The use of electron-beam(E-Beam) manufacture systems provides a means to alleviate optic exposure equipment's problems. We designed an E-beam manufacture system with SEM function. Optimal beam scanning is one of the most important conditions in the performance of E-beam and SEM. The performance of E-beam manufacture system and images of SEM are a close affinity with each other. Developed E-beam manufacture system consist of the controllers of high voltage, scanning, optic and high voltage generator. In this paper, we analyze the condition of steady beam scanning and describe the development of controller fer optimal beam scanning.

This study researched the costume manufacture process by having the musical 'Christmas Carol' as an example and specifically presented the costume manufacture process of an actually performance work, thus it aimed to be helpful theoretically and realistically, by allowing theatrical costume manufacturers and majors in theatrical costume to be informed of the systematically practical affair process of the theatrical costume manufacture and by exhibiting the research work of costume composition aiming at reproducing a silhouette in the process such as costume composition and sewing, and the effectively manufacturing methods such as the costume composition application and the sewing method development aiming at the activity of performers. In the empirical research, it analyzed the features of characters and arranged the manufacture points while actually manufacturing the performance costume, and clarified the systematically performance costume manufacture process such as a manufacture meeting${\rightarrow}$costume list preparation$\rightarrow$work-instruction sheet preparation$\rightarrow$pattern manufacture$\rightarrow$sewing$\rightarrow$performance and inspection. In the manufacturing industry, fostering talented workers has become a core activity as well as an important resource leading to manufacturing enterprises' innovative activities, which has come to the fore as one of the biggest success factors for innovative activities indeed. In other countries, there are many researches actively conducted on talent-fostering programs related to manufacture innovation. In Korea, however, manufacturers or several different education agencies don't actively carry out manufacture innovation instructions and have failed to faster special competent workers since their instructions focus on theories most of the time. Therefore, this study was conducted to understand the present conditions of manufacture-innovative instructions in Korea by classifying them in a method of educational technology and to investigate various teaching methods through oversea cases and cases from non-manufacture fields so that it might make a proposal for a better manufacture-innovative instruction method.

The purposes of this study were study intended to investigate effects of conspicuous consumption, sales promotions and images of the country of manufacture on Chinese consumers' purchasing attitudes to fashion luxury brands. The study was conducted by experimental conspicuous consumption(2)X[types of sales promotions(2) X images of the country of manufacture(2)] design by combining the 3 variables mentioned above. 312 women living in Chengdu were collected for this study. For data analysis, factor analysis, T-test, frequency analysis and ANOVA were used. The results were as follows: First, Chinese consumers' favor to fashion luxury brands: 2-way interactions, in sales promotions and images of the country of manufacture, was found for favor to fashion luxury brands. Second, Chinese consumers' purchase intent to fashion luxury brands: only the main-effects of conspicuous consumption and images of the country of manufacture was meaningfully positive. It demonstrates that only conspicuous consumption and images of the country of manufacture effected Chinese consumers' purchase intent to fashion luxury brands.

Square dies are widely used for hot extrusion processes with high production rate. However the design and manufacture of square dies mainly relies on experience of industrial engineers To overcome such difficulty this study develops a method of automatic generation of NC-codes for the manufacture of extrusion square dies. The result shows that the method can reduce the lead time for the design and manufacture of square dies as well as eliminating engineers ow experience.

This study examines the effects of trust and commitment on firm performance in the apparel manufacturer-contractor relationships. A total of 92 apparel manufactures participated in the study. Factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were conducted for the statistical analysis. Two factors of trust were identified: credibility and benevolence. Two factors of commitment were identified: affective commitment and calculative commitment. Three factors of firm performance were identified: customer service performance, finance performance, and product performance. The credibility of the apparel manufacture in a contractor had a significant positive effect on the affective commitment of an apparel manufacturer and on the calculative commitment in a contractor. Meanwhile, the benevolence of the apparel manufacture on a contractor had a significant positive effect on the affective commitment of an apparel manufacturer on a contractor. The credibility of the apparel manufacture on a contractor was positively related to customer service performance, finance performance, and product performance. The benevolence of the apparel manufacture on a contractor was positively related to customer service performance and finance performance of an apparel manufacture. The affective commitment of the apparel manufacture in a contractor was positively related to service performance. The calculative commitment of the apparel manufacture on a contractor was positively related to finance performance and to the product performance of an apparel manufacture. The results of this study provides practical guidelines toward exchange partners of apparel manufacturers as to how to facilitate from performance in apparel manufacturer-contractor relationships.
