The global standard realizing process of the Tire Production Facility and Process Line

  • The tire production facility is a large-scale construction with the complexity of a manufacturing process. The process utilities should be wide-ranging as an effective arrangement of them is highly important. All the necessary information should be clarified together with the manufacturer at the basic planning stage, and this design should be developed to comply with the local culture and regulations. It is important to carry out more advanced engineering in terms of process, cost and quality, even if it is difficult to standardize due to the cultural and geographical conditions and regulations. The key point is to reflect all the given conditions and make a clear design during the design stage, to eliminate the problems after the construction has begun. Another key point is the delivery system, which must be totally managed from the initial design stage until the construction stage by proven companies. Flexibility, quick action, and single responsibility will be the fundamental features in all the steps of the project.

설비 운영의 에러 분석을 통한 인자 및 모델연구 -반도체 산업중심- (The study on factor and model through error analysis to equipment operation (Focused on the Semiconductor industry))

  • Semiconductor industry is based on equipment industry and timing industry. In particular, semiconductor process is very complex and as semiconductor-chip width tails and is becoming equipment gradually more as a high technology. Equipment operation is primarily engaged in semiconductor manufacturing (engineers and operator) of being conducted by, equipment errors have also been raised. Equipment operational data related to the error of korea occupational safety and health agency were based on data and production engineers involved in the operator's questionnaire was drawn through the error factor. Equipment operating in the error factor of 9 big item and 36 detail item detailed argument based on the errors down, and 9 big item the equipment during operation of the correlation error factor was conducted. Each of the significance level was correlated with the tabulation and analysis. Using the maximum correlation coefficient, the correlation between the error factors to derive the relationship between factors were analyzed. Facility operating with the analysis of error factors (big and detail item) derive a relationship between the model saw. The end of the operation of the facility in operation on the part of the two factors appeared as prevention. Safety aspects and ergonomics aspects of the approach should be guided to the conclusion.

PCB 제조시설 에칭공정 화학사고 조사를 통한 안전관리 방안 연구 (Study on Safety Management Plan through Chemical Accident Investigation in PCB Manufacturing Facility Etching Process)

  • 2015년 화학물질관리법 시행 이후 화학 사고 발생 수는 감소 추세에 있으나, 최근 인쇄회로기판(PCB) 제조시설에서 유사한 유형의 사고가 반복적으로 발생함에 따라 실험을 통해 사고 원인을 조사 분석하였다. 해당 사고는 인쇄회로기판 제조공정 내 에칭용액으로 사용한 유해화학물질인 염산과 과산화수소가 월류하여 발생한 사고로 작업자 부주의와 시설 관리 미흡이 주된 사고 원인으로 조사되었다. 사고 원인을 규명하기 위해 실시한 $Cl^-$의 함량 분석 결과 과산화수소 시료에서 66.85 ppm로 측정되어 사고 물질인 염산과 과산화수소의 혼합경로를 확인할 수 있었으며, 반응실험을 통해 반응열이 $50.5^{\circ}C$까지 발생함에 따라 PVC 저장탱크의 변형과 유독가스인 염소가스 발생을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 인쇄회로기판 제조시설의 에칭공정에서의 과충전, 역류방지, 누출감지장치와 혼합방지를 위한 저장탱크 분리 설계 등 시설 안전 관리 방안과 해당 장치의 장외영향평가 검토 필요성을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 동일 유형의 사고 재발 방지를 위하여 주기적인 시설 안전점검과 작업자의 안전교육 강화의 필요성에 대하여 논의하였다.

