원자력산업 섹터는 에너지 산업 섹터에서 가장 선진화된 기술을 도입했으다. '디지털화'에 대한 대중 인식은 일정 부분 왜곡되어 있다. 젊은 소비자들은 원자력을 구시대의 산업으로 인식한다. 소형 원자로를 비롯한 최근 기술 발전을 고려할 때 이러한 인식은 굉장히 잘못되었다. 일반 대중은 원자력산업의 디지털화에 대해 회의적이나 원자력산업 종사자의 의견은 다르다. 25~34세의 원자력산업 종사자들 중 87%는 원자력산업의 디지털화 및 자동화에 대해 '긍정적인 변화'라고 응답했다.

청록색 영역에서 발진하는 XeF(C$\longrightarrow$A)엑사이머 레이저 여기용 2.56MeV 전자빔 가속기를 개발하였다. 대출력 전자빔 가속기는 $\pm$80kV로 충전하는 Marx Generator를 동축구조로 꾸밈으로서 낮은 임퍼던스와 인덕턴스를 유지할 수 있었고, 빠른 전압상승과 유사구형파 출력을 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 대출력 전자빔가속기 (2.56 MeV, 2.2KJ)의 파라메터와 동작특성, 전압측정 등을 기술한다.

In this paper, we present a design and experiment study of high power large diameter backward wave oscillator. Analysis is made within the scope of linear theory of absolute instibility. The Electron beam generator may be atteractive source of high power millimeter microwaves which has simpler structure.

본 연구에서는 Marx Generator와 펄스 형성라인을 결합시켜 만든 VEBA(Versatile Electron Beam Accelerator)장치를 사용하여 아르곤 이온의 에너지를 식각 추적 방법을 써서 측정하였다. 이 장치에서 240kV, 30kA, 60ns의 전자빔이 발생되었다. 이 전자빔이 이극관을 통과하면서 이 때 주입된 아르곤 기체가 이온화되어 아르곤 이온이 얻어진다. 이렇게 형성된 이온은 가상적 음극에 의해 진공 전파관 속으로 가속되고 이를 전자빔과 분리한 후 알루미늄 박막으로 만든 식각 추적판을 때리도록 장치하였다. 이때 아르곤 이온이 뚫고 들어간 알루미늄 박막의 수로부터 이온의 에너지를 구하였다. 이렇게 얻어진 실험값은 이론값과 잘 일치하였다.

Fire and smoke can from a small ignition source develop rapidly. Active systems in combination with Passive Fire Protection measures will offer highest safety standards to the building's developers and occupants. Nevertheless, the fire growth is very unpredictable and it is therefore essential at the planning stage that tested solutions are well selected according to National codes and later on installed by qualified contractors to ensure optimum performance. This demonstrates that Passive Fire Protection as safety measure cannot be neglected. Recent fire cases all over the world still proof that fire can develop any time and any where even in countries of high safety standards.

The purpose of this thesis was to re-examine the utopian socialism of George Sand. In brief, her socialism is Christian socialism. She was heavily influenced by Leroux and Ramennais who insisted on Christian socialism at the time. This was socialism that differed from other utopian socialists of the time such as Saint Simon and Fourier. In addition, the socialism of Sand was similar to communism that was popular at the time. We can see in many writings portraying Sand as a Communist. Her novels were also written to spread her communicative ideas. However, the Communism of Sand is different from that of Marx. In this thesis, her novels, her letters, and her political pamphlets will be analyzed in comparison with Marxism in three ways. 1. If Marx's communism justified violence, her ideology is based on nonviolence. 2. Sand's Communism asserts equality for workers and capitalists. She says that if it is not the equality for all, we are not qualified to argue. 3. Finally, her Communism is based entirely on Christian values, love and solidarity.

본 논문은 맑스가 자본주의의 사회적 및 환경적 부정의를 비판하고 정의로운 사회 및 자연과의 관계를 위한 사회주의적 프로젝트를 제안했던 원칙들을 밝히고자 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 과정에서 비판적 생태학 일반 그리고 특히 환경정의 이론이 더욱 발전할 수 있는 기반을 도출하고자 한다. 본 논문은 제안된 몇 가지 중요한 점들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자본주의 사회 및 자연에 대한 맑스의 비판 그리고 사회주의 사회와 자연에 관한 그의 개념은 두가지 기본적인 정의 원리들, 즉 인간과 자연 간 관계에 관한 그의 생태적 개념화에서 도출될 수 있는‘필요’원칙과 ‘노동’원칙에 바탕을 두고 있다. 둘째, 도덕성의 이데올로기적 성격에 대한 그의 거부로 인해, 맑스는 자본주의 사회에 대한 비판으로 일관하면서 자본주의에서의 정의 이론을 발전시키지 않았지만, 반면 그는 사회주의 사회와 자연과의 관계에서 (환경)정의를 위한 이론적 기초를 제안했다. 그리고 끝으로 그의 환경정의에 관한 개념화는 단지 분배적 정의 패러다임으로만 이해되어서는 안되며, 그가 생산을 교환.분배 그리고 소비를 포함하는 유기적 전체로서 이해한 바와 같이 ‘생산적 정의’라고 부를 수 있는 것과 관련지어 이해되어야 한다.

Using power semiconductor switches such as IGBTs, diodes and L-C circuits, novel repetitive impulse voltage generator is developed. In the presented circuits, high voltage pulse is generated by series-connection of capacitors and IGBTs. Therefore, the high voltage pulse is obtained by circuit configuration without any high voltage pulse transformer and high voltage dc source. Especially, the proposed circuit can operate up to several kHz and have high reliability and longer life than conventional ones. In also gives voltage balance of IBGTs automatically. So, the difference of characteristics of IGBTs and drive signal does not cause severe problems. To verify the proposed circuit, 20kV and 300A pulse generator is manufactured and tested.

This essay examines how the figure of Liberty has been refashioned in the streets of post-apartheid South Africa, addressing three public art works installed in Johannesburg over the past decade: Reshada Crouse's oil painting Passive Resistance, Marlene Dumas' tapestry The Benefit of the Doubt and William Kentridge's and Gerhard Marx's sculpture Firewalker. Even as these monumental works all reprise Delacroix's Liberty on the Barricades-an icon of the city street and its revolutionary barricades-so too this trio of Liberties have become mere phantoms of their vaunted archetype. Haunted specters, they quarrel with the mythologized chimera of Liberty, taking issue with the fraught tradition of pinning regime change onto the body of the female nude. Drawing instead on South African histories of women's resistance, in which female nudity has been repeatedly marshaled as a form of dissent, the Liberties circling Johannesburg hybridize their European template with local traditions of female political opposition to colonial and postcolonial male authority.

We have developed a four mask LTPS TFT p-channel process and fabricated active matrix backplanes based on a pixel circuit with three TFTs and one storage capacitor. Top emitting AMOLED displays have been produced to prove the working principle of the active matrix.
