물체지향 분석 및 합성 부호화에서 가산 투영을 이용한 영상분석기법 (An image Analysis Technique Using Integral Projections in Object-Oriented Analysis-Synthesis Coding)

  • Object-oriented analysis-synthesis coding subdivides each image of a sequence into moving objects and compensates the motion of each object. Thus it can reconstruct real motion better than conventional motion-compensated coding techniques at very-low-bit-rates. It uses a mapping parameter technique for estimating motion information of each object. Since a mapping parameter technique uses gradient operators it is sensitive to redundant details and noise. To accurately determine mapping parameters, we propose a new analysis method using integral projections for estimation of gradient values. Also to reconstruct correctly the local motion the proposed algorithm divides an image into segmented objects each of which having uniform motion information while the conventional one assumes a large object having the same motion information. Computer simulation results with several test sequences show that the proposed image analysis method in object-oriented analysis-synthesis coding shows better performance than the conventional one.

주민주도성에 관한 개념도(Concept Mapping) 연구 (A Study on Concept Mapping of the Citizen-initiative)

  • 서울시에서 추진하고 있는 복지생태계조성사업, 마을공동체지향복지관 변화지원 사업과 최근 발의된 <마을공동체기본법> 등 주민주도성은 지역복지활동의 방향성으로 중요하게 부상하고 있는 개념이다. 그러나 주민주도성 개념이 무엇인지에 대한 합의 없이 사용되고 있어, 현장에서 활용되는데 한계가 지적되고 있다. 본 연구는 개념도 연구법(Concept mapping)을 적용하여 서울시내 복지관의 실무자 10명을 대상으로 주민주도성에 대한 59개의 진술문을 생성하여 개념지도를 그리고 다차원척도분석과 위계적 군집분석을 실시하여 총 6개의 범주를 도출하였다. 6개의 범주는 "참여유도", "실천", "절차", "인식과 관심 확장", "의견표출", "태도와 정서"로 명명할 수 있었으며, 주민주도성 개념에서 "실천"이 핵심범주로 드러났다. 본 연구는 주민주도성의 개념에 대해 실제 사회복지실천현장의 실무자들은 어떻게 정의하고 있는지, 또 주민주도성을 실현하기 위해 사회복지사의 역할은 어떠해야 하는지에 대한 고민을 논의하고 향후 합의된 정의를 만들어가는 첫 시도로서 그 의의가 있다.

  • Two-dimensional (2D) materials such as transition metal dichalcogenides have attracted tremendous scientific interests owing to their potential of solving the zero band-gap issue of graphene. In this work, the research areas and technology evolutionary dynamics of the 2D materials were identified using the scientometric method focusing on keyword mapping and clustering. The time-series analysis showed that the technological progress of 2D material is in the early growth period. The overlay mapping analysis were carried out to investigate the technology evolution of 2D materials with time. The strategic diagram of co-word analysis classifying the topological positions of keyword was derived to support the analysis results. It is conjectured that extensive research will be conducted widely on the application of 2D materials not only in electronic and optoelectronic devices, but also in various other fields such as biomedical applications, and that their development will be more rapid based on accumulated results of extant graphene research.

  • In this paper, we introduce an efficient three-dimensional magnetic field mapping system for a Deflection Yoke (DY) in Cathode-Ray Tube (CRT). A three-axis Hall probe mounted in a small cylindrical bar and three stepping motors placed in a nonmagnetic frame are utilized for the mapping. Prior to the mapping starts, the inner contour of DY is measured by a laser sensor to make a look-up table for inner shape of DY. Three-axis magnetic fields are then digitized by a three-dimensional Hall probe. The results of the mapping can be transformed to various output formats such as multipole harmonics of magnetic fields. Field shape in one, two and three-dimensional spaces can also be displayed. In this paper, we present the features of this mapping device and show some analysis results.

