In general, since the types and types of ships, so complex and various variables are included to measure the amount of construction work. In addition, it is mot easy to predict the schedule or the number of working hours before ship construction, and it is also mostly inaccurate. As a result, the master plan is manually drawn up by the expert's experience, but there are limitations due to various factors. Medium and large shipyards are operating APS(Advanced Planning and Scheduling) system that reflects industrial characteristics to improve productivity in the planning stage, and utilize information from systems such as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system and MES (Manufacturing Execution System). On the other hand, small shipyards rely mostly on manual work such as Excel work based on the experience of the workers. Therefore, this study intends to develop a master plan management system that can efficiently manage the production process from the business planning stage in consideration of the characteristics of small shipyards.

Long distance trail or trail system planning is the first important step in transforming your vision into reality. Planning presents a vision for a trail or trail system and brings a comprehensive, long-range perspective. The master plan provides solid, credible recommendations for developing a trail or trail system that is safe, convenient, well used, supported by local residents, practicality to implement, and customized to meet the needs of the community, you will need to follow a logical planning. The key elements of master planning includes site assessment, vision, goals and objectives, routing and design, implementation strategies. Trails or trail systems should provide linkages to popular destinations, safely accommodate a variety of users, and be sensitive to any negative impacts on the natural environment and wildlife. Trails planners also need to think about how the trail, or trail system will function in the future as areas are developed or trail population increases. All of these factors during the planning process will ensure the existence of high-quality facilities for years to come. Project for Nakdong-jungmaek trail planning combine long distance trail with circuit way. That project is a planning brought out the best in each of Tokai natural way and Cotswold way. That is planning which is combined a wooded trail in Tokai natural way with access and facilities improving economy in Cotswold way. Also That planning embraces a core cultural center which is concerned forest or wood to come more people.

본 논문은 도시계획에 관한 국내 및 해외 선진국의 기후요소 평가기법을 고찰하여, 국내 기후요소 평가기법의 문제점과 개선방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 국내 제도로는 도시기본계획에 대한 사전환경성검토와 도시관리계획에 대한 환경성 검토를, 국외 제도로는 독일의 도시계획 및 지역계획에 대한 전략환경평가를 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 및 국외제도에서의 기후요소 평가기법을 비교 분석하였으며, 도시계획에 대한 도시기후요소 평가기법을 국내에서 활성화하기 위한 시사점을 평가요소, 평가방법 및 평가를 위한 기반자료 측면에서 제시하였다.

현재 진행되고 있는 많은 지방자치단체들의 GIS관련사업 추진상의 문제점 중 하나는 국가에서 기본으로 제시하고 있는 표준, 또는 자체적인 정보화기본계획, 정보화기본계획 수립 후 구체화 수립되어야 하는 GIS기본계획 등의 전체적인 계획이 전부 또는 일부 결여되어 있는 상태에서 단위 GlS 사업들이 시행되어 왔다는데 있다. 이러한 GIS사업들은 해당지방자치단체의 비젼, 정보화 목표, 전략, 실행내용에 대한 진체적인 동일성, 일관성 및 추구방향의 설정이 미비한 상태애서 시행될 수밖에 없으므로 전체 정보화체계상에서의 한 요소로서 유기적인 역할의 발휘가 의문스러울 수밖에 없다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하고자 하는 시도의 일환으로, 본 논문에서는 여러 지방자치단체들의 현재까지 GIS관련사업의 유형이 분석되고 지역정보화계획과 연계한 바람직한 지방자치단체 GIS 구축사업의 추진절차 및 구축계획의 수립절차가 제시되고 각 절차별 수행내역이 제시된다. 이해증진의 차원에서, 필요시 천안시의 경우를 예로 활용하였다.

