율 제시 (Suggestion of the Attached Piping Material Rate for the Mechanical Fire Protection Facilities in Office Buildings)

  • In generally, the estimation work regarding building mechanical service system in comparison with other architectural estimations is time-consuming, and the process is continuously getting more difficult because of the increased usage of the attached piping materials such as fittings and supports in addition to their complicated construction processes. In order to improve this problem, the Korean authority provides a simple method to estimate the attached material rate regarding the main piping material, which is the most time-consuming work in the architectural mechanical estimation. However, to be an applicable method on construction site, a proper conversion rate of the attached piping material is still required for the proposed method regarding building usage and working types. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the suggestion of the material and labor cost rate of the attached piping materials such as the fittings and supports by work types and fitting methods of indoor fire, sprinkler, and extinguishing gas piping work of mechanical fire protection facilities in office buildings that have been designed after 2010.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to provide grounds for the development of preparation of Korean medicine through investigating the usage of smoking preparation, fumigant and buccal preparations in "Dongeuibogam". Methods : We have researched the usage of related preparations as following procedure : 1. Choosing a related words such as combustion(燒, 燎, 燃) smoking(烟), fumigation(熏, 熏烟, 熏洗), inhalation(聞, 嗅, 齅), holding in mouth(含, 噙). 2. Searching sentences : We have searched sentences containing the related words in "Dongeuibogam", analyzed the selected sentences and made tables of the usage including indication, formula, material. Conclusions : 1. Smoking preparations and Fumigant can be classified into two different groups : 1) internal usage for the treatment of internal diseases such as dizziness, congestion, stroke, cough. 2) external usage for the treatment of wounds, sores, genital diseases, anal disease and for the prevention of diseases. 2. Buccal preparation is mainly used for the treatment of mouth, tongue, throat and lung diseases. 3. These preparations have been used not only for external diseases but internal diseases. 4. Each preparation has chief herbs for its peculiar properties of treatment.

대체자료 선정을 위한 이용자 참여형 도서 추천 큐레이션 플랫폼 설계 (Design of the Curation Platform for User-participated Book Recommendation System of Selecting on Alternative Material for the Disabled)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 이용자 선호도 및 관심분야 정보 수집을 위한 웹 기반의 프로파일링 모델을 활용하여 이용자 선호도 기반의 대체자료 추천 시스템의 개발과 정보 추천 모델의 핵심이 되는 도서자동분류엔진을 설계하고 시범 구축하는 것이다. 이용자 선호도 기반의 대체자료 선정 방법론을 개발하기 위해 국가대체자료공유시스템인 DREAM의 이용자 대체자료 이용 내역을 분석하여 KDC의 10개 주제 분야별 대체자료에 대한 이용자 선호도를 조사하였다. 이용 내역 데이터의 표제 정보를 분석하여 주제 분야별로 그리고 조사대상 기간별로 관심 키워드를 도출하였으며, 도출된 키워드를 주제 분야별로 순위화하였다. 주제별과 기간별로 순위화된 키워드는 이용자 선호도를 나타내는 것으로 출판된 도서 가운데 대체자료 제작 대상을 선정하는데 활용할 수 있다. 또한 이용자 선호도 기반의 대체자료 선정을 위하여 국립장애인도서관의 내부 데이터뿐만 아니라 타 도서관이나 다양한 유관 기관의 서비스 및 이용 내역을 반영하기 위한 연계방안을 제안하였다.

동 수매 슬래그의 배수용 재료로써의 이용 (The Usage of Copper Slag as The Drainage Materials)

  • Copper slag is produced about 700,000 tons annually though copper refining process in Korea. In the paper, a laboratory investigation was carried out to estimate the geotechnical properties of copper slag and examine the feasibility of using the copper slag as a substitute for conventional construction materials and the improvement of the soft clay deposit. The specific gravity of copper slag is 3.45, and pH is 7.83. And the size distribution of the copper slag is well graded, so usage of copper slag will be extended in Geotechnical engineering fields. Copper slag has the permeability of 3.502${\times}$10 ̄$^2$cm/sec, which is satisfied with the criterion of sand drainage materials.. At the same time, it is thought to be suitable material for sand mat since it meets JIS of grain size distribution. The content of CaO from steel slag is about 40 percent while that of CaO from copper slag is about 5 percent. Based on this fact, copper slag has less hardening property compared to steel slag. Therefore, copper slag can be used as vertical drains, filters, and sand mats for improving the soft deposit.

