To develop high-quality software systems satisfying the customer's needs, user-centered design (UCD) process has been emphasized in the area of human-computer interaction. And component-based development (CBD) has been extensively studied to realize a systematic software reuse, thereby reducing the time-to-market and the development cost. Balanced integration of user-centered design process and CBD process will be a promising way for successful software construction, which effectively achieves three goals: the quality of software, the cost of software development, and the time-to-market. However, traditional CBD methodology seems to lack the concept of user-centered design process and the relevant methods. This paper proposes a way of incorporating user-centered design process into a CBD methodology. Firstly, this paper gives the brief introduction of UCD. Secondly, we explain typical UCD activities and methods along the phase of systems development lifecycle and propose the use of usability maturity model (UMM) for integrating UCD activities and methods with those of CBD methodology. Finally, as a case study, we describe the results of comparing the UCD activities to the activities of MaRMI-III, which has been developed as a CBD methodology at ETRI.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the factors affecting productivity performance for Korean SMEs of manufacturing which had obtained the certification of Productivity Management System(PMS) that is a Korean assessment program for enhancing maturity of company's management systems. Methods: The proposed model is based on the PMS model. The valid 759 data registered from 2010 to 2018 year was analyzed using SEM analysis for testing hypotheses. Results: The results are as follows. First, Leadership affects the five core sub-system processes positively, but doesn't a significant Business Performance directly. Secondly, HRM, Customer & Market Analysis, and Process Management excluding Productivity Development and Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on Business Performance. Lastly, when examining the mediation effect, Process Development, Customer & Market Analysis, and HRM have indirectly effect between Leadership and Business Performance. Conclusion: This study results suggest not only the role of leadership to improve productivity performance of SME, but also which core processes are focused and differentiated.

저탄소 자동차가 미래의 자동차 시장을 주도할 것으로 인식되고 있지만, 기존 내연기관 자동차보다 높은 가격과 관련 인프라 부족 등의 장애물로 인해 보급 확대에 여전히 많은 어려움이 있습니다. 본 연구는 아시아 선진국과 자동차 시장의 성숙도를 앞선 한국과 일본의 저탄소 자동차 판매현황과 정책대응을 비교한 것이다.본 연구의 결과는 차세대 저탄소 자동차의 미래 방향에 대한 학계 및 관련 산업 및 정책적 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다.

I introduce a derivative called "Snowball Currency Option" or "USDKRWSnowball Extendible At Expiry KO" which was traded once in the over-the-counter market in Korea. A snowball currency option consists of a series of maturities the payoffs at which are like those of a long position in a put option and two short position in an otherwise identical call. The strike price at each maturity depends on the exchange rate and the previous strike price so that the strike prices are random and path-dependent, which makes it difficult to find a closed form solution of the value of a snowball currency option. I analyze the payoff structure of a snowball currency option and derive an upper and a lower boundaries of the value of it in a simplified model. Furthermore, I derive a pricing formula using integral in the simplified model.

There are several stage in corporate's life cycle such as foundation, growth, maturity or bankruptcy. A bankruptcy is very important for corporate in the life cycle. Especially, venture business' life cycle is short compare to other type of corporate. A lot of venture businesses have emerged and bankrupted soon in the market. Venture businesses' survival or bankruptcy have been influenced by not only external environment like the rate of exchange, oil price, and foreign exchange crisis but also internal environment such as efficiency, process, human resources, finance and CEO. In this paper, we attempt to examine financial factors and efficiency that influence on the venture businesses' survival and bankruptcy. The more venture businesses have high efficiency score, the more they have high probability of survival.

KOSPI 200 index options market has the highest trading volume in the global options markets. The risk and return structure of options contracts are very complex. Volatility complicates options trading because volatility plays a central role in options pricing process. This study develops a trading system for KOSPI 200 index options trading using KOSPI 200 volatility index. We design a database system to handle the complex options information such as price, volume, maturity, strike price, and volatility using Oracle DBMS. We then develop options trading strategies to test how the volatility index is related to the prices of complicated options trading strategies. Back test procedure is presented with PL/SQL of Oracle DBMS. We simulate the suggested trading system using historical data set of KOSPI 200 index options from December 2008 to April 2012.

