The purpose of this research is to identify the overall operation status of the marine program, which operates in the Department attempted, in various qualities and operational programs consisting of lecturers derives the problem, and to the policy proposal accordingly. In order to complete the purpose, to analyzed based on the status of marine programs of the Marine Training Center Chungcheong Cluster of three Education Offices from 2014 until the first half of 2016. In addition to direct visit the scene to confirm the status of the data collected through field surveys and interviews were officials confirm the validity of the data, and also to obtain additional study. In conclusion, First, Establish measures for the reduction of blind spots urgent law. Second, Appliances installed for program development and Instructors training.

본 연구에서는 호남지역 Sea Grant 사업단의 장기적인 발전방향 및 발전계획 수립에 관해 언급을 하고자 한다. 호남지역 Sea Grant 사업단에서는 지역의 해양 및 수산분야의 발전에 기여하기 위해 크게 연구개발, 교육홍보, 대민봉사활동에 주력하고 있다. 먼저, 연구개발분야에서 고려해야 할 사항들에 살펴보고 호남지역에 적합한 사업 분야를 도출한다. 다음으로 교육홍보분야에 있어서는 해양수산부 및 지역 내 관계기관에서 행하고 있는 해양교육프로그램의 현황을 살펴보고 추진해야 할 사업방향에 대해 제안할 것이다. 대민봉사활동 영역에 있어서는 대민활동의 필요요소들에 대해 언급하고 우리지역에 있어서 필요한 사업영역에 대해 언급할 것이다. 아울러 국내외 유관기관과의 연계를 통한 네트웍 구성방안에 대해서도 살펴볼 것이고, 이를 통해서는 사업단의 효율적인 운영방법에 대한 유익한 정보교류가 가능해 질 것이다. 마지막으로 지역 내의 현안문제를 도출하기 위해 실시한 설문조사결과에 대해 언급하고자 한다.

A survey was performed on employees of a small and medium-sized company how had participated in an education & training program, in order to identify the relationship between the enterprise revitalize and its characteristics, and to know how the program and its satisfaction was related with each other. The results showed that education & training program characteristics had influence on the enterprise revitalize and then the latter made effect on its satisfaction. It is suggested that a plan should be developed to promote self-improvement needs of employees when an education & training program is to be made, and by changing the state of facility or training conditions, the efficiency of the program should also be pursued. In addition, it is imperative for the participants to have strong motivation for self-improvement in the program, and it seems that the effectiveness of the program is expected to work in accordance with the will of the company as well as its growth and developmental standards.

The purpose of this study is to propose a company-centered apprenticeship educational program to secure professional manpower in the ship repair industry. There are various efforts to secure professional manpower across industries. However, it is very rare in the ship repair industry. In this study, we analyzed the educational program implemented by Research Institute of Medium & Small Shipbuilding(RIMS) with considering their problems. We also studied the apprenticeship education for improving a few problems of RIMS's program. As a result, we presented the new educational program by integrating the concept of apprenticeship education into the current educational program with two main points as belows. 1) the necessity of the convergence with a company-centered apprenticeship education. 2) the necessity of a training program with a focus on the global market environment.

The educational process and result of onboard training should be evaluated according to the 1995 Amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch-keeping for seafarers(STCW), 1978. In particular, the revised Convention requires that a trainee's seagoing service must be recorded in each cadet's Training Record Book approved by the maritime administration responsible for the issuance of certificates of competency. Trainees for certification under regulation III/1 of the STCW Convention are required to complete an approved on-board training programme. The purpose of this paper is to understand the compliance of the education for an approved on-board training programme. The questionnaire was distributed among 110 cadets being trained on board the training ship of the maritime college of the Mokpo National Maritime University. In this study, we conducted the questionnaire survey which is related to the on-board training programme such as marine engineering; controlling the operation of the ship and care for persons on board; electrical, electronic and control engineering; etc. The survey revealed that onboard training program was normally satisfactory, however, lack of practical training tools and time have accounted for most of the reasons for dissatisfaction. Therefore, it is our goal to enhance the satisfactory value of onboard training education by analyzing the reason of the dissatisfaction.

2010년 STCW 마닐라 수정안은 항해사에게 선교자원관리에 대한 지식 및 기능에 관한 해기능력을 강제적인 사항으로 포함하고 있다. 본 연구는 선교자원관리의 관점에서 STCW 2010 개정안에 토대를 둔 국내 교육 프로그램의 적절한 방향을 제안한다. 선교자원관리 프로그램과 관련하여 그 내용 및 교육방법이 국내 교육프로그램에 대한 설문조사를 통하여 분석되었다. 그 결과로서 본 연구는 현재의 선교자원관리 교육 프로그램을 개선하기 위한 몇 가지 제안을 한다.

본 연구는 낚시인의 안전과 수산자원 보호를 목적으로 시행되는 낚시 전문교육의 문제점 분석을 통해 교육 효율성 향상 방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 연구 참여자는 낚시 전문교육의 대상자와 관련 분야 전문가를 선정하였으며, 질적 연구 방법의 하나인 사례연구로 수행하였다. 그 결과 교육제도의 개편, 교육의 질 향상 및 체계화된 전문 강사 양성이라는 3가지 문제점이 도출되었고, 그에 따른 6가지의 개선 방안은 교육시간의 증대, 예산의 확대, 교육 프로그램의 다양화, 실습형 현장 교육의 확대, 체계화된 강사 양성 및 지역의 특화 교육으로 도출되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 낚시 전문교육의 교육 효율성을 높이고, 낚시산업의 확대에 따른 사회적 문제를 억제하는데 중요한 역할을 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate actual environment and operation of outdoor play at day care centers in Jeju area and differences in recognition of outdoor play among teachers and provide basic data to develop an outdoor play program for infants. For this purpose, data were collected from 207 teachers form about 100 day care centers in Jeju area. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: first, there were statistically significant differences in the actual environment of outdoor play mostly by the types of establishment and national, public, or corporate centers had better environment than private ones did. Second, the majority of day care centers in Jeju area were including and operating outdoor play in a daily schedule. Third, there were no significant differences in recognition of outdoor play among teachers.

목포해양대학의 해사대학은 학생들에게 선박과 해양에 대한 특수성에 적응할 수 있는 교육 및 훈련 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 사회맞춤형학과 교육 프로그램의 운영을 통한 프로그램의 만족도가 학생의 핵심역량 향상과 자기주도역량 향상에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 사회맞춤형학과 비교과 교육 프로그램을 조사하였으며, 그 중 통계분석이 가능한 비교과 교육 프로그램인 TALK+를 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. TALK+ 프로그램은 해사대학의 특수성을 반영한 인사담당자와 소통을 할 수 있게 연결해주는 프로그램이며, 259개의 만족도 조사 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 전체적으로 Likert 척도가 평균 4점 이상으로 높은 만족도를 나타내었으며, 만족도는 핵심역량 및 자기주도역량과 통계적으로 강한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 또한 선형회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 만족도는 핵심역량 향상 및 자기주도역량 향상에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다(p < 0.001). 본 연구를 통해 다양한 비교과 프로그램의 개발과 동시에 무엇보다도 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 노력이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.