3차원 역설계 기반 MEP 시설물 관리 작업 개선 방안 도출 (Study on 3D Reverse Engineering-based MEP Facility Management Improvement Method)

  • 연구의 목적은 3차원 역설계 기술을 기반으로 MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) 시설물 유지관리 작업의 효율성을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 최근, 3차원 이미지 스캔 기반 역설계 기술이 건설, 건축, 구조, 플랜트 분야에서 많이 활용되고 있다. 특히, 객체 수가 많고, 형태가 복잡한 MEP 설비의 경우, 여러 번의 시설물 관리 작업으로 인해 도면과 상이한 경우가 많아, 최근 반도체 공장, 플랜트, 빌딩 MEP 등을 중심으로 많이 활용되고 있다. 3차원 이미지 스캔을 통해 획득된 3차원 포인트 클라우드는 대상물의 정밀한 3차원 정보를 포함하고 있어, 이를 잘 활용한다면, 시설물 관리 등 다양한 유스케이스에 필요한 객체 정보를 추출할 수 있다. 특히, 형태가 복잡한 MEP 시설물 관리 작업의 효율성을 개선할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 관련된 기술 동향을 조사하고, 이를 기반으로 3차원 역설계 프로세스를 분석한다. 분석한 결과를 바탕으로, MEP 시설물 관리 작업의 개선 방안을 도출하고, 그 효과를 기술한다.

  • In fact, some cases that successfully introduced CRM show that CRM is migrating from small scale which is typical when introduced to larger scale through various tests. Study on the Measurement of Management Performance based on BSC: Examining Japanese Food Manufacturers

  • Purpose - This study attempts to measure the management performance of a food manufacturer using the BSC as one of the main business management techniques used to achieve the vision of a corporation. Research design, data, methodology - The measurement of business performance of a Japanese food manufacturer was conducted from four perspectives of BSC. Matsui (2005) developed the 'Cross-analysis chart'. Results - First, there were many cases where a minor wastage of raw materials was related to increasing costs. Second, the food manufacturer should try to recover the investment cost through significantly increasing the rate of the facility's operations. Third, reducing personnel expenses could be an important issue in labor-intensive manufacturing. Fourth, customer management was very important in the food manufacturing business. Finally, the food manufacturer should actively consider proposals influencing the food culture to secure high profits in the future. Conclusions - There were many limitations in applying these results to Korean food manufacturers, as this study applied to and analyzed the results in the context of the Japanese food manufacturer.

  • 본 연구에서는 자동화 제조 시스템 (Automatic Manufacturing System :AMS)의 설계및 구현에 있어서 물리적인 검증 (Physical Validation)을 위한 소프트웨어 시스템의 구조를 제안하고 구현하였다. 제안된 소프트웨어 시스템은 설비들과 물류 흐름에 있어서 간섭 검증과 운영 가능성을 검증하는 기능을 제공하며 크게 4개의 모듈로 나누어져 있다. : 1) 기본 형상들을 이용하여 원하는 형상을 정의하는 "Shape Modeling Module", 2) 실제 설비의 Kinematics와 기능을 모델링하는 "Facility Modeling Module", 3) AMS의 물리적인 배치를 구성하는 "Layout Design Module", 4) 모델링된 AMS를 실행시켜 볼 수 있는 "Factory Emulation Module". 이와 같은 소프트웨어 시스템을 구현하기 위해 수행된 주된 연구는 다음과 같다. : 1) AMS를 구성하는 설비들을 모델링하는 방법을 제시, 2) 표준 설비들의 Instancing Parameter 제시, 3) C++과 GL을 이용하여 소프트웨어로의 구현, 4) Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS)에의 응용.lexible Manufacturing System (FMS)에의 응용.

Low cost production can be led by low facility operation cost and low labor cost. But reducing facility operation cost arise much investment. Thus many high tech company drive reduction of labor cost. These article suggest model for reducing labor cost and prove a effect by example of some company.

단일 재생 처리 설비를 이용한 재생계획 (Remanufacturing Planning on a Single Facility)

  • This paper considers remanufacturing planning problems under deterministic environments. As increasing the environmental pressures in manufacturing, various methods for reducing wasted or postponing the time to be waste are considered. This paper considers remanufacturing planning problems on a single facility, where the wastes(or used products) are remanufactured to satisfy the given demand on the remanufactured products. The objective is to find the optimal remanufacturing and purchasing planning of the wastes which minimize total cost subject to satisfaction all the given demand on the remanufactured products. Two problems that the amount of wastes is a given constant or a decision variable are considered, respectively. For the problems, the extreme point solutions are characterized, and dynamic programming algorithms are developed with numerical examples.
