A Study on The Master Plan of Sinchon Village for Rural-Tour (산청 신촌 아름마을 가꾸기 사업 기본계획에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this research is planning the master plan of a rural village for rural-tourism type. The rural village area is faced on the moment of the change. A rural village only have not the thing, that the facility of the food manufacture. A rural village inhabitants need an environment improvement and income enlargement. And for the citizens need a space facility of a leisure, practical use, rest and experience in rural area. The government executed a project for this purpose. So, Sinchon village, San-chung were selected to an object village in Gyeong-nam. This investigation analyzed this village's planning elements, and established basic directions of village master plan.

  • 해군 무기 체계의 혁신적 테마로 떠오른 Unmanned Surface Vehicle(USV)은 세계 여러 국가에서 현재 연구, 개발 되고 있으며 일부 국가에서는 지속적인 연구 노력의 결과로 실질적인 성과들이 나타나기 시작했다. 특히 미 해군에서는 'USV Master Plan'을 발표함으로써 USV 기본정의 및 운용기술과 개발과제 풍을 제시하였고 해사(海事)에 USV 시스템의 도입과 운용을 위한 발판을 마련하였다. 본 논문에서는 'USV Master Plan'을 통해 미 해군 USV 시스템의 개념 및 핵심 기술과 개발 동향을 분석하여, 반도 국가인 우리나라에 USV 시스템의 적용 가능성과 전망을 살펴보고자 한다.

  • This thesis is designed to discuss the development of the Korean Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and establish a development strategy for the future. The development has been achieved with the enthusiasm and interest of physical therapists from all over the country over the past 10 years since the establishment and the Academy has been receiving attention from the medical part. The Korean Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy will develop a variety of training programs for the research and development of orthopedic manual therapy and will establish a development strategy and master plan for the future in order to lay a foundation for orthopedic manual therapy.

  • The study first reviewed the significance, enactment process, and future challenges for growth of the Environmental Education Promotion Act first proclaimed in Korea in March, 2008. Then it sorted out the drafts about the plans for the overall growth of environmental education, which were researched and developed in the national level Environmental Education Master Plan based on the act, their major tasks in each field, and research plans to be promoted. Its findings will provide reference to the efficient operation of the act and the plans for the overall growth of environmental education.

  • To develop a master plan of a university campus, we need to know how students view and use their campus. For this purpose, the well-known Linch's(1960) cognitive mapping methods are used to figure out the image of Yonsei University and its surrounding area which is perceived by the students of Yonsei University. Major findings are that the cognition levels for the edge which divides Yonsei University from the surroundings and the paths which the students commute along are relatively high. The students mainly use campus space near the main gate rather than the space deep inside of the university, which shows they use the campus space unevenly. Therefore, when considering a new master plan of Yonsei University, it is needed to develop methods which increase the even use of the campus space such as developing new commuting paths.

  • In the Port Logistics system, Container Stowage planning is an important issue for cost-effective efficiency improvements. At present, Planners are mainly carrying out Stowage planning by manual or semi-automatically. However, as the trend of super-large container ships continues, it is difficult to calculate an efficient Stowage plan with manpower. With the recent rapid development of artificial intelligence-related technologies, many studies have been conducted to apply enhanced learning to optimization problems. Accordingly, in this paper, we intend to develop and present a Deep Q-Learning Network model for the Master Stowage planning of Container ships.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare the characteristics of floor plan of Underwood hall, Appenzeller hall, and Stimson hall in Yonsei University. These buildings in Yonsei University are the representative higher educational institution buildings that were constructed by Western missionaries during the Japanese colonial period. These buildings were designed by the master plan that had been made before the construction. Therefore, these buildings have many similarities but each building has individual characteristics. This study focused on two parts. One is the characteristics of the shared space, such as like corridor, hall, and stairs. These characteristics show the differences between each building because they used different methods and locations of shared space and rooms for the floor plan to include the different functions. The second is the relationships with the floor plan and other plans like the master plan, elevation plan, and structural plan. These relationships show that each building has unique characteristics that are related to the floor plan.

  • Recently the number of rural development plans are increased and projects supported by government are various. These makes rural plans important. But there are many gaps between proposed plan and implementation. These gaps were wasteful in terms of resource management. This study examines differences between plan and implementation and the reasons why they are occurred. For this purpose, we did a case study which is focused on the four-year implementation of 2004-2006 "Unique Experience Village Master Plan" of Seochon, Chungbuk. As a result, we verified facts of gaps and causes, and two major causes were detected : one is the absence of operating and managing body(such as promoter of project, village leader, residences), and the other is inadequate master plan.

  • Capacity planning plays an important role not only for master production plan but also for facility or layout design in shipbuilding. Product work breakdown structure, attributes of production resources, and production method or process data are associated in order to make the discrete event simulation model of shipyard layout plan. The production amount of each process and the process time is assumed to be stochastic. Based on the stochastic discrete event simulation model, the production capacity of each facility in shipyard is estimated. The stochastic model of product arrival time, process time and transferring time is introduced for each process. Also, the production capacity is estimated for the assumed master production schedule.