Since Samsung SDI and Sony started mass production of AM-OLED display for mobile/TV applications, OLED technology has emerged as leading candidate among the many technologies under development for next generation Flat panel displays. P-OLED (Polymer Organic Lighting Emitting Diode) technology, a class of OLED, is gathering momentum towards commercialization. P-OLED technology has made tremendous progress in terms of display performance (including life time, efficiency and color gamut) and in the maturity of ink jet printing process and equipment. In order to get into the mobile/TV application market successfully, P-OLED display technology must meet the following display makers' requirements: (1) P-OLED Display Performance in terms of lifetime, efficiency, and color coordinates, (2) Low Cost Manufacturing Technology such as "Solution Processable Printing Technology". P-OLED technology has already overcome many of the hurdles to mass manufacturing. In this paper, the latest developments in ink jet printing technology, including P-OLED material performance, is discussed.

The management of organizational Human Resource is steadily shifting away from pure hierarchical to market mechanisms that involve external vendors. HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) has recently emerged as a significant administrative innovation in an organization's strategy. Our paper attempts to understand firm-specific factors influencing the scope of HR BPO needs. Study results show that IT maturity and firm size are influential factors on the scope of HR BPO needs. We hope that our attempt at empirically examining and predicting this emergent phenomenon will stimulate others to look at this important strategic challenge facing firms from a theoretical perspective. Such research initiatives will allow us not only to better understand this complex phenomenon, but also to drive useful management prescriptions grounded on theory-based research.

An IGCC was evaluated as one of the next generation technologies that would be able to substitute for coal-fired power plants. According to "The 4th Basic Plan of Long-term Electricity Supply & Demand" which is developed by the Electricity Business Acts, the first IGCC will be operated at 2015. Like other new and renewable energy such as solar PV, Fuel cell, The IGCC is considered as non-competitive generation technology because it is not maturity technology. Before the commercial operation of an IGCC in our electricity market, its economic feasibility under the Korean electricity market, which is cost-based trading system, is studied to find out institutional support system. The results of feasibility summarized that under the current electricity trading system, if the IGCC is considered like a conventional plant such as nuclear or coal-fired power plants, it will not be expected that its investment will be recouped within life-time. The reason is that the availability of an IGCC will plummet since 2016 when several nuclear and coal-fired power plants will be constructed additionally. To ensure the reasonable return on investment (NPV>0 IRR>Discount rate), the availability of IGCC should be higher than 77%. To do so, the current electricity trading system is amended that the IGCC generator must be considered as renewable generators to set up Price Setting Schedule and it should be considered as pick load generators, not Genco's coal fired-generators, in the Settlement Payment.

본 연구는 수출용 딸기에 대한 실용적 $CO_2$ 처리방안을 도입하여 수출단계에서 과실 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 실시하였다. $CO_2$ 처리에 따른 경도 증진 효과는 과숙한 과실에서 더욱 컸으나 과실의 실제적인 경도는 미숙한 과실에서 높아 미숙과에 대한 처리 효과가 실용적인 가치가 있었다. 처리조건은 수확한 과실을 예냉실에 넣어 냉각시키고 15% 이상의 $CO_2$에 4시간 이상 노출시키는 것이 바람직 하였으며 $CO_2$ 처리의 잔류효과는 모의 선적 및 소매과정까지 유지되었다. 그러나 과숙한 과실에서는 소매과정을 부여할 때 과피면이 검붉게 변하여 상품가치를 상실하였다. 본 연구 결과에서 농가 소유의 소형 저온실을 활용하여 간편하게 $CO_2$를 처리할 수 있으므로 수출은 물론 국내 유통에서 품질 증진을 위한 수확 후 처리기술로 활용 가능성이 있었다.