To improve this problem, the Korean authority provides a simple estimation method for the attached-material rate regarding the main piping material, which is the most time-consuming work in the architectural-mechanical estimation. However, to be an applicable method on construction sites, a proper conversion rate of the attached-piping material is still required for the proposed method regarding building usage and working types. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the calculation of the rate of the attached-piping materials such as the fittings and supports through the building of the mechanical-service work types of mechanical rooms, air conditioning, domestic water and hot-water supplies, and the drain-, vent-, and gas-piping work in office buildings that have been designed after 2010.

도서관 예산과 도서관 이용과의 관계에 관한 연구 - 부산지역 공공도서관을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Relationship between Library budget and Library Usage)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 도서관이용과 도서관예산 사이에 영향관계가 있는지를 알아보고, 이를 통해 잠재적 이용자들을 도서관으로 유인하기 위해서는 적정예산의 확보가 필요하다는 것을 설명하는데 있다. 다시 말해, 도서관예산은 도서관이용을 증진시킬 수 있는 중요한 요인임을 설명하기 위해 시도되었다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 공공도서관 31개관을 대상으로 국가도서관통계시스템으로부터 확보된 2013년 통계데이터를 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 위해 독립변수는 도서관예산을 설명하는 '총비용지수(TFI: Total Funding Indicator) = $\sqrt{인건비{\times}자료구입비}$'와 도서관이용을 나타내는 'LU(Library Usage) = (연간 방문자수) + (연간 대출자료수) / 봉사대상인구'의 개념을 통해 산출된 값을 종속변수로 사용하였다. 연구결과는 도서관총비용지수(TFI)와 도서관이용(LU) 사이에는 영향관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났으며, 도서관의 예산이 증가할수록 도서관이용은 증가하는 것으로 설명되었다. 본 연구의 결과가 비록 도서관예산과 도서관이용의 긍정적인 관계를 설명하고 있지만, 분석대상 및 분석기간의 제한성 및 한정성으로 인해 정책결정을 위한 도구로서 활용되기 위해서는 대상의 확대 및 분석기간의 다년화를 통한 타당성이 확보되어야 한다.

  • This study analyzed the standard school's energy usage and patterns as the zero-energy goal of primary school building, and proposed the energy reduction process of school building using energy analysis computing simulation tool. As a analysis simulation tool, Visual DOE 4.0 is used. For analysis of actual energy usage, selected primary school that is standard in the nation's energy consumption. Standard of the school's energy consumption analysis were devided into electric and gas energy. Input parameters of the simulation program based on the literature material and field survey material. after, but it was calibrated to comparison with the standard school's energy consumption. Finally, its energy usage analyzed by component and made the priority order of energy saving. Applied energy saving technologies are envelopment insulation, high efficiency lighting, high performance HAVC system and used active equipment system of solar collector and photovoltaic generation for additional savings.

Usage and satisfaction of bed cloth fabrics: a reality study

  • Presently, sleep disorders are rapidly increasing due to sudden social development and lifestyle diversification. Among the various factors contributing to comfortable sleep, bedclothes are a major factor that readily influence the sleeping conditions, as they directly come in contact with the human body. This study therefore researches use and purchasing status of bedclothes by consumers, as well as the subjective satisfaction. This would accordingly help us to understand the consumers' performance needs, and collect basic data to develop bedclothes that assist comfortable sleep. This study used multiple choice questions and a 5-point Likert scale in a survey-style research. The results of the study indicate that consumers prudently considered practicality and durability, as bedclothes are seldom purchased. The most preferred material was cotton, but the use of microfiber, a new material, has also increased. Further, consumers' preferred lightweight bedclothes that displayed excellent water absorption, thermal insulation, durability, detergency, and flexibility. Hence, bedclothes developed according to the results of this study are expected to aid comfortable sleep.