  • Automatic generation method of structural analysis model data for a truss bridge is presented through 3-D bridge information modeling based on Industry Foundation Classes(IFC). The mapping schema is proposed between a steel bridge information model based on STEP and a truss bridge information model based on the IFC. The geometry information from mapping is presented by IFC model, and SAP 2000 that can import the IFC file performs the structural analysis. Numerical analysis for a truss bridge is performed in this paper.

Effect of sensor positioning error on the accuracy of magnetic field mapping result for NMR/MRI

  • Nowadays the magnetic field mapping is widely used in the design and analysis of the NMR/MRI magnet system, and the accuracy of mapping result has become more and more important. There are several factors affecting the accuracy of the mapping such as the mapping method, the precision of the sensor, the position of the measurement points, the calculation accuracy, and so on. In this paper the error due to the misalignment of the measurement points was discussed. The magnetic field in the central volume was mapped using an indirect method in an MRI magnet system and the magnetic field was fitted to a polynomial. Considering the misalignment between the original measurement points and the practical measurement points, there must be some errors in the mapping calculation and we called it positioning error. Several comparisons of the positioning error have been presented through the theoretical estimates and the exact magnetic field values. Finally, the allowable positioning errors were suggested to guarantee the accuracy of the magnetic field mapping within a certain degree for an example case.

  • This study surveyed the changes in the proportion of Ecological and Natural Map (ENM) grades in Korea, the distribution ratio of ENM 1st-grade areas by region, and the current status of regional public appeals for the five-year period from 2017 to 2021. The nationwide changes in ENM grades revealed an increase in 1st-grade, 3rd-grade, and separately managed areas but a decrease in the ratio of 2nd-grade areas. Nationwide, Gangwon had the highest distribution ratio of 1st-grade areas, at 46.77%, while Gwangju had the lowest, at 0.05%. In the five-year study period, 383 appeals concerning ENM grades were received and processed. Gangwon had the greatest number of appeals, with 96, while Sejong had the fewest, with 1. A significant correlation was observed between the distribution ratio of 1st-grade areas and public appeals.

  • In order to design and predict the performance of the harmonic side drive motor, it is necessary to analyze the torque generated by the structure. In this paper, an analytical model is proposed for design. Conformal mapping is used to model the capacitance and torque of the motor as a function of the rotor angular position with two-dimensional approximation. Then the result of conformal mapping analysis is verified with F.E.M result.

건설현장 MMS 라이다 기반 점군 데이터의 정확도 분석 (Accuracy Analysis of Point Cloud Data Produced Via Mobile Mapping System LiDAR in Construction Site)

  • Recently, research and development to revitalize smart construction are being actively carried out. Accordingly, 3D mapping technology that digitizes construction site is drawing attention. To create a 3D digital map for construction site a point cloud generation method based on LiDAR(Light detection and ranging) using MMS(Mobile mapping system) is mainly used. The purpose of this study is to analyze the accuracy of MMS LiDAR-based point cloud data. As a result, accuracy of MMS point cloud data was analyzed as dx = 0.048m, dy = 0.018m, dz = 0.045m on average. In future studies, accuracy comparison of point cloud data produced via UAV(Unmanned aerial vegicle) photogrammetry and MMS LiDAR should be studied.

개선된 회귀착점 방법을 이용한 이방성 적층구조물의 소성해석 (Analysis of Anisotropic Plasticity of Additively Manufactured Structure using Modified Return Mapping Method)

  • The plastic deformation behavior of additively manufactured anisotropic structures are analyzed using the finite element method (FEM). Hill's quadratic anisotropic yield function is used, and a modified return-mapping method based on dual potential is presented. The plane stress biaxial loading condition is considered to investigate the number of iterations required for the convergence of the Newton-Raphson method during plastic deformation analysis. In this study, incompressible plastic deformation is considered, and the associated flow rule is assumed. The modified return-mapping method is implemented using the ABAQUS UMAT subroutine and effective in reducing the number of iterations in the Newton-Raphson method. The anisotropic tensile behavior is computed using the 3-dimensional FEM for two tensile specimens manufactured along orthogonal additive directions.
