It have been known that the probability of accidental happening in towing-barge is higher than that of other merchant vessels. Because the towing-barge is restricted in thier manoeuvring ability due to its towingline. A report from ministry maritime affairs and fisheries said that the rate of collision accident for towing-barge is $40\%$ high tlnn other transport system in sea. A number of researches have been carried out to improve the safety policy in the towing-barge sea transportation system by the gorvernment. This study examined the safety status in domestic towing-barge sea transportation system The registration status, safety operational policy and post accidental data were also examined A survey research of experts relating to towing-barge operation also was carried out to find the detailed of safety status. This study would be applicable to set up safety policy for towing-barge marine transportation system.

본 연구에서는 요트 산업을 목포시에 적용하기 위하여 목포 시민들을 대상으로 설문 조사하고 시민들의 의식을 분석하였다. 특히 요트 산업 적용에 에 필요한 해양관광, 관광객 확보 방안, 요트산업, 마리나 시설의 위치 등에 관하여 설문하고 그 결과들을 분석하여 마리나입지 선정에 반영하였다.

This paper describes Fishery Safety and Security System using F-AIS based on the concepts of RFID(Radio Frequency Identification). This system is to track, protect and arrest the thief who invaded in an fishing ground. The system composed with various functional modules to implement selectively available system providing low cost to high cost and simple function to high function according to user's requirement in a practical fishing fields. Sea trial tests are carried out at Mokpo, Busan and Incheon and, it is found that the system can guard the wide area of cultivating farm field.

국민소득 증대와 주 5일 근무제 시행으로 육상레저관광에서 해양레저관광으로 그 추이가 이동되고 있다. 해양레저를 즐기고자하는 수요는 증가하고 있으나, 기반시설 부족으로 활성화가 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 우리나라 서남해안 해역은 2,000 여개의 다도해가 자연방파제 역할을 하고 있으므로 해양레저 산업을 활성화 시키는데 적합한 천혜의 자연조건을 보유하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 해양레저 기반시설의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 서남해안 해양레저 산업 활성화에 필요한 친환경 마리나 시설 구축에 관한 자연조건, 해상조건 분석, 다목적용 마리나 시설에 관하여 논한다.

In order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage in the expanding maritime transportation market, most shipping companies are making every effort to reduce transportation costs. Likewise, the car shipping companies, which carry more than 80% of total car import and export logistics volume, also do their utmost for transportation cost saving. Until now many researches have been made for efficient maritime transportation, but studies for car shipping companies have rarely been made. For this reason, this study has tried to develop a maritime transportation planning support system which can help to save logistics costs and increase a competitive power of car shipping companies. To this end, instead of manual effort to solve the routing problem of car carrier vessels, this study has used an integer programming model to make an optimal transportation planning at the minimum cost. Also in response to the frequent changes both in the car production schedule and ship's arrival schedule after the completion of transportation planning, this research has developed a decision support system of maritime transportation, so that users can easily modify their existing plans.

최근 예부선 결합선박에 대한 해양사고가 빈발하고 있다. 어선을 제외한 선박사고 중 36% 로 가장 높은 비율을 차지하고 있으며, 매년 예부선에 의한 해양사고가 증가하고 있다. 예부선에 의한 해양사고는 증가하고 있으나 예부선의 안전 운항 방안에 대한 체계적인 방안 마련이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 예부선의 안전운항 방안 중에서 인적요소부분의 문제점을 도출하고 그에 대한 개선방안을 제시하여 예부선에 의한 해양사고를 방지하는데 목적이 있다.

목포항내 해상안전을 도모하기 위한 해상교통시스템을 설계하기 위해서는 기존의 해양사고의 현황과 유형을 분석하여 그 방지대책을 새로운 해상교통 시스템에 반영할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 목포항계 내 해역 및 목포구 근방 해역을 대상으로 하여, 최근 10년간(1994. 01.$\~$2003. 12.) 발생한 해양사고 현황을 분석하여 그 방지방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 해양 생태계를 파괴하지 않으면서 해양공간을 개발할 수 있는 환경친화형의 부유체식 구조물을 마리나 시설에 적용하는 방안에 대하여 논한다. 특히 환경 친화형의 다목적용 마리나 시설을 정온 수역이 유지되는 우리나라 서남해안에 적용하는 시스템에 관하여 논한다.
