어패류 및 해조류를 포함하는 양식어업은 국내어업에 대한 총수입중 $50.6\%$를 차지하고 있는 어가의 주 소득원 중의 하나이다. 최근 국내어장에서 불규칙하게 발생하는 어패류 도난사건의 피해액은 매년 건당 수십만에서 수천만원 이상으로 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 국외에서 어장보호를 위한 원격감시 시스템이 개발된 바가 있지만 구축비용이 고가이므로 국내의 영세어가에 적용하기는 어렵다. 련 연구에서는 국내 영세어가에 적용할 수 있는 유무선 통신망을 이용한 양식어장 보호용 원격감시 시스템의 모델을 제안하고, 기술개발의 요소 분류하고 개발방향 및 내용을 분석하였다.

For years, Korea, China and Japan have been continuously increasing intra-trade. In addition, by concluding FTA (Free Trade Agreement) among Korea, Japan and China, the trade capacity will be increased. In this way, the increasing trade capacity will induce to change north-east Asian economy. This paper researches which method is more economical and efficient in the aspect of the transportation time and distance, after comparing the existing marine transportation network with new intermodal transportation network considering TKR.

우리나라의 주요 교역권은 아시아, 미주, 유럽 교역권으로 나눌 수 있다. 일반적으로 대량의 화물운송은 해상운송이 주를 이루지만 다른 지역과 다르게 유럽 교역권은 철도 운송이 가능하다. 또한, 중국의 성장으로 동북아 물류 중심지로서의 경쟁력이 약화된 우리나라는 지금의 경쟁구조와는 다른 방안인 철도운송에 주목할 필요가 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 본 연구에서는 한반도 종단 철도(TKR)와 시베리아 횡단철도(TSR)를 이용한 유럽 지역과의 운송 경로를 비교하여 경제성 분석에 주안점을 두었다. 분석의 요소로는 운송거리, 운송기간, 운송비, 추가비용을 중심으로 사용하였으며 분석 결과 6가지의 운송경로 중에서 TKR과 연계한 TSR(Route 1)이 경제적이라는 분석 결과가 나왔다. 따라서 향후 러시아 푸틴정부의 극동발전 전략에 대비하여 우리나라는 TKR과 TSR의 철도운송을 활용하는 것이 국가 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 방안이 될 것이다.

"United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Carriage of Goods Wholly or Partly by Sea" was passed in July 3, 2008. on September 23, 2009 signing ceremony was held in Rotterdam. The system of maritime performing party is a special system in the transport convention, and constitutes an integral part of the Convention. Maritime performing party system is not the first system which brings in the carrier's independent contractor, but it is the most comprehensive and thorough one. It unified the duty of carrier's independent contractor in the maritime segment, and it is also an important progress in the developing process of international maritime legal system. There are some differences between the maritime performing party and China's current related system, i.e, the port maritime performing party and the intermediate performing party are included in the maritime performing party, and they can enjoy the carrier's exception clause and limitation of liability.

Environment of marine transportation market is changing rapidly. Due to globalization of world economy, marine transportation of cargos, especially trade using container boxes, is increasing dramatically. Fierce competition in the global market of container transportation forces the shipping industry to seek the economy of scale to reduce transportation cost, and drives the merge and alliance of liner shipping companies. Mega-sized container ships, having capacity over 10,000 TEU, were introduced, and appeared recently, in order to reduce the unit transportation cost. Korean shipping and shipbuilding companies are competitive, and have considerable market share in the global market. Even though both industries are inter-connected through ships and have many common interests in order to enlarge the global market share, inter-relation between two industries is surprisingly insignificant. In this paper current issues in the process of environmental change of marine cargo transportation are reviewed, and inter-relation of shipping and shipbuilding industries is discussed. Suggestions for inter-related development of Korean shipping and shipbuilding industries are given, and means for mutually beneficial collaboration are suggested.

국민소득 증가에 따라 고급해산물의 수요가 늘어나고 있으며, 어패류 및 해조류를 포함하는 양식어업은 국내어업에 대한 총수입 중 $50.6\%$를 차지하고 있는 어가의 주 소득원 중의 하나이다. 최근 국내어장에서 불규칙하게 발생하는 어패류 도난사건의 피해액은 매년 건당 수십만에서 수천만원 이상으로 증가하고 있는 설정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 영세어가에 적용할 수 있는 양식어장 보호를 위한 레이더 감시 시스템의 모델을 제안하고, 감사시스템의 구성요소별 소요기술을 분류하고, 구축방안 및 기술개발 내용을 제시하였다. 국외에서 양식어장보호 감시시스템이 개발된 바가 있지만 구축비용이 고가이므로 국내 영세어가에 적용하기에는 어렵다.

The maritime risk assessment is important not only to evaluate the safety level of the ports and waterways but also to reduce potential maritime accidents at sea in terms of the proactive measures of the maritime accidents. In this paper, the collision risk assessment in Mokpo waterways has been carried out based on the IALA recommended model, IWRAP. To evaluate the accident probabilities in Mokpo waterways, all data of vessels were collected from AIS and Radar observations data and the computer simulations were carried out. To assess the risk on the traffic, the scenario-base approach has been applied to the Mokpo waterway by using the maritime accident statics over the past 5 years.

In December 2002, International Maritime Organization (IMO) has adopted the Resolution MSA.137(76) Standards for the Ship Maneuverability. For applying the standards, we have to estimate and evaluate the Maneuverability of a ship at the design stage in difference of trim and displacement as accurate as possible. In this paper, the effect of loading condition on the ship Maneuverability was investigated through 3 methods : numerical simulation, free running model ship and real ship data.. Firstly, We carried out numerical simulation, free running model ship experiments and real ship experiments at ballast condition, half loaded condition and full loaded condition with difference of trim.. Secondly, by comparing these results of 3 methods, we draw out the trend of ship Maneuverability due to the change of trim and displacement of a ship.

본 연구는 도서지방에 식수를 안정적으로 공급하기 위하여 도서별 특성에 적합한 최적의 상수원 방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 특히 도서지역은 지형적인 특정상 상수원 확보를 위한 저수지 건설의 적지가 드물고 이상 가뭄과 환경오염으로 물 부족 현상이 심화되고 있으므로 도서지방의 안정적인 식수 공급 방안 수립은 시급한 실정이다.
