The Livestock Raw Material Purchase Fund is a policy to increase the export of livestock products by providing loans to exporters of livestock products (including byproducts). The policy started in 2015 and the annual budget is about 26 billion won. However, a quantitative evaluation of policy effects has not yet been made. Therefore, in this study, the economic surplus of the policy was analyzed using the equilibrium displacement model (EDM). From the results of the welfare analysis, from 2016 to 2019, producer surplus in the chicken and duck market increased by KRW 70.9 billion, while consumer surplus decreased by KRW 70 billion. In other words, the total economic surplus of the chicken and duck market increased by about one billion won during the same period due to the increase in export demand according to the policy. Therefore, the Livestock Raw Material Purchase Fund can be viewed as a policy to maintain and increase export demand for export livestock products and to improve the economic surplus of the livestock product market. Also, since the policy is based on loans, it does not place a burden on the government's finances. Therefore, this policy should continue in the future.

When purchase prices of a raw material fluctuate over time, the total purchasing cost is mainly affected by reordering time. Existing researches focus on deciding the right time when the demand for each period is replenished at the lowest cost. However, the decision is based on expected future prices which usually turn out to include some error. This discrepancy between expected prices and actual prices deteriorates the performance of inventory models dealing with fluctuating purchase prices. In this paper, we propose a new inventory model which incorporates not only cost but also risk into making up a replenishment schedule to meet each period's demand. For each replenishment schedule, the risk is defined to be the variance of its total cost. By introducing the risk into the objective function, the variability of the total cost can be mitigated, and eventually more stable replenishment schedule will be obtained. According to experimental results from crude oil inventory management, the proposed model showed better performance over other models in respect of variability and cost.

The data were collected via a questionnaire from 326 adult females of ages over 20's living in satellite cities around Seoul and were analyzed by factor analysis, Multiple Regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study were as follows: 1) There were significant relationships between lifestyle activities, information sources, shopping orientations and store attributes in both of formal wear and casual wear purchase. 2) Patronage behavior of department store in formal wear purchase was influenced by shopping activities, personal information sources, brand/store loyalty orientation. Regional store preference and store image attributes influenced the franchise store patronage behavior in formal wear purchase. Discount store patronage behavior in formal wear purchase was predicted by self-assurance/innovativeness and store image and service attributes. This research was conducted to assist with domestic eyewear industry to gain better understanding of manufacturing through study relationship between purchase behaviors and selecting elements such as design, brand, price, material and nation. Domestic consumers think that the most important factor is a design when they purchase eyeglasses regardless of kinds and brands of eyeglasses, and optometrists choose the eyewear design as a primary factor when they buy eyeglasses for display and sale. As a role of eyeglasses for fashion items increases, the interest of the eyewear design will be higher. Many optometrists have plans to import and make house brand. Some of them also would like to study eyewear design.
The objective of this study was to propose motivation for the analysis of consumer's purchasing behavior and willingness to pay for the new soymilk products in cooperative stores. We surveyed the purchasing behavior, willingness to purchase, willingness to pay, and impact factors on willingness to pay. The results indicated that most consumers drank soymilk more than once per week. The reasons for consuming soymilk were health, nutrition, and taste, in order. When purchasing soymilk, consumers considered environment-friendly, quality, country of origin, brand, and price, consecutively. Taste was also an essential quality factor. Thus, consumers showed some willingness to purchase new soymilk products. In addition, cooperative members considered environmental characteristics of raw material and improvement of preference for final product as more important than functionality or food additives. Differentiation of process and marketing strategies are required for the development of soymilk products for cooperative members.
Online shopping is increasing worldwide. Providing customers actual feeling of the product is essential in online shopping. Various technological aids can be used to support visual feeling. When delivering visual tangibility, it is important to study which attributes are significant in product presentations that best portray the actual tactileness. In this perspective, we suggest 'visual tactility' (VT) as a parameter for delivering tangibility in visual presentation. By measuring visual tactility in different product types, latent factors of visual tactility were identified and their influence on purchase intention was determined in this study. We defined material properties of touch such as surface texture, hardness, temperature, and weight as Visual Tactility (VT), the influential factor of tactility. We investigated the influence of VT on product purchase intention and analyzed tactileness within four online product presentations: single static picture, multi static pictures, zoom, and video. Our purpose was to investigate underlying effects of visual tactile attributes on touch and determine their influences according to online product presentation formats. Our results showed that visual tactility positively affected purchase intention and that each attribute differed in importance according to product type. Moreover, this study revealed a strong relation between online product presentation and VT attributes. These results provide a guide when selecting which presentation is optimal for delivering a product's tactility in online shopping situation.
Recently the globalization of agriculture by the WTO has brought crisis to Korean farmers. Value added agricultural products is the one of the strategies to sustain fanning. The idea for the project traditional fermented soy paste production and distribution was developed by the Gyeonggi-do Agricultural Research Institute. It was necessary to know the purchase condition and consumer needs for production distribution of the soy products. This study aims to investigate the consumers' need analysis of direct-deal soy products and the conditions of a purchase. A questionnaire was administered to 590 subjects living in Gyeonggi-do, Korea. When selecting the product 95.3%, previous experience (41.1 %) and comparison of each product (34.6%) were major answers, wanted direct-deal purchase from producers if implemented. 142 subjects(24%) experienced direct deal with producers. The main direct route was government and public offices( 42.4 %). The reason for direct purchase was confidence of agricultural products(77.5%). Delivery of 4kg of soy paste and 1.8 L of soy sauce in a glass container (43.0%) was favored twice a year. The kind of soy products for consumers' needs was Doenjang(57.8%) and Gochujang(18.3%). The preferred methods direct-dealing of soy products was direct order(59.9%) after validation, delivery gate to gate (44.2%) and by the internet(4.9%). The results of the study shows that the types of production would have the kinds and quantities diversity with confidence, sanitation, and safety. Korean cosmetic distribution channels were formerly divided into sales visits and specialty shops, which made up the entire cosmetics market. However, recently the market and cosmetic distribution channels have become much more diversified. Thus, research for this study focused on the usage and purchase situations of cosmetic distribution channels depending on cosmetic type perception. This study also focused on the intent to purchase cosmetics by a cosmetic distribution channel in order to provide a precise cognitive background of consumers regarding cosmetic distribution channels. In doing so, the competitiveness of those channels could be procured and the causal relationships between these variables can be investigated. To achieve these purposes, the research model and hypotheses were derived through literature research on the cosmetics industry, cosmetic distribution channels, and consumers' intent to purchase. A survey was implemented from September $1^{st}$ to $14^{th}$, 2014 for empirical testing. and was given to female consumers in their 20s. 468 out of 500 surveys were collected; a total of 415 were used for analysis while the others were excluded due to with unreliable responses. The SPSS 21.0 program was used for analysis of materials. The overall conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between perception of cosmetic distribution channels and intent to purchase. The above research results may stimulate establishment of marketing implications and research material when establishing marketing strategies to promote cosmetic distribution and consumption.