본 연구는 우리나라 도시물류를 대상으로 과거 추세를 분석하고 미래 변화를 전망하여 도시발전에 선제적으로 대응할 수 있는 정책 방향을 제시하였다. 연구 범위는 물류정책기본법에서 제시하는 국가물류기본계획과 지역물류기본계획의 변화를 중심으로 하였다. 연구 진행은 국가물류기본계획을 근간으로 과거부터 현재까지 도시물류와 관련된 정책 변화를 살펴봄과 더불어 장래 예상되는 물류환경 변화에 대응하는 국가의 정책기조를 파악하였다. 그리고 이를 서울시 도시물류기본계획의 내용과 접목시켜 앞으로 도시물류기본계획에서 계속 추진하거나 새롭게 추가해야 할 물류정책을 제안하였다. 정책 제안은 장래 물류환경을 정책적, 사회적, 기술적 변화로 구분하여 제시하였다. 분야별로는 도시계획(10개 정책), 교통계획·ITS(8개 정책), 물류기술·ITS(6개 정책) 및 법·제도(8개 정책) 등이다. 정책의 지속성으로 구분하면 현재 추진 중인 정책이 계속되어야 할 것은 15개, 앞으로 새롭게 도입해야 할 정책은 17개이다.

최근 도시정책에서 도시공원이 차지하는 비중은 확대되고 있다. 좋은 도시공원체계 확보를 위해서 공원정책 및 계획에 대한 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 세계 주요도시의 공원녹지 관련 계획의 운영체계와 계획내용을 비교하는 것은 의미가 있다. 본 연구는 도시적 차원에서의 공원녹지기본계획의 운영체계 및 계획내용에 관한 비교연구이다. 연구대상지로는 영국 런던, 미국 뉴욕, 독일 베를린, 호주 시드니, 국내 서울을 선정하였고, 분석자료는 각 도시별 공원녹지 관련 기본계획 및 전략보고서를 중점적으로 분석하였다. 분석의 틀은 운영체계와 계획내용으로 구분하여 설정하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공원녹지계획을 관련자원과 연계된 오픈 스페이스 계획으로 수립함으로써 자원의 통합적 관리 및 형평성에 대한 실천에 이바지하고자 한다. 둘째, 공원녹지계획이 초기의 양적 공급에서 질적가치의 향상으로 더 나아가 재활성화 및 재생에 이바지하는 방향으로 전환하고 있다. 셋째, '공급중심의 계획'에서 '수요에 기반한 평가' 모델로 전환함으로써 인구학적 변화, 트렌드 변화, 선호도 변화에 유연하게 대응하는 계획 모델로 수립되고 있다. 넷째, 계획의 주체, 수립단계별 참여 기회 확대, 참여구성원의 다양화를 통해 수동적 참여에서 적극적 참여계획으로 전환되고 있다. 공원녹지기본계획의 실천성을 제고하기 위해서는 공원녹지에 관한 새로운 인식변화를 적극 수용하고, 공원 거버넌스를 수용을 도입하며 상황에 기민하게 대응하는 유연한 계획접근이 필요하다.

In the Urban Regeneration Project, the scale becomes huge and the composition of participating organizations is complex. It is necessary to establish the master plan fast and effectively harmonize conflict options and interests in the early stage of the project. However, the master planner, who is tasked to establish the master plan, and the master planning team, are difficult to establish the master plan fast while effectively considering various and complex information related to regeneration. The Urban Regeneration Project is composed of various types of computer files like HWP, EXL, PDF, DWG and others. When the master plan is established, it is necessary to link the information items and physical files of urban generation in order to effectively save the files in storage for easy search and utilization. This study developed a prototype system to support participating subjects of the Urban Regeneration Projects. It will effectively utilize the information items in the physical computer files using information blocks and Metadata. The developed system provides the base to effectively manage large amount of documents in the early stage of the Urban Regeneration Project and make effective decision-making using the concept of data warehouse.

This report is that the scenery of the town with a different measure is different. There are the framework and the story in the rural communities master plan . This master plan's story intends the self-help and living with meaning of citizens in own city and town. It is the philosophy of the master plan that citizens' daily bread is the local resourses, lives in safety and keeps the healthy living. But these contents are the different means by the condition of each cities' and towns' geography. The scenery of introducing two towns appears to each different plan by different conditions.
